Abstract
本发明是关于一种快速拉伸的反折叠相机三脚架,包括:可快速随意拉伸,一键控制缩回的支脚组件,可一键控制能使支脚组件绕轴心180°转动的主体组件,支撑云台或照相机的中轴组件,及与三脚架配装的云台组件。本发明的一种可快速拉伸的反折叠三脚架其支脚可快速拉伸,支脚拉伸、收回由一键开关控制,操作简便。三脚架可反转180°收拢,减小三脚架收拢后长度,且收拢由一键开关控制。在使用环境的影响下,在三脚架放置不水平的状态下,通过调节云台球体能使转盘保持水平,从而能使安装在转盘上的照相机保证水平,再通过转盘锁紧装置,能使照相机在水平方向做360°圆周运动。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种相机三脚架,特别是涉及一种可快速拉伸的反(转)折叠三脚架,属于摄影、摄像器材技术领域。
背景技术
摄影机尤其是数码摄影机在人们日常生活中己经渐渐地普及起来,利用摄影机可以方便随时与家人亲友一起将生活中的片段或所感兴趣的事物拍摄下来。在摄影机的拍摄过程中,为了保证拍摄出来的相片或影片画面稳定和精确,经常需要将摄影机固定在脚架上。现有摄影脚架产品中,最小型的三脚架折叠后还是不足够小巧便携,而桌上型脚架又不够高不适合外影,所以大多数小数码相机使用者不使用脚架,而在旅行合照等很多场合有自拍的需求。
目前,传统三脚架支脚大部分为螺纹锁紧或扮扣式锁紧,操作繁琐;且收拢后的三脚架长度较大,携带不方便;而专利ZL200910145693.2中的支脚锁紧方式为摩擦式,拉伸方便,但承载力小,只能适合小型数码相机的使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有的拍摄脚架存在的缺陷,提供一种可快速拉伸的反折叠脚架,所需解决的技术问题是使三脚架支脚能快速拉伸,操作简便,且三脚架能反转折叠,减小收拢长度,便于随身携带。
本发明的目的及解决技术问题是采用以下技术方案来实现的。依据本发明提供的一种可快速拉伸的反折叠三脚架包括:可快速拉伸的支脚组件;使支脚能绕轴心转180°的主体组件;支撑云台或照相机的中轴组件;以及与三脚架配装的云台组件;所述支脚组件包括:直径依次减小且可互相连接的多根管件,及用于各相邻管件间连接的锁紧装置;所述主体组件包括:主体、绕主体转轴作180°旋转且连接支脚的支脚座,以及限制支脚旋转的限位装置。
根据本发明实施例的反折叠相机三脚架,所述多根管件是由第一管件、第二管件、第三管件、第四管件、第五管件和第六管件组成。相邻管件间设有限位单元孔,连接装置内设有限位单元,在相邻管件的限位单元孔轴心处于同一位置时,限位单元将自动弹到限位单元孔内,达到限位作用。
根据本发明实施例的反折叠相机三脚架,所述第二管件上装有锁圈,锁圈上开有槽,开口弹圈装于锁圈的槽内;第一管件末端及第二管件首端位置均钻有孔用于放置拨珠,拨珠一端设有弹簧,及限位第一管件与第二管件在圆周方向运动的管件盖和管件后盖,拨珠与弹簧安装在管件盖内;连接第五管件和第六管件的锁紧装置中还设有控制整支支脚拉伸的开关、弹簧及弹簧套,弹簧套镶在第六管件内,随第六管件移动而移动。
根据本发明实施例的反折叠相机三脚架,所述主体组件的限位装置包括镶嵌在主体内的镶件齿、装于支脚座内的导键夹块、导键齿、开关及弹簧,以及连接主体与支脚座的转轴、支管座镶件和螺丝。
根据本发明实施例的反折叠相机三脚架,所述镶件齿镶嵌在本体内,镶件齿设有两个限位齿牙,与之对应的导键齿装于支脚座内,导键齿下端连接弹簧,中间开槽且设有一斜面,槽内连接开关;所述导键齿设有斜面,开关设有与导键齿中间槽斜面相对应的斜面。
根据本发明实施例的反折叠相机三脚架,所述中轴组件包括:多节管件,管件连接件,支撑云台或照相机的托盘及连接螺丝。
根据本发明实施例的反折叠相机三脚架,所述云台组件包括转盘、球体、左、右夹紧块、转座以及转盘锁紧装置和球体锁紧装置;转盘锁紧装置可单独调节转盘松紧而不影响球体的转动;球体锁紧装置单独调节球体的松紧而不影响转盘的转动。
通过上述技术方案,本发明一种可快速拉伸的反折叠三脚架具有以下优点:
1、支脚可快速拉伸,支脚拉伸、收回由一键开关控制,操作简便。
2、三脚架可反转180°收拢,减小三脚架收拢后长度,且收拢由一键开关控制。
3、在使用环境的影响下,在三脚架放置不水平的状态下,通过调节云台球体能使转盘保持水平,从而能使安装在转盘上的照相机保证水平,再通过转盘锁紧装置,能使照相机在水平方向做360°圆周运动。

为更进一步阐述本发明为达到预定发明目的所采取的技术手段及功效,以下为参照附图对本发明的一个较佳实施方式进行说明。
请参阅图1、2、8、9所示,本发明提供的一种可快速拉伸的反折叠相机三脚架,包括:可快速拉伸的支脚组件10,使支脚能绕轴心转180°的主体组件20,支撑云台或照相机的中轴组件30,及与三脚架配装的云台组件40。
