本发明的目的在于提供一种综合了山西酿造食醋、黄精等营养成分的食疗作用的具有防治癌症的营养食疗食品。

山西酿造食醋    50-100份
黄精            3-5份
枸杞            2-3份
菊花            4-6份
甘草            3-5份

1、选取洁净、无杂质、无霉变的山西酿造食醋、黄精、枸杞、菊花、甘草等原料;
2、将黄精3-5份、枸杞2-3份、菊花4-6份、甘草3-5份
洗净去核、压榨、过滤和50-100份食醋调配均质,加工处理后包装。

山西酿造食醋    50-100份
黄精            3-5份
枸杞            2-3份
菊花            4-6份
甘草            3-5份
2.一种晋醋的制造方法,其特征在于方法如下:
(1)、选取洁净新鲜的无霉变的山西酿造食醋、黄精、枸杞、菊花、甘草。
(2)、将黄精3-5份、枸杞2-3份、菊花4-6份、甘草3-5份洗净去核、压榨、过滤和50-100份食醋调配均质,加工处理后包装。
