Abstract

本发明是一种可更换锯条的圆锯片,其为一种组装在电锯装置上使用的圆锯片;该圆锯片包含:一锯片本体、至少两片弧形锯条、以及多数个螺钉;其中,该锯片的周缘设置有多数个凹口、及一圈沿圆周延伸的凹沟,该凹沟的壁面设置有多数个螺孔。该各弧形锯条的外圆设置有锯齿,且各弧形锯条能够相互拼接成一完整的环形。该弧形锯条的内缘设置至少一个凸部,该凸部能够与锯片本体的凹口作一对一的吻合拼合。该弧形锯条的内缘设置有一圈沿内缘延伸的凸片,该凸片能够与该锯片本体的凹沟插合。该凸片的壁面设置有多数个穿孔。该螺钉能够贯穿该凸片的穿孔与螺入该锯片本体的螺孔,而将各弧形锯条锁固在锯片本体的周缘,而构成一完整的圆锯片。

Description

可更换锯条的圆锯片
技术领域
本发明涉及一种圆锯片结构,其以更换锯条的方式来延长圆锯片的使用寿限,以减少耗材,降低成本。 
背景技术
圆锯片设置有多个沿锯片本体边缘呈突出状且为等角度间隔排列的锯齿,该锯齿上固设锯刃。凭借该锯刃对对象的锯切,而能完成锯开切口的工作。该圆锯片在使用一段时间后,先损坏的必然是锯刃。而锯刃发生损坏时,锯片即无法使用,必须丢弃。 
前述锯片包含一体成型的锯片本体,以及与锯片本体焊接的各锯齿。该锯片本体的体积占整个锯片的绝大部分,而各锯齿仅位于锯片周缘的小部份。当小部分的锯齿损坏时,使用者可能会为了减少支出,而勉强继续使用,容易造成锯切效果不佳与锯切线偏移的情形。每当成本低的锯刃磨损时,必须将完好无缺的锯片本体一起丢弃,造成资源浪费,也是使用者心中无法释怀的痛。 
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在提供一种可更换锯条的圆锯片,其以更换锯条的方式来延长圆锯片的使用寿限,以减少耗材,降低成本。 
本发明的次一目的在提供一种可更换锯条的圆锯片,其运用在具有双向锯刃的圆锯片上,可凭借正向与反向的组装,而使双向锯刃可分别作锯切工作,而能使锯条的使用寿限加倍延长。 
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是: 
一种可更换锯条的圆锯片,其为一种组装在电锯装置上使用的圆锯片,其特征在于:该圆锯片包含:一锯片本体、至少两片弧形锯条、以及多数个螺钉;其中, 
该锯片本体能够固定在电锯装置上由电锯装置驱动旋转;该锯片本体为圆形片状,且其周缘设置有多数个凹口;该锯片本体的圆周面设置有一圈沿圆周延伸的凹沟;该凹沟的壁面设置有多数个螺孔; 
该各弧形锯条的外圆设置有锯齿,且各弧形锯条能够相互拼接成一完整的环形;该弧形锯条的内缘设置至少一个凸部,该凸部能够与锯片本体的凹口作一对一的吻合拼合;该弧形锯条的内缘设置有一圈沿内缘延伸的凸片,该凸片能够与该锯片本体的凹沟插合;该凸片的壁面设置有多数个穿孔;该螺钉能够贯穿该凸片的穿孔与螺入该锯片本体的螺孔,而将各弧形锯条锁固在锯片本体的周缘。 
其中:该锯片本体的凹沟设置在该锯片本的圆周端面上,且构成具有两侧壁面的凹沟;该凹沟的两侧壁面分别以相对型态设置多数个螺孔与多数个穿孔。 
其中:该锯片本体的凹沟的一侧壁面上的穿孔孔径为扩孔状;该扩孔状的穿孔能够容许该螺钉的锥状头部沉入。 
其中:该弧形锯片沿边缘设置呈突出状且为等角度间隔排列的锯齿,每一锯齿的前、后各固设一锯刃。 
其中:该螺钉的末端突出该锯片本体有0.25mm的长度。 
本发明所提供的可更换锯条的圆锯片,可凭借更换弧形锯条的方式,使圆锯片上的锯刃为崭新状,而能够提供锯切工作件的功能。因此,可降低耗材成本,让消费者减少支出。本发明结构用于具有双向锯刃的圆锯片上,更能加倍的延长弧形锯条的使用寿限,是为一理想而又实用的设计。

