本发明公开了一种层流罐,包括罐体、进料口、进水口、出气口、温度计口、可视镜和出料口,所述进料口、出气口、温度计口设于罐体侧壁上部;所述进水口设于罐体顶部;所述可视镜设于罐体中部;所述罐体底部为倒锥形,且设有出料口。本发明罐体细长,保证了反正时间的充足,可视镜的增加,使得操作人员能及时了解层流罐内部的反应情况,温度计的设计,则便于随时掌握罐体内部温度。

背景技术
本发明属于生物发酵领域,具体涉及一种层流罐。
技术领域
在生物发酵中,常常需要液化淀粉,,而糖化酶将淀粉水解时,需要和底物分子结合生成络合物,然后才发生水解作用。以上反应要求被作用的底物分子具有一定的大小空间,才能有利于糖化酶生成这种络合物。传统的液化罐不能满足此项要求,不能保证先进入的料液先出来;而且酶制剂活性受温度影响,普通的层流罐在这两方面很是欠缺。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种能保证酶制剂有足够反应空间及适宜温度的层流罐。
技术方案:本发明具体是这样来完成上述目的的:一种层流罐,包括罐体、进料口、进水口、出气口、温度计口、可视镜和出料口,所述进料口、出气口、温度计口设于罐体侧壁上部;所述进水口设于罐体(1)顶部;所述可视镜设于罐体中部;所述罐体底部为倒锥形,且设有出料口。
为了方便观察罐体内部的反应情况,可以在罐体两侧中部均设置可视镜。
有益效果:本发明提供的层流罐与传统技术相比,具有以下优点:罐体细长,保证了反正时间的充足,可视镜的增加,使得操作人员能及时了解层流罐内部的反应情况,温度计的设计,则便于随时掌握罐体内部温度。

如图所示,本发明提供的一种层流罐,包括罐体1、进料口2、进水口3、出气口4、温度计口5、可视镜6和出料口7,所述进料口2、出气口4、温度计口5设于罐体1侧壁上部,温度计的加设,利于随时掌握罐体1内部温度;所述进水口3设于罐体1顶部;所述可视镜6个数为2个,分别设于罐体1中部两侧,便于观察罐体1内部的反应情况;所述罐体1底部为倒锥形,且设有出料口7。
本发明提供的一种层流罐,具体实现该技术方案的方法和途径很多,以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,例如改变可视镜高度、增减温度计数目等,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围,本实施例中未明确的各组成部分均可用现有技术加以实现。

1.一种层流罐,包括罐体(1)、进料口(2)、进水口(3)、出气口(4)、温度计口(5)、可视镜(6)和出料口(7),其特征在于,所述进料口(2)、出气口(4)、温度计口(5)设于罐体(1)侧壁上部;所述进水口(3)设于罐体(1)顶部;所述可视镜(6)设于罐体(1)中部;所述罐体(1)底部为倒锥形,且设有出料口(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的层流罐,其特征在于,所述可视镜(6)个数为2个,分别设于罐体(1)中部两侧。
