Abstract

对一金属带中央部分加工出一批横剖面积渐缩的开口,冲压此开口边缘来形成传送带用连接件上铰接件中孔周边上的凸环,再将凸环边缘弯绕到金属带的相应表面,并于此处将金属带弯成U形的夹,由此各铰接件的内侧面即可通过两片相邻配置的金属边而增强,这两片金属边相当于在前述孔所属部位形成之并绕定有关铰接件的两个凸环上围弯出的邻边。由此法生产出的连接件就包括着这样一排U形夹,它的弯曲部上则有一行使铰接件两两分开的上述孔。

Description

本发明涉及传送带或类似带状件之端部的连接件。
更确切地说,本发明涉及这样一种装置,它包括一排相互连接且基本上呈U形的金属夹子,夹子的两侧均能与传送带或类似带状件两侧的边缘之一接合,夹子的弯曲部分则有一行使一批铰接件两两隔开的等间距的孔。于是,传送带的两端就可由夹紧在此两端上的这种夹子相互连接,然后让连接件的铰接件交错搭接使之能借枢销连成一体。
传统的上述这种夹子常由对金属带切口与深冲来生产,但相应铰接件上的孔却构成了不利因素,这是由于它们正好在夹子经受急剧的力作用的部位降低了后者的机械强度。此外,铰接件还因在此部位与通常用高硬金属制成的枢销摩擦而磨损。
为了克服上述缺点,业已提出采用具有特殊剖面的带状料来制备此种连接夹,这样的剖面是要在加工出铰接件的部位显著加大其面积。不幸的是,由于此举要求所涉及的带状料具有不等的厚度和特殊的剖面形状而大大地增加了生产费用。
法国专利2342432号提出,使各个夹子的用作铰接件的弯曲部 分对折,令此对折成的两臂部,一个处于另一个之上而垂直于两个固定圈的主平面。这在事实上有助于显著提高铰接件的机械强度,上述两臂部在两侧各自未接合处则形成了可用来接合另一排夹子这铰接件的所需空间。
本发明之目的,是为增强上述这类连接夹的铰接件的强度提供一更为有利的解决方法。
为实现本发明的上述目的,本发明提供了一种用来接合传送带端部之连接件的生产方法,此种连接件包括一排基本上呈U形的金属夹子,其弯曲部分有一行使一批铰接件两两隔开的等间距的孔,按照本发明,该方法具备以下特点,即对金属带的中央部分按下述深冲与冲压作业顺序处理:
对于在两个铰接件之间拟用来形成所需各孔的那种部位中央,加工出一种横剖面面积渐缩的开口;
拓宽每一个这样的开口并冲出其边缘,形成一个环绕相应之孔的凸环;
将各个凸环周边部弯至金属带的相应表面;最后
朝凸环边缘业已长距离地向内弯定的表面处,将此金属带围弯成U形。
由上述方法制造出的一排夹子上各绞接件内侧面,于是就通过两片金属边得到增强,后者中的一片配置在另一片的旁侧,它们相当于上述孔的部位处先前形成之并且环绕所关联的这一特定铰接件的两个凸环上围弯出的邻边。
这样生产的连接件则是本发明的另一项内容。
本发明之对象的其它特征与优点将于下面参看纯供说明用的附图来描述。

