Abstract
本发明涉及一种布料浮雕图案成型工艺,旨在提供一种无需添加化学试剂,在任意模腔内把平布压烫成所需的形状,在极限温度定性后,重复水洗不变形的布料浮雕图案成型工艺;其技术要点,依次包括下述工序:1)先加热下模具至160℃~170℃,再在下模具上铺上布料,合上上模具,施压5~8秒后提起上模具,再放上涂有米糊的纸质浮雕图案纸,合上上模具,压上2~3秒后提起上模具,再重复施压一次;2)快速将加压后的布料转入190℃~220℃的模具内,加压4~5秒;3)降温至140℃以下后,从模具中取出布料和纸质浮雕图案纸,进行下一步工序;属于纺织品制作技术领域。

技术领域
[0001] 本发明公开一种布料图案的成型工艺,具体的说,是布料浮雕图案成型工艺,属于纺织品制作技术领域。
背景技术
[0002] 随着生活水平的提高,人们的要求也越来越高,对各种纺织品的图案要求也越来越高,现有布料上的图案大致分为平面和立体两种。
[0003] 平面图案多以染印形成,染印速度快且花色固定,但为平面图案而没有浮突的立体效果,一种形成平面图案的方式称为减量印花或烂花印花,其是利用单层交织或混纺织物中不同纤维的耐化学腐蚀性质差异,通过印花方法施加烂花酸剂在织物局部表面,以去除织物中一种纤维,保留耐酸纤维而形成半透明花纹。但由于织物中少了部分纤维,使得织物变薄,在经多次水洗或使用后,容易变形或脱纱掉线。
[0004] 立体图案的形成方式大多为刺绣和提花两种。刺绣方式是在织造完成的布料上,另外以计算机绣花技术绣上所设计的图案,所以成本较高,且布料的两面均留有线纹。
[0005] 中国专利CN101058947公开了一种在布料表面形成具有浮雕图纹的布料的方法,在人造纤维布料表面形成天然纤维的浮雕图纹,但是该方法只能用于人造纤维和天然纤维交织成具有人造纤维层和天然纤维层的布料,即双层布料是实施,这样在很大程度上限制该发明的实施,另外,该发明所用的酸为硫酸等强腐蚀性的,这对环境造成严重的污染,而且也增加工人操作是危险系数。
发明内容
[0006] 针对上述问题,本发明公开一种无需添加化学试剂,在任意模腔内把平布压烫成所需的形状,在极限温度定性后,重复水洗不变形的布料浮雕图案成型工艺。
[0007] 本发明的技术方案是这样的:一种布料浮雕图案成型工艺,其特征在于,依次包括下述工序:
[0008] I)先加热下模具至160°C〜170°C,再在下模具上铺上布料,合上上模具,施压5〜8秒后提起上模具,再放上涂有粘合剂的纸质浮雕图案纸版,合上上模具,压上2〜3秒后提起上模具,得到布料/纸质浮雕图案纸版复合体;

[0010] 3)快速将布料/纸质浮雕图案纸版复合体转入190°C〜220°C的另一定型模具内,固形处理2〜3秒。
[0011] 4)降温至140°C以下后,从模具中取出布料/纸质浮雕图案纸版复合体,进行下一
步工序。
[0012] 上述的布料浮雕图案成型工艺,其特征在于,所述的纸质浮雕图案纸版为200克牛皮纸经冲压成型而成。

[0017] 进一步的,上述的布料浮雕图案成型工艺,所述的布料为纯棉布料或者纯涤纶布料或者涤纶纤维含量为30%以上的混纺布料。
[0018] 发明原理:在一定的温度下,布料进入软化初溶的物理变化阶段时,由于延伸力的存在布料开始拉伸变形,形状发生了变化,同时也受到纸质浮雕图案的束缚力,但延伸力远远小于束缚力,型腔继续升温,到临界温度、涤纶材料已溶化,温度再高就碳化,改变了涤纶的物理性质,在熔点的临界温度下降温,涤纶又恢复了它原来的物理特性,在温度降到140°C以下,变形后的棉涤布料、形态也和设计的型腔的纸质浮雕图案纸面貌一样。
[0019] 与现有技术相比,本发明所提供的工艺操作简单,所得到的布料,立体感强,与纸质浮雕图案相似度高,无需添加任何化学试剂,经100次水洗后仍保持原来的性状。

