Abstract
本发明公开了一种背光模组及液晶显示器,所述背光模组包括背板,所述背板包括背板主体,以及在所述背板主体的两端凸起并与所述背板主体一体成型的侧壁,所述侧壁的内侧设置有发光件,所述发光件和所述背板主体之间设置有一支撑固定件,用于支撑并固定所述发光件。本发明可准确地将发光件固定在背板的侧壁上,而且即使发光件在工作过程中散发的热量使得用于粘结所述发光件的导热胶软化,也能够保证发光件的位置不发生错位,保证了发光件和导光板的对心效果,提高了发光件的入射效率。
Description
【技术领域】
本发明涉及液晶显示技术领域,特别是涉及一种背光模组及液晶显示器。
【背景技术】
随着液晶显示面板的不断发展和普及,对液晶显示面板内各部件的要求越来越高。
以背光模组为例,请参阅图1,图1为现有技术中侧入光式发光二极管(LightEmittingDiode,LED)背光模组的结构示意图。该侧入光式LED背光模组包括前框11、胶框12、灯条13、背板14、导光板15以及导热胶16等。
其中,灯条13通过导热胶16固定在背板14上,在将灯条13粘结到背板14的过程中,一般很难保证灯条13能够粘结到准确的位置。而一旦灯条13的位置发生偏移,将影响灯条13和导光板15的对心效果,进而导致从灯条13进入导光板15的入射光的入射效率降低。
另外,灯条13工作过程中会产生大量的热量,这些热量会导致导热胶16软化,进而造成灯条13的位置下移而出现错位,同样会影响灯条13和导光板15的对心效果,进而导致从灯条13进入导光板15的入射光的入射效率降低。
综上,由于灯条13通过导热胶16粘结在背板15上,粘结位置不能准确控制;以及灯条13在工作过程中散发的热量使得导热胶16软化,造成灯条13的位置下移而造成错位,上述两种情况都影响灯条13和导光板15的对心效果,进而降低灯条13的入射效率。
【发明内容】
本发明的一个目的在于提供一种背光模组,以解决现有技术中灯条通过导热胶粘结在背板上,粘结位置不能准确控制;以及灯条在工作过程中散发的热量使得导热胶软化,造成灯条的位置下移而造成错位,影响灯条和导光板的对心效果,降低了灯条的入射效率的技术问题。
为解决上述问题,本发明构造了一种背光模组,包括背板,所述背板包括背板主体,以及沿所述背板主体的两端凸起并与所述背板主体一体成型的侧壁,所述侧壁的内侧设置有发光件,
所述发光件和所述背板主体之间设置有一支撑固定件,用于支撑并固定所述发光件;
所述背光模组还包括一L型支架,所述L型支架包括贴合所述侧壁外侧的第一支架条,以及贴合所述背板主体外侧的第二支架条,所述第一支架条的长度沿方向(A)延伸,在所述第一支架条的长度沿方向(A)的两端,所述第一支架条上的部分向所述侧壁内侧方向弯折,所述弯折部分沿方向(B)延伸通过所述侧壁形成所述支撑固定件;
所述第一支架条的长度大于所述侧壁的长度;
所述支撑固定件形成于所述第一支架条上沿所述方向(A)的两端或所述第一支架条上沿所述方向(A)的中间部分。
在本发明的背光模组中,所述侧壁包括侧壁主体,所述侧壁主体上的部分相对所述侧壁主体弯折形成所述支撑固定件。
在本发明的背光模组中,所述第二支架条具有一补强长度,并与所述背板主体固定连接。
在本发明的背光模组中,所述发光件包括灯条,所述灯条上设置有多个均匀排列的光源。
本发明的另一个目的在于提供一种液晶显示器,以解决现有技术中灯条通过导热胶粘结在背板上,粘结位置不能准确控制;以及灯条在工作过程中散发的热量使得导热胶软化,造成灯条的位置下移而造成错位,影响灯条和导光板的对心效果,降低了灯条的入射效率的技术问题。
为解决上述问题,本发明构造了一种液晶显示器,所述液晶显示器包括一背光模组,所述背光模组包括背板,所述背板包括背板主体,以及沿所述背板主体的两端凸起并与所述背板主体一体成型的侧壁,所述侧壁的内侧设置有发光件;
所述发光件和所述背板主体之间设置有一支撑固定件,用于支撑并固定所述发光件;
所述背光模组还包括一L型支架,所述L型支架包括贴合所述侧壁外侧的第一支架条,以及贴合所述背板主体外侧的第二支架条,所述第一支架条的长度沿方向(A)延伸,在所述第一支架条的长度沿方向(A)的两端,所述第一支架条上的部分向所述侧壁内侧方向弯折,所述弯折部分沿方向(B)延伸通过所述侧壁形成所述支撑固定件;
