Abstract
本发明为一种无机防腐涂料及制备方法,其涂料所含元素为硅酸(钠、钾、锂)盐、水、尿素、金属氧化物或非金属氧化物粉末,碳酸钠、磷酸和氧化锌,其制备方法是将上列元素A组料:硅酸盐、水、尿素、金属氧化物粉。B组料:碳酸钠、水、磷酸、氧化锌按百分比加以混合、球磨10~15小时,其优点:硬度大、抗腐蚀、耐碱、耐高温、最大特点无毒、无污染。

本发明属于化工无机防腐涂料技术领域。
目前所能查到有关美国专利4,266,975,1968年5月12日发表的,其主要内容是为水溶性无机防腐涂料,涂料是以铬酸mCrO3为成膜物质,以金属锌粉末为主要体质材料,外加少量分散剂、稳定剂和粘接剂等合成的液体混合物,该涂料可实施喷涂、浸涂、刷涂等处理工艺,其涂层具有优异的防腐特性,其缺点是涂料中CrO3为剧毒物质,涂层表面较软(2-4H),成本高。
为解决以上缺点,本发明的目的是由无机硅酸(钠、钾、锂)盐中一种为成膜物质,以金属(锌、铝)或金属或非金属氧化物粉末为填料,以氧化锌为硬化剂、尿素或辛基酚、苯基醚为分散剂,磷酸或磷酸铝(Al3PO4)为催化剂,水为稀释剂等合成的一种浆状混合液。
本发明无机涂料由下列物质组成:硅酸(钠、钾、锂)盐、水、尿素、金属(锌、铝)、金属或非金属(氧化钛、氧化锌、氧化铝、氧化镁、氧化硅、硅化钼、碳化硅)粉末、碳酸钠、磷酸和氧化锌。其百分比含量(重量):
A组料:
硅酸(钠、钾、锂)盐中一种 30~50%
水 40~80%
尿素 0.5~5%
金属(锌、铝)金属或非金属(氧化钛、氧化锌、氧化铝、氧化镁、氧化硅、硅化钼、碳化硅)粉末 25~45%
B组料:
碳酸钠 0.5~5%
水 50~80%
磷酸 1~6%
氧化锌 40~80%
其制备方法:
将上两组配料按A/B≈2.5~4.5合成,具体步骤:调配时将A组料、B组料按比例分别搅拌均匀后,将A组料向B组料中倾倒后,球磨混合10~15小时。
无机涂料的涂敷工艺流程是:
净化处理:将被涂敷件用碱水除油去污后,水洗呈中性,再用酸洗除锈,水洗并烘干。
涂料合成:将A组料和B组料按A/B≈2.5~4.5比例混合,并球磨磨10~15小时。
涂敷加工处理:本涂料用于喷、浸、刷涂均可。
烘干:用50℃~100℃热风吹干或自然干燥。
固化:用250℃~350℃热风吹或加热炉并保温30~60分钟以上。
本发明之优点:本涂料表面硬度大可达8~9H,抗腐蚀、耐碱、耐盐、在汽油、乙醇、防冻液浸泡100小时涂层表面完好,耐高温,可耐400℃~600℃高温,最大优点无有毒成份,不排
放有毒物质,无环境污染。

涂料所含元素及百分比(重量)
A组料:
硅酸钠、(钾、锂) 31%
水 42%
尿素 0.5%
金属粉末锌(或铝) 26.5%
B组料:
碳酸钠 1.8%
水 55%
磷酸 3.1%
氧化锌 40.1%
A/B=2.5
制成时将A组料、B组料分别搅拌均匀后,将A组料向B组料倾倒后,球磨10~15小时,即可涂敷。

1、一种无机防腐涂料,其特征在于该涂料所含元素及重量百分比含量为:
A组料:
硅酸钠、钾或锂 31%
水 42%
尿素 0.5%
金属粉末锌或铝 26.5%
B组料:
碳酸钠 1.8%
水 55%
磷酸 3.1%
氧化锌 40.1%
按A/B=2.5比例混合。
2、一种无机防腐涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:
A组料:
硅酸钠、钾或锂 31%
水 42%
尿素 0.5%
金属粉末锌或铝 26.5%
B组料:
碳酸钠 1.8%
水 55%
磷酸 3.1%
氧化锌 40.1%
A/B=2.5
制成时,将A组料、B组料分别搅拌均匀后,将A组料向B组料倾倒后,球磨10~15小时,即可涂敷。
