Abstract

本发明涉及一种变道栏移位装置，包括车前架、与车前架固定连接的滑动挡板、变道栏、变道栏绳链，所述的变道栏柱由柱体与变道栏底座连接而成，每个变道栏柱上置有两个滚轮轴，滚轮轴上分别套有滑动滚轮，所述的变道栏由多个变道栏柱和变道绳链连接而成，所述的滑动挡板呈曲线形，其通过车前架固定于汽车前端，所述的滑动挡板内开有两条平行的滑动槽，滑动槽进口和滑动槽出口开口向下并向外扩口，滑动槽与滑动滚轮滑动配合。本发明的有益效果是，本发明通过巧妙的滑动滚轮和滑动槽的设计，实现变道栏柱的移位，结构简单，使用方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种移位装置，尤其是一种变道栏移位装置。
背景技术
在城市拥挤的市区道路上往往形成上下班呈反向的车辆拥挤和阻塞现象，尤其是高架道路更加明显。但是目前的地面道路变道设施主要靠信号灯指挥，不够安全和可靠；而高架道路上的间隔栏都是固定的，不能实施变道。因此设计一种在地面道路和高架道路上都能实施的变道栏移位装置是很有必要的。 
发明内容
为了解决目前的地面道路变道设施主要靠信号灯指挥，不够安全和可靠；而高架道路上的间隔栏都是固定的，不能实施变道的问题，本发明提供一种变道栏移位装置，通过巧妙的滑动滚轮和滑动槽设计完成变道栏柱的移位。
本发明为了解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：包括车前架、与车前架固定连接的滑动挡板、变道栏、变道栏绳链，所述的变道栏柱由柱体与变道栏底座连接而成，每个变道栏柱上置有两个滚轮轴，滚轮轴上分别套有滑动滚轮，所述的变道栏由多个变道栏柱和变道绳链连接而成，所述的滑动挡板呈曲线形，其通过车前架固定于汽车前端，所述的滑动挡板内开有两条平行的滑动槽，滑动槽进口和滑动槽出口开口向下并向外扩口，滑动槽与滑动滚轮滑动配合。
本发明的有益效果是，本发明通过巧妙的滑动滚轮和滑动槽的设计，实现变道栏柱的移位，结构简单，使用方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1至图4所示，一种变道栏移位装置，包括车前架1、与车前架1固定连接的滑动挡板2、变道栏、变道栏绳链7，所述的变道栏柱11由柱体6与变道栏底座10连接而成，每个变道栏柱11上置有两个滚轮轴9，滚轮轴9上分别套有滑动滚轮8，呈磨菇状，所述的变道栏由多个变道栏柱11和变道绳链7连接而成，所述的滑动挡板2呈曲线形，其通过车前架1固定于汽车前端，可以通过调节变换滑动挡板2的角度，所述的滑动挡板2内开有两条平行的滑动槽3，滑动槽进口4和滑动槽出口5开口向下并向外扩口，滑动槽3与滑动滚轮8滑动配合。
汽车向前开动时，滑动挡板2向前移动，变道栏柱11上的两个滑动滚轮8分别插进滑动挡板2的两个滑动槽3内。由于滑动挡板2不断向前移动，促使滑动滚轮8在滑动槽3内滑动。滑动滚轮8从滑动槽进口4往后滑动，由于滑动槽进口4呈向下和向外的扩口，滑动槽3下沿的提升，使滑动滚轮8向上移动，变道栏底座10离地。并随着汽车不断前进开进，在曲线滑动作用下变道栏柱11不断向左边滑动，形成变道栏柱11的移动，当变道栏柱11移动到预设位置时，由于滑动槽出口5向下向外扩口，滑动滚轮8向下移动，变道栏柱11也随之向下，直到变道栏底座10触地，完成变道栏柱11的移位。
本发明通过巧妙的滑动滚轮8和滑动槽的设计，实现变道栏柱11的移位。

1.一种变道栏移位装置，其特征在于，包括车前架（1）、与车前架（1）固定连接的滑动挡板（2）、变道栏、变道栏绳链（7），所述的变道栏柱（11）由柱体（6）与变道栏底座（10）连接而成，每个变道栏柱（11）上置有两个滚轮轴（9），滚轮轴（9）上分别套有滑动滚轮（8），所述的变道栏由多个变道栏柱（11）和变道绳链（7）连接而成，所述的滑动挡板（2）呈曲线形，其通过车前架（1）固定于汽车前端，所述的滑动挡板（2）内开有两条平行的滑动槽（3），滑动槽进口（4）和滑动槽出口（5）开口向下并向外扩口，滑动槽（3）与滑动滚轮（8）滑动配合。