[0024] 参阅图1,纯涤纶布料浮雕图案成型工艺,依次包括下述工序:1)先加热下模具I至160°C,再在下模具I上铺上布料2,合上上模具3,施压3Kg/cm2压力压8秒后提起上模具3,再放上涂有粘合剂,采用200克牛皮纸经冲压成型而成纸质浮雕图案纸版4,合上上模具3,压上3秒后提起上模具3,得到布料/纸质浮雕图案纸版复合体;2)在压力为5Kg/cm2加压定型处理布料/纸质浮雕图案纸版复合体4秒,该步骤加压定型时所用的模具材料为环氧树脂;3)快速将布料/纸质浮雕图案纸版复合体转入190°C的另一定型模具内,固形处理3秒;4)降温至140°C以下后,从模具中取出布料/纸质浮雕图案纸版复合体,进行下一步植绒工序;其中,步骤I)步骤3)和步骤4)所述的模具材料为厚度5mm铝板材。

[0026] 参阅图1,涤纶纤维含量为30%的混纺布料浮雕图案成型工艺,依次包括下述工序:1)先加热下模具I至165°c,再在下模具I上铺上布料2,合上上模具3,施压5Kg/cm2压力压6秒后提起上模具3,再放上涂有粘合剂,采用200克牛皮纸经冲压成型而成纸质浮雕图案纸版4,合上上模具3,压上3秒后提起上模具3,得到布料/纸质浮雕图案纸版复合体;2)在压力为3Kg/cm2加压定型处理布料/纸质浮雕图案纸版复合体5秒,该步骤加压定型时所用的模具材料为环氧树脂;3)快速将布料/纸质浮雕图案纸版复合体转入200°C的另一定型模具内,固形处理3秒;4)降温至140°C以下后,从模具中取出布料/纸质浮雕图案纸版复合体,进行下一步切边工序;其中,步骤I)步骤3)和步骤4)所述的模具材料为厚度5mm招板材。。

Claims (8)
1.布料浮雕图案成型工艺,其特征在于,依次包括下述工序: 1)先加热下模具至160°c〜170°C,再在下模具上铺上布料,合上上模具,施压5〜8秒后提起上模具,再放上涂有粘合剂的纸质浮雕图案纸版,合上上模具,压上2〜3秒后提起上模具,得到布料/纸质浮雕图案纸版复合体; 2)加压定型处理4〜5秒; 3)快速将布料/纸质浮雕图案纸版复合体转入190°C〜220°C的另一定型模具内,固形处理2〜3秒; 4)降温至140°C以下后,从模具中取出布料/纸质浮雕图案纸版复合体,进行下一步工序。
2.根据权利I要求所述的布料浮雕图案成型工艺,其特征在于,所述的纸质浮雕图案纸版为200克牛皮纸经冲压成型而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的布料浮雕图案成型工艺,其特征在于,步骤2)中所述的加压定型压力为3Kg/cm2〜5Kg/cm2。
4.根据权利要求1所述的布料浮雕图案成型工艺,其特征在于,步骤4)所述的下一步工序为扫描或植绒或切边。
5.根据权利要求1所述的布料浮雕图案成型工艺,其特征在于,所述的加热采用导热油加热。
6.根据权利要求1所述的布料浮雕图案成型工艺,其特征在于,步骤I)、步骤3)和步骤4)所述的模具材料均为铝板材。
7.根据权利要求1所述的布料浮雕图案成型工艺,其特征在于,所述的布料为纯涤纶布料。