所述第一支架条的长度大于所述侧壁的长度;
所述支撑固定件形成于所述第一支架条上沿所述方向(A)的两端或所述第一支架条上沿所述方向(A)的中间部分。
在本发明的液晶显示器中,所述侧壁包括侧壁主体,所述侧壁主体上的部分相对所述侧壁主体弯折形成所述支撑固定件。
在本发明的液晶显示器中,所述第二支架条具有一补强长度,并与所述背板主体固定连接。
在本发明的液晶显示器中,所述发光件包括灯条,所述灯条上设置有多个均匀排列的光源。
本发明相对于现有技术,通过在发光件和背板主体之间设置一支撑固定件,该支撑固定件支撑并固定所述发光件,可以准确地将发光件固定在背板的侧壁上,而且即使发光件在工作过程中散发的热量使得其连接背板侧壁的导热胶软化,也能够保证发光件的位置不发生错位,保证了发光件和导光板的对心效果,提高了发光件的入射效率。

以下各实施例的说明是参考附加的图式,用以例示本发明可用以实施的特定实施例。

所述背光模组包括前框21、胶框22、发光件23、背板24、导光板25、导热胶26以及支撑固定件27。
其中,所述前框21连接所述胶框22,所述胶框22用于承载显示屏(图未示出)。所述背板24包括背板主体240和侧壁241,所述侧壁241由所述背板主体240的两端凸起所形成,所述侧壁241与所述背板主体240一体成型。所述发光件23设置在所述侧壁241的内侧。所述支撑固定件27设置在所述发光件23和所述背板主体240之间。所述支撑固定件27用于支撑并固定所述发光件23。
请参阅图3,图3为图2所示的背光模组中背板24和支撑固定件27的连接示意图。
所述侧壁241包括侧壁主体2411。所述支撑固定件27形成于所述侧壁主体2411上沿所述方向A的两端,并由所述侧壁主体2411上部分相对所述侧壁主体2411弯折形成。
当然,在具体实施过程中,所述支撑固定件27还可形成于所述侧壁主体2411沿所述方向A的中间,只要能够支撑固定所述发光件23即可,此处不一一列举。
请继续参阅图3,所述发光件23包括灯条231,所述灯条231沿方向A延伸,所述灯条231上设置有多个均匀排列的光源232。
图2所示的背光模组的第一较佳实施例的工作原理为:
请一并参阅图2和图3,将所述发光件23通过导热胶26粘结在所述背板24的侧壁241上,同时使得所述发光件23固定在所述支撑固定件27上,并使得所述发光件23对齐所述导光板25。这样,所述支撑固定件27可支撑并固定所述发光件23,使得所述发光件23和所述导光板25具有较佳的对心效果。
所述发光件23发光时,即便是所述发光件23产生的热量使得所述导热胶26软化,但是由于所述支撑固定件27的支撑固定作用,所述发光件23不会偏移错位,仍保证了所述发光件23和所述导光板25具有较佳的对心效果,进而提高了所述发光件23的光线入射效率。
图4为本发明中背光模组的第二较佳实施例的结构示意图。
在图4所示的第二较佳实施例中,所述背光模组还包括一L型支架30,所述L型支架30包括第一支架条31和第二支架条32。所述第一支架条31贴合所述侧壁241外侧,所述第二支架条32贴合所述背板主体240外侧。
请继续参阅图4,所述背光模组还包括螺母40,所述第二支架条32与所述背板主体240上均设置有螺孔(图未标示),所述螺母40穿过并螺接所述第二支架条32与所述背板主体240上的螺孔,使得所述第二支架条32与所述背板主体240铆接,当然也可以是其它的固定连接方式,此处不一一列举。
所述第二支架条32具有一补强长度L3,具有补强长度L3的所述第二支架条32可补强所述背板24,以保证背光模组的平整度。
请参阅图5,图5为图4所示的背光模组中背板24、支撑固定件27以及L型支架30的连接示意图。
所述第一支架条31的长度沿方向A延伸,其中,第一支架条31的长度L1大于所述侧壁241的长度L2。在所述第一支架条31的长度沿方向A的两端,所述第一支架条31的部分向所述侧壁241内侧方向弯折,该弯折部分沿方向B延伸通过所述侧壁241形成所述支撑固定件27。