正如前面已然叙及的,本发明的方法关系到一类连接件的生产,每个连接件包括一排基本上呈U形的夹子1,且是在一金属带2上通过一系列切口与深冲工艺生产出的。夹子1在其弯曲部分上开有一行孔3,它们相互与铰接件4分隔开,后者可搭接到相类似的另一排夹子上相应的铰接件。此外,每个夹子形成有两个臂部5a与5b,一个在另一个之上,且上面开有孔口6,以后可以通过这些孔中6插入铆钉或固定肘钉,用来将夹子牢靠地固定到传送带的一个端部之上。
在本发明的方法中,第一道工序是在拟用来加工出孔3的部位中央亦即在带2的中心部分制造出一个横剖面面积小的开口7。如图1与图2例示,用相对于已设定有相应槽孔或类似凹孔10的固定砧座9所配置的冲孔器8,同时加工出两个开口7。
完成上述第一道工序之后,,再对上述的开口7的边缘向内挤压及镦扩,以致环绕每个这样的开口7形成了一种凸环11。这道工序 是用两个相对于砧座9中两个凹部13所配置的冲头12同时进行的。结束这道工序后所形成的凸环11便突出到带2的靠近砧座9的表面之上。
上述这两道工序以及继后的工序,随着带2夹在砧座9与所说冲头或其它用来处理此带的工具间的依次前移而进行。
在凸环11压出之后,此凸环的边缘即相对于砧座9弯围向金属带的表面。这一工序是让带2的相应部分通过两对配置在顶部与底部上互补的冲压工具之间来进行的。两个顶部工具14、15是冲压模。底部工具16、17可以起到另一类砧座的作用,而砧座16设有凹槽来导致凸环11边部进行围弯,砧座17则是一精整用砧座。
进行完上一道工序后,各铰接件4的内侧面即为两个边靠边的金属边18所增强,它们相当于已在两个孔3所属部位处形成之凸环11上围弯出的相邻边,同时这些金属边也为所涉及的这一特定铰接件配置了框架(参看附图)。围弯向各铰接件4内侧面的上述金属边最好牢牢地互相贴靠,但是两者间或可存在间隙。
当继次加工出使各个夹子1分隔开的缺口19后,便将带2本身弯曲成夹子所具备的最终U形。显然,这种夹子的个数与形状以及它们的铰接件的个数是可以变化的。
用上述方法生产出的夹子具有这样的优点;此种夹子的各个铰接件4的内侧面是为两个具有相同厚度的金属边所增强,不然的话就要报废,因为它们是在两个铰接件4之间所冲压出的孔3处由一块金属部件形成的。这样,此种铰接件的机械强度便得以大大提高,而磨损较少,更确切地说,是之后在使两个相补连接件相互联结 的枢销上受到的摩擦而磨损较少。
与传统方法中的情形相比,本发明的方法能采用薄得多的金属带作为原材料,这是由于这里的铰接件是通过弯围其下方的金属带而得到增强。此外,还因为铰接件宽度的选择不再与所用金属带的厚度有关,从而铰接件的强度最优化,而在前述枢销上受到磨损减少。此外,由于减薄了金属厚度而能具有另一个间接优点,即这样形成的夹子有较薄的臂部,因而易于被引导通过配置在传送带上面的刮板下方。
以上谈到的夹子也称之为传送带连接件。

Claims (3)

1、一种用来接合传送带端部之连接件的生产方法,此种连接件包括一排基本上呈U形的金属夹子,其弯曲部分有一行使一批铰接件两两隔开的等间距的孔,特征在于;对金属带(2)的中央部分,按下述的金属深冲与冲压工艺顺序处理:
对于在两个铰接件(4)之间拟用来形成所需各孔(3)的部位中央,加工出一种横剖面面积渐缩的开口(7);
拓宽每个这样的开口(7)并冲压其边缘,以形成一个从金属带(2)表面上突出且环绕相应孔(3)的凸环(11);
将各个凸环(11)的周边部弯绕到金属带(2)的相应表面;
朝此凸环边缘业已这样地向内弯定的表面处将此金属带围弯成U形,使得各铰接件(4)的内侧面通过两片金属边(18)得到增强,金属边一片配置在另一片的旁侧,它们相当于在孔(3)部位处业已形成且环绕所关联的这一特定铰接件(4)的两个凸环(11)上围弯出的相邻边。
2、如权利要求1所述的这种方法,特征在于:上述各深冲与冲压工序是在金属带渐次在两行分上下配置的互补工具间移行时,在此金属带围弯成U形之前进行的,上述工具之顶部包括各种深冲冲头或类似工具件(8、12、14、15),而其底部则包括一排砧座(9、16、17),所述砧座上加工出相应的凹部或凹槽,用来围弯环绕金属带(2)之孔(3)所形成之凸环(11)的边部。
3、用来使传送带端部相互联结的一种连接件,此种连接件包括一排基本上呈U形的金属夹,后者的弯曲部分有一行使一批铰接件两两隔开的等间距的孔,特征在于:这一排夹子是用权利要求1或2中所述方法生产的,上述各铰接件(4)的内侧面通过两片金属边(18)得到增强,金属边一片配置在另一片的旁侧,它们相当于在孔(3)部位处业已形成之且环绕所关联的这一特定铰接件(4)的两个凸环(11)上围弯出的邻边。
