本实用新型公开了一种厌氧发酵系统,包括通过管道连通的调配池和进料池,进料池出料口通过管道与发酵罐连通,发酵罐顶端设有出气口和溢流口,发酵罐底部设有排渣口,出气口通过管道与净化间连通,溢流口和排渣口通过管道与沼渣沼液池连通,发酵罐外部设有保温装置,保温装置与发酵罐外壁形成保温容腔。保温装置可有效保证发酵罐的温度,从而使发酵温度适宜,即使冬季也不需要单独对发酵罐加热,降低运行成本。

本实用新型涉及一种厌氧发酵系统。
背景技术
厌氧发酵系统是目前沼气工程、污水处理工程及其它发酵行业中进行发酵的重要系统,而温度是影响产气量的重要因素,在一定温度范围内,温度越高产气量就越高,为了保证发酵罐的温度,特别是在冬季,需要对发酵罐加热,增大了生产运行成本。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种使用成本低且能有效保证发酵温度的厌氧发酵系统。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型包括通过管道连通的调配池和进料池,进料池出料口通过管道与发酵罐连通,发酵罐顶端设有出气口和溢流口,发酵罐底部设有排渣口,出气口通过管道与净化间连通,溢流口和排渣口通过管道与沼渣沼液池连通,其结构特点是所述发酵罐外部设有保温装置,保温装置与发酵罐外壁形成保温容腔。
采用上述结构后,保温装置可有效保证发酵罐的温度,从而使发酵温度适宜,即使冬季也不需要单独对发酵罐加热,降低运行成本。
作为本实用新型的改进,所述发酵罐为半地下式卧式发酵罐,半地下式更有助于保证发酵罐始终保持在最适宜发酵的温度。
作为本实用新型的改进,所述保温装置包括设置于背光面的保温墙、向光面的塑料膜和位于发酵罐两端的支撑墙,利用温室效应增温原理,成本低。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,所述塑料膜为双层,且间隔设置,增强保温装置的保温效果。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示,厌氧发酵系统包括通过管道连通的调配池1和进料池2,进料池2出料口通过管道与发酵罐3连通并在该管道上设置进料泵11。发酵罐3顶端设有出气口4和溢流口5,底部设有排渣口6,出气口4通过管道与净化间连通,溢流口5和排渣口6通过管道与沼渣沼液池7连通,沼渣沼液池7设有用于排除池内污泥的污泥泵12。发酵罐3为半地下式卧式发酵罐,半地下式更有助于保证发酵罐3始终保持在最适宜发酵的温度。发酵罐3外部设有保温装置,保温装置与发酵罐3外壁形成保温容腔,保温装置包括设置于背光面的保温墙8、向光面的塑料膜9和位于发酵罐3两端的支撑墙10,塑料膜9为双层,分别用支撑架支撑间隔设置,增强保温装置的保温效果,保温墙8、塑料膜9和两个支撑墙10组成封闭空间,保温装置利用温室效应增温原理可有效保证发酵罐3的温度,从而使发酵温度适宜,即使冬季也不需要单独对发酵罐3加热,降低厌氧发酵系统的运行成本。

1. 一种厌氧发酵系统,包括通过管道连通的调配池(1)和进料池(2),进料池(2)出料口通过管道与发酵罐(3)连通,发酵罐(3)顶端设有出气口(4)和溢流口(5),发酵罐(3)底部设有排渣口(6),出气口(4)通过管道与净化间连通,溢流口(5)和排渣口(6)通过管道与沼渣沼液池(7)连通,其特征是所述发酵罐(3)外部设有保温装置,保温装置与发酵罐外壁形成保温容腔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的厌氧发酵罐,其特征是所述发酵罐(3)为半地下式卧式发酵罐。
3.根据权利要求1至2任一项所述的厌氧发酵罐,其特征是所述保温装置包括设置于背光面的保温墙(8)、向光面的塑料膜(9)和位于发酵罐(3)两端的支撑墙(10)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的厌氧发酵罐,其特征是所述塑料膜(9)为双层,且间隔设置。
