本发明涉及一种船用气缸油复合剂;它的组分及含量按重量百分比为:超高碱值磺酸盐清净剂15-25%、超高碱值酚盐清净剂35-45%、超高碱值环烷酸盐清净剂20-30%、分散剂0-8%、抗磨剂0-4%、高粘度指数I类基础油400SN/500SN/650SN 10-20%;本发明的特点是:该复合剂满足BOB系统工艺对其黏度和碱值要求,能够在线调制,适应范围广,与国内、外各种型号和品牌的系统油混合调制成不同碱值气缸油,在抗磨性、抗氧化性能和高温清净性方面性能优异,满足船用发动机的性能要求;该复合剂具有良好的溶解稳定性和配伍性,不会影响到气缸油的润滑性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种润滑油复合剂配方,更确切的说是一种应用于船载BOB系统的气缸油专用复合剂。
背景技术
目前,在远洋船舶上安装的BOB在线调合系统(Blender-on-Boardsystem),是将船用系统油与BOB系统专用气缸油复合剂通过自动控制系统,调制成任意目标碱值的气缸油,并能够快速的切换到发动机上使用,以适应不同硫含量燃料对不同碱值气缸油的需要。
BOB系统的工作流程是:从油箱中泵送到发动机各个润滑点进行润滑的系统油,在完成润滑后又回到油箱中,其中一部分润滑油通过侧线采出,与气缸油复合剂通过BOB系统调合成所需碱值的气缸油,气缸油完成润滑后烧掉,残留物流入油泥箱中。
针对BOB系统这种新型的气缸油在线调和工艺,复合剂的开发必须适应在线配制与基础油的配伍性问题,协调气缸油与系统油的性能平衡,保证复合剂具有较为广泛的适用性,能够满足船用发动机的使用需要。
通过对国内、外相关专利进行查新,尚未检索到船载BOB在线调和系统及BOB系统专用复合剂的相关文献。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种满足船用BOB系统在线调和要求,具有广泛适应性的船用气缸油复合剂。
本发明所述的一种船用气缸油复合剂,其特征在于它的组分及含量按重量百分比为:超高碱值磺酸盐清净剂15-25%、超高碱值酚盐清净剂35-45%、超高碱值环烷酸盐清净剂10-30%、分散剂0-8%、抗磨剂0-4%、高粘度指数I类基础油400SN/500SN/650SN 10-20%。
所述的超高碱值磺酸盐为:长链(C22-30)线型烷基苯超高碱值磺酸钙,碱值为395-430mgKOH/g。
所述的超高碱值硫化烷基酚盐为:长链烷基(C18-24)硫化酚钙,碱值为290-310mgKOH/g。
所述的超高碱值环烷酸盐为:超高碱值长链(C20-30)环烷酸盐清净剂,碱值为390-420mgKOH/g。
所述的分散剂为:单聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺、双聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺或者多聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺。
所述的抗磨剂为:长链(C12-18)伯醇基硫代磷酸锌或者长链(C12-16)仲醇基硫代磷酸锌。
所述的基础油为:高粘度指数I类基础油400SN/500SN/650SN 10-20%,100℃的运动粘度为8.0-11.0cst;。
本发明提供的船用气缸油复合剂选用了三种清净剂,其中:超高碱值磺酸盐清净剂具有优异的清净分散性能,但是抗磨性能和抗氧化性能较差;硫化烷基酚钙具有优异的抗磨性能和抗氧化性能,但是清净分散性能较差;环烷酸盐的油膜扩散性能较好,但是清净性能和抗磨性能较差,将三种清净剂进行复配,既能兼有三种清净剂的优点,同时还弥补了各自性能的不足。
本发明的特点是:该复合剂满足BOB系统工艺对其黏度和碱值要求,能够在线调制,适应范围广,与国内、外各种型号和品牌的系统油混合调制成不同碱值气缸油,在抗磨性、抗氧化性能和高温清净性方面性能优异,满足船用发动机的性能要求;该复合剂具有良好的溶解稳定性和配伍性,不会影响到气缸油的润滑性能。该复合剂已经通过4000小时行船试验,获得船用发动机OEM(设备原制造商)——MAN B&W的技术认证。

将下列组分及含量(重量百分比)按常规工艺制备BOB复合剂。其中:超高碱值磺酸盐为长链C20线型烷基苯超高碱值磺酸钙,碱值为410mgKOH/g。超高碱值硫化烷基酚盐为长链烷基C24硫化酚钙,碱值为300mgKOH/g。超高碱值环烷酸盐为超高碱值的环烷酸钙,碱值为405mgKOH/g。

本发明提供的一种BOB三清净剂体系专用气缸油复合剂,在理化性能方面能够满足马士基流体公司(Mearsk Fluid Co.)对BOB系统专用复合剂的要求;调制的气缸油在性能方面能够满足发动机的使用要求。该复合剂完成4000小时行船试验,获得MAN B&W技术认证。

Claims (1)
1.一种船用气缸油复合剂,其特征在于:它的组分及含量按重量百分比为:超高碱值磺酸盐清净剂15-25%、超高碱值酚盐清净剂35-45%、超高碱值环烷酸盐清净剂20-30%、分散剂0-8%、抗磨剂0-4%、高粘度指数I类基础油400SN/500SN/650SN 10-20%;
所述的基础油在100℃的运动粘度为8.0-11.0cst;
所述的超高碱值磺酸盐清净剂为长链(C22-30)线型烷基苯超高碱值磺酸钙,碱值为395-430mgKOH/g;
所述的超高碱值酚盐清净剂为超高碱值的长链烷基(C18-24)硫化酚钙,碱值为290-310mgKOH/g;
所述的超高碱值长链(C20-30)环烷酸盐清净剂为超高碱值环烷酸钙,碱值为390-420mgKOH/g;
所述的分散剂为单聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺、双聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺或者多聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺;
所述的抗磨剂为长链(C12-18)伯醇基硫代磷酸锌或者长链(C12-16)仲醇基硫代磷酸锌。
