Abstract
本发明涉及一种船用润滑油复合剂,它的组分及含量按重量百分比为:超高碱值磺酸盐清净剂25-45%、超高碱值酚盐清净剂40-60%、分散剂0-8%、抗磨剂0-4%、高粘度指数I类基础油400SN/500SN/600SN10-20%;能够满足船用BOB系统工艺对其黏度和碱值要求,能够与国内外多个品牌的系统油混合调制成不同碱值气缸油,适应性好,在抗磨性、抗氧化性能和高温清净性方面性能优异,能够满足船用发动机的性能要求;该复合剂能够在系统油的基础油中保持良好的溶解稳定性和配伍性,不会影响到气缸油的润滑性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种船用润滑油复合剂,更确切的说是一种应用于船载BOB系统的气缸油专用复合剂。
背景技术
目前,在远洋船舶上安装的BOB在线调合系统(Blender-on-Boardsystem),是将船用系统油与BOB系统专用船用润滑油复合剂通过自动控制系统,调制成任意目标碱值的润滑油,并能够快速的切换到发动机上使用,以适应不同硫含量燃料对不同碱值气缸油的需要。
BOB系统的工作流程是:从油箱中泵送到发动机各个润滑点进行润滑的系统油,在完成润滑后又回到油箱中,其中一部分润滑油通过侧线采出,与船用润滑油复合剂通过BOB系统调合成所需碱值的润滑油,润滑油完成润滑后烧掉,残留物流入油泥箱中。
针对BOB系统这种新型的气缸用润滑油在线调和工艺,要求润滑油复合剂必须适应在线配制即能够适应与各种型号的基础油配伍,协调气缸润滑油与系统油的性能平衡,保证复合剂具有较为广泛的适用性,能够满足船用发动机的使用需要。
通过对国内、外相关专利进行查新,尚未检索到船载BOB在线调和系统及BOB系统专用复合剂的相关文献。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种满足船用BOB系统在线调和要求,具有广泛适应性的船用润滑油复合剂。
本发明所述的一种船用润滑油复合剂,其特征在于它的组分及含量(重量百分比)为:超高碱值磺酸盐清净剂25-45%、低碱值酚盐清净剂40-60%、分散剂0-8%、抗磨剂0-4%,高粘度指数I类基础油400SN/500SN/600SN 10-20%。
所述的超高碱值磺酸盐为:长链(C22-30)线型烷基苯超高碱值磺酸钙,碱值为395-430mgKOH/g。
所述的低碱值硫化烷基酚盐为:长链(C20-25)烷基低碱值硫化酚钙,碱值为240-265mgKOH/g。
所述的分散剂为:单聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺、双聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺或者多聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺。
所述的抗磨剂为:长链(C12-18)伯醇基硫代磷酸锌或者长链(C12-16)仲醇基硫代磷酸锌。
所述的基础油为:高粘度指数I类基础油400SN/500SN/600SN10-20%,100℃的运动粘度为8.5-11.5cst。
本发明提供的船用润滑油复合剂选用了二种清净剂进行复配,利用超高碱值磺酸盐清净剂具有优异的清净分散性能和硫化烷基酚钙具有优异的抗磨性能和抗氧化性能,充分发挥各自的优势,弥补自身的不足,使其能够满足在线调制的需要。
本发明的特点是:能够满足船用BOB系统工艺对其黏度和碱值要求,并且能够与国内、外多个品牌的系统油混合调制成不同碱值气缸油,适应性好,在抗磨性、抗氧化性能和高温清净性方面性能优异,能够满足船用发动机的性能要求;该复合剂能够在系统油的基础油中保持良好的溶解稳定性和配伍性,不会影响到气缸油的润滑性能;该复合剂已经通过4000小时行船试验,获得船用发动机OEM(设备原制造商)——MANB&W的技术认证。

将下列组分及含量(重量百分比)按常规工艺制备BOB复合剂。其中:超高碱值磺酸盐为长链C22线型烷基苯超高碱值磺酸钙,碱值为430mgKOH/g;低碱值硫化烷基酚盐为长链烷基C25硫化酚钙,碱值为240mgKOH/g;抗磨剂为C12烷基伯醇基硫代磷酸锌。

本发明提供的一种BOB三清净剂体系专用气缸油复合剂,在理化性能方面能够满足马士基流体公司(Mearsk Fluid Co.)对BOB系统专用复合剂的要求;调制的气缸油在性能方面能够满足发动机的使用要求。该复合剂完成4000小时行船试验,获得MAN B&W技术认证。

Claims (2)
1.一种船用润滑油复合剂,其特征在于:该润滑油复合剂用于船用BOB在线调和系统,它的组分及含量按重量百分比为:超高碱值磺酸盐清净剂25-45%、低碱值酚盐清净剂40-60%、分散剂0-8%、抗磨剂0-4%,高粘度指数Ⅰ类基础油400SN/500SN/600SN10-20%;
所述的超高碱值磺酸盐清净剂为C22-30线型烷基苯超高碱值磺酸钙,碱值为395-430mgKOH/g;
所述的低碱值酚盐盐清净剂为低碱值的C20-25烷基硫化酚钙,碱值为240-265mgKOH/g;
所述的分散剂为单聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺、双聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺或者多聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺;
所述的抗磨剂为C12-18伯醇基硫代磷酸锌或者C12-16仲醇基硫代磷酸锌。
2.根据权利要求1所述的船用润滑油复合剂,其特征在于所述的基础油在100℃的运动粘度为8.5-11.5cst。
