本发明一种可更换刀片的药材切割铡刀，由刀板、切刀、刀柄、销轴、可更换刀片和螺钉组成；所述的切刀通过销轴安装在刀板上，切刀端部设置有刀柄；所述的可更换刀片设置在切刀的中部，且可更换刀片与切刀之间通过螺钉连接紧固。所述的刀板和可更换刀片采用的是45钢。本发明结构简单，延长了铡刀的使用寿命，实用性强。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种铡刀，特别涉及一种可更换刀片的药材切割铡刀。
背景技术
在中药材生产加工过程中，常需要将药材切割成固定的长度，方便存储和运输。目前，们所使用的药材铡刀，切割药材时，刀与药材的切割接触点或接触面一般是固定不变的，时间的用切刀的同一部位上的刀刃对药材进行切割，易出现切刀的一端刀刃磨损较大，另一端磨损较小，致切刀的使用寿命较短；当切割药材时，别是圆柱形韧性较大的药材，在铡槽表面上向大把方向滑动，响切割效率。
中国专利ZL201620693629.3提出了一种新型药材切割铡刀：在切刀的左部开有两个切刀轴销孔，铡刀底座的左部开有两个底座轴销孔，以通过更换切刀与底座的铰接点来实现对切刀不同部位对药材的切割，延长切刀的使用寿命。但是此技术方案，当调节后的切刀磨损后，整个铡刀就会失去其功能，更换新的铡刀成本高，过多浪费材料和资源。
发明内容
为解决上述的难题，本发明提出一种可更换刀片的药材切割铡刀，本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的：
一种可更换刀片的药材切割铡刀，由刀板、切刀、刀柄、销轴、可更换刀片和螺钉组成；所述的切刀通过销轴安装在刀板上，切刀端部设置有刀柄；所述的可更换刀片设置在切刀的中部，且可更换刀片与切刀之间通过螺钉连接紧固。
作为优选，所述的刀板和可更换刀片采用的是45钢。
本发明的有益效果是：通过在切刀的中部设置可更换刀片，当可更换刀片被磨损时，只需要拧下螺钉，更换成一块新的可更换刀片即可。由于螺钉的拆装简单，因此更换起来便捷，且所述的刀板和可更换刀片采用的是45钢，价格低廉。本发明新结构简单，延长了铡刀的使用寿命，实用性强。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本发明一种可更换刀片的药材切割铡刀，由刀板1、切刀2、刀柄3、销轴4、可更换刀片5和螺钉6组成；所述的切刀2通过销轴4安装在刀板1上，切刀2端部设置有刀柄3；所述的可更换刀片5设置在切刀2的中部，且可更换刀片5与切刀2之间通过螺钉6连接紧固。所述的刀板1和可更换刀片5采用的是45钢。
本发明的工作原理如下：通过在切刀2的中部设置可更换刀片4，当可更换刀片4被磨损时，只需要拧下螺钉6，更换成一块新的可更换刀片4即可。由于螺钉6的拆装简单，因此更换起来便捷，且所述的刀板1和可更换刀片4采用的是45钢，价格低廉。本发明新结构简单，延长了铡刀的使用寿命，实用性强。

1.一种可更换刀片的药材切割铡刀，其特征在于，由刀板、切刀、刀柄、销轴、可更换刀片和螺钉组成；
所述的切刀通过销轴安装在刀板上，切刀端部设置有刀柄；
所述的可更换刀片设置在切刀的中部，且可更换刀片与切刀之间通过螺钉连接紧固。
