Abstract
本发明提供一种用于振荡工具上的开孔器,包括紧固部分,该紧固部分具有用于安装到振动工具上的接受器,该接受器限定一纵向轴线,所述开孔器可围绕该纵向轴线被振动地驱动,还包括与该紧固部分连接的具有材料加工区域的刀具,其中:所述刀具在被加工工件中的进给方向实质上与所述纵向轴线平行。所述材料加工区域在周向上被构造成三角形、方形或五角星形。通过在振荡工具上设置开孔器,扩大了振荡工具的应用场合,提高了在工件上开孔的效率;另外,安装在振荡工具上的开孔器可被构造成三角形、方形等刀具形式,突破了现有技术中开孔器只适于开圆孔的局限。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种动力工具,特别是涉及一种其动力输出轴以高频小偏摆角往复摆动输出并驱动安装在其上的刀具以振动的方式进行去除材料作业的动力工具。
背景技术
振荡工具又称多功能工具,根据安装在其工作头上的附件种类的不同而具有多种功能,如用于锯切的锯片、用于磨削的砂盘等,其工作原理是:振荡驱动器以小偏摆角高频地驱动安装在其工作头上的附件往复摆动从而进行去除材料的作业。
其中,安装有锯片的振荡工具广泛应用于各种板材、管材等的锯切作业中,其具有切割效率高,操作便捷、可灵活的适用于多种场合的优势。但现有的这种用于锯切的振荡工具由于其锯片通常是具有平直切削刃的板形锯片,在进行开孔作业时,需要多次切割才可完成一个孔的加工,切割步骤多,不方便的同时也降低了效率。
现有技术中公知一种孔锯(hole saw)上使用的锯片,孔锯中的锯片作旋转运动,其锯片的中心固定一钻头,以起定心的作用。该孔锯安装在电钻等以旋转输出的动力工具上,可以高效的一次性的完成对孔的加工,但是,由于受到其旋转输出形式的限制,该孔锯通常只能被构造成为中空的截面呈圆形的锯片,因而只适用于对圆形孔的加工,对于那些孔形有突变、非平滑过渡的孔将无法进行加工。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明提供一种用于振荡工具上开孔器。由于,振荡工具以振荡的方式驱动附件,与钻类等旋转输出的运动形式不同,其振荡的偏摆角很小,因此,可以预见,如果在振荡工具上安装具有截面形状不局限于圆形、比如三角形、四边形甚至五角星形等形状的锯片将能对更加广泛的异型孔进行加工。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种用于振荡工具上的开孔器,包括紧固部分,该紧固部分具有用于安装到振动工具上的接受器,该接受器限定一纵向轴线,所述开孔器可围绕该纵向轴线被振动地驱动,还包括与该紧固部分连接的具有材料加工区域的刀具,其中:所述刀具在被加工工件中的进给方向实质上与所述纵向轴线平行。
所述刀具的材料加工区域实质上周向封闭。
所述实质上周向封闭的材料加工区域围绕着所述纵向轴线。
所述材料加工区域被构造成可用于锯削、磨削或切削的区域。
所述材料加工区域在周向上可被构造成至少包含一段大致平直的材料加工区域部分。
所述材料加工区域在周向上被构造成三角形、方形或五角星形。
本发明还提供一种振荡工具,包括具有输出轴的振动驱动器,该输出轴能够关于其纵向轴线被振动地驱动,且其上接收有根据前述任一项权利要求的开孔器。
还包含定位器,所述定位器具有可突出于所述刀具材料加工区域的底边缘的定位端。
所述定位器上作用有第一弹性元件,所述第一弹性元件使得所述定位器具有向所述定位端偏压的趋势。
还包含用于将加工后残留在所述刀具内的工件顶出的推顶器,所述推顶器置于所述刀具内。
所述推顶器包含第二弹性元件,所述第二弹性元件的一端固连于所述开孔器上或者固连到与所述输出轴配合的压紧法兰上,另一端可自由悬出到所述刀具材料加工区域的底边缘之外。
通过采用以上技术方案,可实现以下的有益技术效果:
通过在振荡工具上设置开孔器,扩大了振荡工具的应用场合,提高了在工件上开孔的效率;另外,安装在振荡工具上的开孔器可被构造成三角形、方形等刀具形式,突破了现有技术中开孔器只适于开圆孔的局限。

具体实施方式