在图5所示的实施例中,所述支撑固定件27形成于所述第一支架条31上沿所述方向A的两端。在具体实施过程中,所述支撑固定件27还可以形成于所述第一支架条31上沿所述方向A的中间部分,此时所述支撑固定件27若要穿过所述侧壁241,需要在所述侧壁241上开设通孔。当然只要能使得所述支撑固定件27延伸穿过所述侧壁241,并支撑固定所述发光件23,均在本发明保护范围之内,此处不再详细赘述。
图4所示的背光模组的第二较佳实施例的工作原理为:
请一并参阅图4和图5,在将所述发光件23通过导热胶26粘结在所述背板24的侧壁241上时,同时使得所述发光件23固定在所述支撑固定件27上,并使得所述发光件23对齐所述导光板25。这样,所述支撑固定件27可支撑并固定所述发光件23,从而使得所述发光件23和所述导光板25具有较佳的对心效果。
所述发光件23在发光时,即便是所述发光件23产生的热量使得所述导热胶26软化,但是由于所述支撑固定件27的支撑固定作用,所述发光件23也不会偏移错位,仍保证了所述发光件23和所述导光板25具有较佳的对心效果,进而提高了所述发光件23的光线入射效率。
而且,由于所述第二支架条32具有一补强长度L3,具有补强长度L3的所述第二支架条32可补强所述背板24,保证了背光模组的平整度。
本发明通过在所述发光件23和所述背板主体240之间设置一支撑固定件27,通过该支撑固定件27支撑并固定所述发光件23,可以准确地将发光件23固定,而且即使所述发光件23在工作过程中散发的热量使得所述导热胶26软化,也能够保证所述发光件23的位置不发生错位,保证了所述发光件23和所述导光板25具有较佳的对心效果,提高了所述发光件23的光线入射效率。
综上所述,虽然本发明已以优选实施例揭露如上,但上述优选实施例并非用以限制本发明,本领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,均可作各种更动与润饰,因此本发明的保护范围以权利要求界定的范围为准。

所述背光模组还包括一L型支架,所述L型支架包括贴合所述侧壁外侧的第一支架条,以及贴合所述背板主体外侧的第二支架条,所述第一支架条的长度沿方向A延伸,在所述第一支架条的长度沿方向A的两端,所述第一支架条上的部分向所述侧壁内侧方向弯折,所述弯折部分沿方向B延伸通过所述侧壁形成所述支撑固定件;
所述第一支架条的长度大于所述侧壁的长度;
所述第二支架条具有一补强长度,并与所述背板主体固定连接;以及
所述支撑固定件形成于所述第一支架条上沿所述方向A的两端或所述第一支架条上沿所述方向A的中间部分。
2.根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述侧壁包括侧壁主体,所述侧壁主体上的部分相对所述侧壁主体弯折形成所述支撑固定件。
3.根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述发光件包括灯条,所述灯条上设置有多个均匀排列的光源。
4.一种液晶显示器,其特征在于,所述液晶显示器包括一背光模组,所述背光模组包括背板,所述背板包括背板主体,以及沿所述背板主体的两端凸起并与所述背板主体一体成型的侧壁,所述侧壁的内侧设置有发光件;
所述发光件和所述背板主体之间设置有一支撑固定件,用于支撑并固定所述发光件;
所述背光模组还包括一L型支架,所述L型支架包括贴合所述侧壁外侧的第一支架条,以及贴合所述背板主体外侧的第二支架条,所述第一支架条的长度沿方向A延伸,在所述第一支架条的长度沿方向A的两端,所述第一支架条上的部分向所述侧壁内侧方向弯折,所述弯折部分沿方向B延伸通过所述侧壁形成所述支撑固定件;
所述第一支架条的长度大于所述侧壁的长度;
所述第二支架条具有一补强长度,并与所述背板主体固定连接;以及
所述支撑固定件形成于所述第一支架条上沿所述方向A的两端或所述第一支架条上沿所述方向A的中间部分。
5.根据权利要求4所述的液晶显示器,其特征在于,所述侧壁包括侧壁主体,所述侧壁主体上的部分相对所述侧壁主体弯折形成所述支撑固定件。
6.根据权利要求4所述的液晶显示器,其特征在于,所述发光件包括灯条,所述灯条上设置有多个均匀排列的光源。
