本实用新型公开了一种浮罩式沼气池,包括发酵间、贮粪池、贮气浮罩、进料口、出料口、定向轮和溢流口,还包括破壳棒和回流管;所述贮气浮罩置于发酵间上部;所述定向轮固定于贮气浮罩顶部边沿并与池体上部内壁接触;所述贮粪池与出料口联通;所述溢流口与贮粪池联通;所述破壳棒固定于贮气浮罩下部开口处;所述回流管将出料口与进料口联通。本实用新型的结构,当贮气浮罩因沼气气压的大小的变化而升降时,由于设有破壳棒,沼液表面的结壳被破壳棒破碎,达到提高产气率的目的;由于设计了回流管,溢流出来的沼液通过回流管流回进料口,循环利用,进一步提高了产气率。本实用新型整体结构简单,施工方便而且建筑成本低。

背景技术
现有的浮罩式沼气池,结构复杂、建筑成本高、施工期长,产气率较低,难以满足人们实际生活的需求。
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的在于提供一种结构简单、建筑成本低而产气率高的浮罩式沼气池。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的浮罩式沼气池,包括发酵间、贮粪池、贮气浮罩、进料口、出料口、定向轮和溢流口,还包括破壳棒和回流管;所述贮气浮罩置于发酵间上部;所述定向轮固定于贮气浮罩顶部边沿并与池体上部内壁接触;所述贮粪池与出料口联通;所述溢流口与贮粪池联通;所述破壳棒固定于贮气浮罩下部开口处;所述回流管将出料口与进料口联通。
采用本实用新型的结构,当贮气浮罩因沼气气压的大小的变化而升降时,由于设有破壳棒,沼液表面的结壳被破壳棒破碎,达到提高产气率的目的;由于设计了回流管,溢流出来的沼液通过回流管流回进料口,循环利用,进一步提高了产气率。本实用新型整体结构简单,施工方便,建筑成本低。
作为进一步改进,为了检修方便,在所述贮气浮罩上还设有检修孔。

如图1所示,本实用新型的浮罩式沼气池,包括发酵间8、贮粪池7、贮气浮罩3、进料口10、出料口6、定向轮1和溢流口5,还包括破壳棒9和回流管4;所述贮气浮罩3置于发酵间8上部;所述定向轮1固定于贮气浮罩3顶部边沿并与池体上部内壁接触;所述贮粪池7与出料口6联通;所述溢流口5与贮粪池7联通;所述破壳棒9固定于贮气浮罩3下部开口处;所述回流管4将出料口5与进料口10联通。
为了施工更为方便,在所述贮气浮罩3上还设有检修孔2。
所述破壳棒9平行设置于贮气浮罩3下部开口处,也可以是交叉设置。
所述破壳棒9的数量以1-5根为宜,最好是3根。

1.一种浮罩式沼气池,包括发酵间(8)、贮粪池(7)、贮气浮罩(3)、进料口(10)、出料口(6)、定向轮(1)和溢流口(5),其特征在于:还包括破壳棒(9)和回流管(4);所述贮气浮罩(3)置于发酵间(8)上部;所述定向轮(1)固定于贮气浮罩(3)顶部边沿并与池体上部内壁接触;所述贮粪池(7)与出料口(6)联通;所述溢流口(5)与贮粪池(7)联通;所述破壳棒(9)固定于贮气浮罩(3)下部开口处;所述回流管(4)将出料口(5)与进料口(10)联通。