该支脚组件10包括:直径依次减小且可互相连接的多根管件,所述多根管件是由第一管件11、第二管件12、第三管件13、第四管件14、第五管件15及第六管件16组成;及用于各相邻管件间连接的锁紧装置17、17’。该第二管件12上装有锁圈121,锁圈121上开有槽,开口弹圈122装于锁圈121的槽内。该第一管件11末端及第二管件12首端位置均钻有孔用于放置拨珠171,拨珠171一端设有弹簧172及限位第一管件11与第二管件12在圆周方向运动的管件盖111和管件后盖112,拨珠171与弹簧172装在管件盖111内。
连接第五管件15和第六管件16的锁紧装置17’中还设有控制整支支脚拉伸的开关171’、弹簧172’及弹簧套173’,该弹簧套173’镶在第六管件16内,随第六管件16移动而移动。
该主体组件20包括:主体21、限制支脚旋转的限位装置22,及绕主体转轴211作180°旋转且连接支脚的支脚座23。该限位装置22包括:镶嵌在主体21内的镶件齿222,装于支脚座23内的导键夹块223、223’、导键齿224、开关225及弹簧226,及连接主体21与支脚座23的转轴227、支管座镶件228和螺丝229。
如图4b所示,该中轴组件30包括:多节管件、管件连接件、支撑云台或照相机的托盘及连接螺丝。
该云台组件40包括:包括转盘41,球体42,左、右夹紧块43、43’,转座44,转盘锁紧装置45及球体锁紧装置46。该转盘锁紧装置45可单独调节转盘41松紧而不影响球体42的转动;该球体锁紧装置46单独调节球体42的松紧而不影响转盘41的转动。该球体锁紧装置46包括:第一锁紧壳体461、第二锁紧壳体462、锁紧盖463及锁紧手柄464。
参照图3和图4所示,本发明的第一管件11末端和第二管件12首端均设有一个孔,在支脚处于拉开状态时,拨珠171在弹簧172的作用力下,弹入第一管件11及第二管件12的限位孔内,拨珠171一端为球面,一端为圆柱,从而圆柱直面限制了第一管件11和第二管件12的上下移动;其他管件间的连接方式与第一管件11和第二管件12连接方式相同。
在支脚最末管件位即上述的第六管件16,在首端开有通孔,弹簧套171’镶嵌在通孔内,弹簧套171’内装有弹簧172’和拨珠173’。在拉开状态时,拨珠173’被弹簧172’弹入第五管件15与第六管件16的限位孔内,使整支支脚处于锁紧限位状态。向上推动开关174’,开关174’一侧设有斜面,开关将拨珠173’压入弹簧套171’内,使第六管件16的限位状态消除,第六管件16可缩回至第五管件15内,第六管件16缩回时,首端将第四管件与第五管件连接装置的拨珠173’向外挤压,弹簧172’处于压缩状态,第五管件15与第四管件14之间的限位状态解除,第五管件15可缩回到第四管件14内,以此类推,所有管件都可缩回至如图3状态。从而可达到由开关174’一键操作控制拉伸、缩回支脚管件的目的。而且在第六管件16不缩回状态下,可由下而上通过依次拉出管件节数来调节支脚管件的长度,达到调节三脚架高度的目的。
参照图5所示,镶件齿223镶嵌在本体221内,镶件齿223设有两个限位齿牙,与之对应的导键齿224装于支脚座23内,导键齿224下端连接弹簧226,中间开槽且设有一斜面,槽内连接开关225,开关225设有与导键齿224中间槽斜面相对应的斜面。向内推压开关225,导键齿224向下运动压缩弹簧226,导键齿牙与镶件齿牙的配合松开,如图6b所示,从而支脚座23连同支脚可绕转轴211进行180°转动,达到所需限位状态时,松开开关225,导键齿224将自动弹回,与镶件齿222达到限位状态,达到一键操作的目的;且在主体21的G位置也设有限位,能使三脚架反折叠状态时不易松动,如图6a所示。
如图7所示,球体锁紧装置46控制球体42的锁紧,球体42上端连接转盘41。转盘锁紧装置45控制转盘的锁紧。在使用环境影响下而导致三脚架放置不水平状态时,无需调节三脚架支脚,只要根据云台转盘上的水平珠411调节转盘41的水平状态,即可保证装配在转盘41上的照相机保持水平,松动转盘锁紧装置45,可使照相机在水平位置作360°圆周运动。

可快速随意拉伸,一键控制缩回的支脚组件,可一键控制能使支脚组件绕轴心180°转动的主体组件;支撑云台或照相机的中轴组件,及与三脚架配装的云台组件;该支脚组件绕主体旋转的旋转中心为连接主体与支脚座的转轴轴心;
所述支脚组件包括:直径依次减小且可互相连接的多根管件,及用于各相邻管件间连接的锁紧装置;所述多根管件是由第一管件、第二管件、第三管件、第四管件、第五管件和第六管件组成;相邻管件间设有限位单元孔,连接装置内设有限位单元,在相邻管件的限位单元孔轴心处于同一位置时,限位单元将自动弹到限位单元孔内;
所述第二管件上装有锁圈,锁圈上开有槽,开口弹圈装于锁圈的槽内;第一管件末端及第二管件首端位置均钻有孔用于放置拨珠,拨珠一端设有弹簧,及限位第一管件与第二管件在圆周方向运动的管件盖和管件后盖,拨珠与弹簧安装在管件盖内;连接第五管件和第六管件的锁紧装置中还设有控制整支支脚拉伸的开关、弹簧及弹簧套,弹簧套镶在第六管件内,随第六管件移动而移动;
所述主体组件包括:主体、绕主体转轴作180°旋转且连接支脚的支脚座,以及限制支脚旋转的限位装置。