如图1至图6所示,本发明的动力工具10以振荡的方式驱动工作元件对工件8进行加工,动力工具10的工作头区域的机壳处支撑有输出轴2,输出轴2由振动支架1带动绕其纵向轴线以小偏摆角高频的往复摆动,输出轴2的轴端安装有开孔器20,结合图7至图9,开孔器20包括紧固部分21,该紧固部分21具有用于安装到振动工具10上的接受器23,该接受器23限定一纵向轴线Y,开孔器20可围绕该纵向轴线Y被振动地驱动,该紧固部分21连接有具有材料加工区域22’的中空的刀具22,刀具22在被加工工件中的进给方向实质上与纵向轴线Y平行。刀具20可被构造成大致可开方孔、圆孔及异形孔如五角星,三角形孔等的附件。
本发明的振动工具10还可以设用于在开孔器20进行开孔时能够定位的定位器5,定位器5为一顶针,顶针的上端作用一弹簧4,在弹簧4未受到压缩状态时,顶针的下端可突出到刀具22的材料加工区域22’底边缘之下,定位器5和弹簧4均安装在设于输出轴2及法兰7上的中心孔内。参见图2及图3,当工件8表面有钻好的孔81时,中心定位器5可插入孔81内起到定位的作用,参见图4及图5,当工件8表面没有钻好的孔时,定位器5也可以自由缩回,并不影响刀具加工工件。
本发明的振动工具10还可以设用于将加工后残留在开孔器20刀具内的工件顶出的推顶器6,推顶器6置于刀具内,推顶器可以为一弹簧,弹簧的一端固连于开孔器上(参见图1)或者固连到与输出轴2配合的压紧法兰7上(参见图6),另一端可自由悬出到刀具22材料加工区域22’的底边缘之外。
本发明所揭示的振动工具及用于其上的开孔器并不局限于以上优选实施方式中所述的内容及附图所代表的结构。比如,为能在工件上开孔,用于振荡工具10上的刀具22的材料加工区域22’在周向上不一定需要完全封闭,有一点小缝隙也同样可以实现开孔的目的,因为振荡工具是围绕轴线往复摆动,只要偏摆的角度稍大于该缝隙,同样可以锯切到工件处于该缝隙处的部位;具有周向封闭的材料加工区域22’的刀具22也可以不以所述纵向轴线Y为轴线,而是以平行于所述纵向轴线Y的线为轴线;上述用作推顶器6的弹簧也可以直接抵接在开孔器20或法兰7上,而不需要与之固连。
本发明的刀具的材料加工区域22’可被构造成用于锯削、磨削或切削的区域,比如锯齿、砂光、刀刃等;在本发明的基础上对其中构件的形状及位置所作的显而易见的改变、替代或者修改,都在本发明要求保护的范围之内。
Claims (11)
1.一种用于振荡工具上的开孔器,包括紧固部分,该紧固部分具有用于安装到振动工具上的接受器,该接受器限定一纵向轴线,所述开孔器可围绕该纵向轴线被振动地驱动,还包括与该紧固部分连接的具有材料加工区域的刀具,其特征在于:所述刀具在被加工工件中的进给方向实质上与所述纵向轴线平行。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于振荡工具上的开孔器,其特征在于:所述刀具的材料加工区域实质上周向封闭。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用于振荡工具上的开孔器,其特征在于:所述实质上周向封闭的材料加工区域围绕着所述纵向轴线。
4.根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的用于振荡工具上的开孔器,其特征在于:所述材料加工区域被构造成可用于锯削、磨削或切削的区域。
5.根据权利要求2所述的用于振荡工具上的开孔器,其特征在于:所述材料加工区域在周向上可被构造成至少包含一段大致平直的材料加工区域部分。
6.根据权利要求5所述的用于振荡工具上的开孔器,其特征在于:所述材料加工区域在周向上被构造成三角形、方形或五角星形。
7.一种振荡工具,包括具有输出轴的振动驱动器,该输出轴能够关于其纵向轴线被振动地驱动,且其上接收有根据前述任一项权利要求的开孔器。
8.根据权利要求7所述的振荡工具,其特征在于:还包含定位器,所述定位器具有可突出于所述刀具材料加工区域的底边缘的定位端。
9.根据权利要求8所述的振荡工具,其特征在于:所述定位器上作用有第一弹性元件,所述第一弹性元件使得所述定位器具有向所述定位端偏压的趋势。
10.根据权利要求7或8所述的振荡工具,其特征在于:还包含用于将加工后残留在所述刀具内的工件顶出的推顶器,所述推顶器置于所述刀具内。
11.根据权利要求10所述的振荡工具,其特征在于:所述推顶器包含第二弹性元件,所述第二弹性元件的一端固连于所述开孔器上或者固连到与所述输出轴配合的压紧法兰上,另一端可自由悬出到所述刀具材料加工区域的底边缘之外。