具体实施方式
发明设计人有鉴于单向锯切的锯片在锯刃磨损时即丢弃,过于浪费,乃提供一种可换锯条的圆锯片,使整体锯片的使用寿限提高一倍。兹列举实施例,配合图式,详述本发明的构造及功效。 
请参阅图1、图2所示本发明实施例的外观图与分解图。本发明所揭示的可更换锯条的圆锯片1,其为一种组装在电锯装置(图上未示出)上使用的圆锯片1。该圆锯片1包含:一能够固定在电锯装置上由电锯装置驱动旋转的锯片本体10、至少两片能够与锯片本体拼接的弧形锯条20、以及多数个用来锁固锯片本体10与弧形锯条20之间的螺钉30。 
该锯片本体10为圆形片状,其周缘设置有多数个凹口11。该锯片本 体10的圆周面设置有一圈沿圆周延伸的凹沟12。请参阅图3。该凹沟12可设置在该锯片本体10的圆周端面上,且构成具有两侧壁面13、14的凹沟12。该凹沟12的一侧壁面13设置有多数个螺孔131,另一侧壁面14以相对各螺孔131的位置设置有多数个穿孔141。 
该各弧形锯条20的外圆设置有锯齿21,且各弧形锯条20能够相互拼接成为一完整的环形。该锯齿21上设置有锯刃22(刀头),能够锯切工作件。该弧形锯条20的内缘设置至少一个凸部23,该凸部23能够与锯片本体10的凹口11作一对一的吻合拼合。该弧形锯条20的内缘设置有一圈沿内缘延伸的凸片24,该凸片24能够与该锯片本体10的凹沟12插合。该凸片24上对应该锯片本体10的各螺孔131处设置有多数个穿孔241。该螺钉30能够贯穿该锯片本体10上的穿孔141与该凸片24的穿孔241,并锁入该锯片本体10的螺孔131内,而将各弧形锯条20锁固在锯片本体10的周缘。该锯片本体10的凹沟12的一侧壁面14上的穿孔141孔径为扩孔状。该扩孔状的穿孔141能够容许该螺钉30的锥状头部沉入。 
前述的各弧形锯条20在分别组装在该锯片本体10内后,可在锯片本体10上合围成一完整的环状。其间,凭借弧形锯条20的凸部23与锯片本体10的凹口11吻合嵌合,以及螺钉30所提供锁固作用,使弧形锯条20能够与锯片本体10一体连动。同时,该弧形锯条20的锯齿21的锯刃22成为圆锯片1的锯刃22。当电锯装置驱动该锯片本体10转动时,该锯片本体10与各弧形锯条20即一体连动,对工作件进行锯切工作。 
本发明所提供可更换锯条的结构运用在具有双向锯刃的圆锯片2上,更能彰显节省的功效。请参阅图4及图5所示本发明另一实施例的外观图与分解图。具有双向锯刃的圆锯片2包含:一能够固定在电锯装置上由电锯装置驱动旋转的锯片本体40、至少两片能够与锯片本体拼接的弧形锯条50、以及多数个用已锁固锯片本体40与弧形锯条50之间的螺钉60。其中,该锯片本体40设置有与图2所示锯片本体10上相同的凹口41、 凹沟42、两侧壁43、44、螺孔431、穿孔441等结构。该弧形锯片50设置有与图2所示弧形锯片20上相同的凸部53、凸片54、穿孔541等结构。该螺钉60可将该弧形锯片50与锯片本体40锁固成一体,且该各弧形锯条50可在锯片本体40上合围成一完整的环状。 
该弧形锯片50沿边缘设置呈突出状且为等角度间隔排列的锯齿51,每一锯齿的前、后各固设一锯刃52、55。当电锯装置驱动该圆锯片2旋转时,该锯齿51前缘(以圆锯片旋转的方向而论,指锯齿先触及工作件的部位)的锯刃52可对工作件进行锯切,该锯齿52后缘的锯刃55不对工作件锯切。在使用一段时间后,该锯齿51前缘的锯刃52发生磨损而不堪使用时,该锯齿51后缘的锯刃55保持未磨损的锐利状。此时,可将各弧形锯条50拆下,并翻转180°重新组装在锯片本体40上,即可令锯齿51后缘的锯刃55转向成为朝前状态,锯齿51前缘的锯刃52转向成为朝后状态,而可以该锯刃55进行锯切工作件的工作。如此可更进一步增加弧形锯条50的使用寿限。如此,无须使用具有正、反转功能的电锯装置,就能令圆锯片2的双向锯刃52、55分别作锯切工作。 
请参阅图7。前述具有双向锯刃的圆锯片2可组装在一种可传动双锯片互做反向旋转的电锯装置(图上未示出)上使用。其中另一圆锯片3与该圆锯片2的结构相同,仅螺钉60’、60的锁合位置不同。该电锯装置上的二个锯片2、3必须适当的间距,才能避免二个圆锯片2、3的锯刃52、52’相互摩擦,避免锯刃52、52’损坏,以及避免锯刃52、52’过热软化变形,影响切削精度。圆锯片2、3上的螺钉60、60’的末端突出该锯片本体40、40’有0.25mm的长度,且该螺钉60、60’的凸出端与另一圆锯片3、2的锯片本体40’、40接触,使该二圆锯片2、3保有最佳的间距(二圆锯片2、3的锯刃52、52间距为0.03mm)。其间,为了避免二圆锯片2、3的螺钉60、60’相互触碰,该二圆锯片2、3上的螺钉60、60’位置与二圆锯片2、3旋转轴心的距离不相等,而呈上、下错开状。图7中附图标 记50’所指示的元件为弧形锯条。 
综上所陈,本发明所提供的可更换锯条的圆锯片,可凭借更换弧形锯条的方式,使圆锯片上的锯刃为崭新状,而能够提供锯切工作件的功能。因此,可降低耗材成本,让消费者减少支出。本发明结构用于具有双向锯刃的圆锯片上,更能加倍的延长弧形锯条的使用寿限,是为一理想而又实用的设计。 
以上说明对本发明而言只是说明性的,而非限制性的,本领域普通技术人员理解,在不脱离权利要求所限定的精神和范围的情况下,可作出许多修改、变化或等效,但都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。 

Claims (5)

1.一种可更换锯条的圆锯片,其为一种组装在电锯装置上使用的圆锯片,其特征在于:该圆锯片包含:一锯片本体、至少两片弧形锯条、以及多数个螺钉;其中,
该锯片本体能够固定在电锯装置上由电锯装置驱动旋转;该锯片本体为圆形片状,且其周缘设置有多数个凹口;该锯片本体的圆周面设置有一圈沿圆周延伸的凹沟;该凹沟的壁面设置有多数个螺孔;
该各弧形锯条的外圆设置有锯齿,且各弧形锯条能够相互拼接成一完整的环形;该弧形锯条的内缘设置至少一个凸部,该凸部能够与锯片本体的凹口作一对一的吻合拼合;该弧形锯条的内缘设置有一圈沿内缘延伸的凸片,该凸片能够与该锯片本体的凹沟插合;该凸片的壁面设置有多数个穿孔;该螺钉能够贯穿该凸片的穿孔与螺入该锯片本体的螺孔,而将各弧形锯条锁固在锯片本体的周缘。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可更换锯条的圆锯片,其特征在于:该锯片本体的凹沟设置在该锯片本的圆周端面上,且构成具有两侧壁面的凹沟;该凹沟的两侧壁面分别以相对型态设置多数个螺孔与多数个穿孔。
3.根据权利要求2所述的可更换锯条的圆锯片,其特征在于:该锯片本体的凹沟的一侧壁面上的穿孔孔径为扩孔状;该扩孔状的穿孔能够容许该螺钉的锥状头部沉入。
4.根据权利要求1所述的可更换锯条的圆锯片,其特征在于:该弧形锯片沿边缘设置呈突出状且为等角度间隔排列的锯齿,每一锯齿的前、后各固设一锯刃。
5.根据权利要求4所述的可更换锯条的圆锯片,其特征在于:该螺钉的末端突出该锯片本体有0.25mm的长度。
