作为植物生长调节剂的活性成分,已知4-氧代-4-[(2-苯基乙基)氨基]-丁酸(日本专利No.4,087,942)。噻唑菌胺已知是防治植物病害的药剂的活性成分(The Pesticide Manual-14th edition,published byBritish Crop Protection Council(BCPC),ISBN1901396142)。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供对于植物病害具有优异的防治效力的防治植物病害的组合物和防治植物病害的方法。
本发明提供防治植物病害的组合物和防治植物病害的方法,其中通过4-氧代-4-[(2-苯基乙基)氨基]-丁酸和噻唑菌胺(Ethaboxam)的联合使用提高了对植物病害的防治效力。
具体地说,本发明采取下列组成:
[1]防治植物病害的组合物,其包括作为活性成分的4-氧代-4-[(2-苯基乙基)氨基]-丁酸和噻唑菌胺;
[2]根据[1]所述的组合物,其中,4-氧代-4-[(2-苯基乙基)氨基]-丁酸与噻唑菌胺的重量比在0.005∶1-1000∶1范围;
[3]种子处理剂,其包括作为活性成分的4-氧代-4-[(2-苯基乙基)氨基]-丁酸和噻唑菌胺;
[4]用有效量的4-氧代-4-[(2-苯基乙基)氨基]-丁酸和噻唑菌胺处理的植物种子;
[5]防治植物病害的方法,其包括将有效量的4-氧代-4-[(2-苯基乙基)氨基]-丁酸和噻唑菌胺施加至植物或生长植物的土壤;
[6]根据[5]所述的方法,其中,植物病害是由腐霉属引起的植物病害;和

本发明的组合物对于植物病害显示出优异的防治效力。
具体实施方式
本发明的用于防治植物病害的组合物中的一种化合物是4-氧代-4-[(2-苯基乙基)氨基]-丁酸(以下,在一些情况下称为化合物I),它是公开于日本专利No.4,087,942中的化合物并且能够例如通过描述在该专利出版物中的方法来制造。
化合物I,4-氧代-4-[(2-苯基乙基)氨基]-丁酸,可以是与碱形成的盐。4-氧代-4-[(2-苯基乙基)氨基]-丁酸的碱性盐的例子包括下列:
金属盐如碱金属盐和碱土金属盐,包括钠、钾或镁的盐;
与氨形成的盐;和
与有机胺如吗啉,哌啶,吡咯烷,单低级烷基胺,二低级烷基胺,三低级烷基胺,一羟基低级烷基胺,二羟基低级烷基胺和三羟基低级烷基胺所形成的盐。

在本发明的防治植物病害的组合物中,化合物I与噻唑菌胺的重量比典型地在0.005∶1至1000∶1、优选0.01∶1-500∶1的范围。当用作叶面喷雾剂时,该重量比典型地在0.005∶1至1000∶1、优选0.01∶1至500∶1的范围。当用作种子处理剂时,该重量比典型地在0.1∶1至500∶1、优选1∶1至200∶1的范围。
本发明的防治植物病害的组合物可以是化合物I和噻唑菌胺的简单混合物。另外,防治植物病害的组合物典型地通过下述方式制造:将化合物I和噻唑菌胺与惰性载体混合,并且向该混合物中添加表面活性剂和视需要而定的其他助剂以使该混合物能够被配制成油剂,乳液,流动性试剂,可湿性粉剂,粒化可湿性粉剂,粉末剂,粒剂等。以上所述的防治植物病害的组合物能够直接或在添加了其他惰性成分的情况下用作种子处理剂。
在本发明的防治植物病害的组合物中,化合物I和噻唑菌胺的总量典型地在0.1-99wt%、优选0.2-90wt%的范围。
用于配方中的固体载体的例子包括细粉末或微粒,例如矿物如高岭粘土、山软木土、膨润土、蒙脱石、酸性白粘土、叶蜡石、滑石、硅藻土和方解石;天然有机材料如玉米穗粉末和胡桃壳粉末;合成有机材料如脲;盐类如碳酸钙和硫酸铵;合成无机材料如合成水合二氧化硅;以及作为液体载体的芳族烃如二甲苯、烷基苯和甲基萘;醇类如2-丙醇、乙二醇、丙二醇和乙二醇单乙醚;酮类如丙酮、环己酮和异佛尔酮;植物油类如大豆油和棉子油;石油脂肪族烃、酯、二甲亚砜、乙腈和水。
表面活性剂的例子包括阴离子表面活性剂如烷基硫酸酯盐,烷芳基磺酸盐,琥珀酸二烷基酯磺酸盐,聚氧化乙烯烷基芳基醚磷酸酯盐,木质素磺酸盐和萘磺酸盐甲醛缩聚物;和非离子型表面活性剂如聚氧化乙烯烷基芳基醚,聚氧化乙烯烷基聚氧化丙烯嵌段共聚物和失水山梨糖醇脂肪酸酯以及阳离子表面活性剂如烷基三甲基铵盐。

小麦病害:白粉病(禾白粉菌),赤霉丝疫病(禾谷镰孢,燕麦镰孢,大刀镰孢,雪腐病镰孢),锈病(条形柄锈菌,禾柄锈菌,隐匿柄锈菌),粉红雪腐病(Micronectriella nivale),麦类雪腐病(核瑚菌),散黑穗病(小麦散黑粉菌),腥黑粉菌(小麦网腥黑粉菌),眼斑病(小麦基腐病菌),叶斑病(禾生球腔菌),颖枯病(颖枯壳多孢),和黄斑病(偃麦草核腔菌)。
大麦病害:白粉病(禾白粉菌),赤霉丝疫病(禾谷镰孢,燕麦镰孢,大刀镰孢,雪腐病镰孢),锈病(条形柄锈菌,禾柄锈菌,大麦柄锈菌),散黑穗病(裸麦黑粉菌),灼病(黑麦喙孢),网斑病(圆核腔菌),斑枯病(禾旋孢霉),叶条纹病(麦类核腔菌),和丝核菌猝倒(立枯丝核菌)。
玉米病害:黑穗病(玉米黑粉菌),褐斑病(异纹旋孢霉),铜斑病(高粱胶尾孢),南方锈病(多堆柄锈菌),灰斑病(玉米尾孢),和丝核菌猝倒(立枯丝核菌)。
柑橘病害:黑变病(柑橘间座壳),疮痂病(柑橘痂囊腔菌),青霉腐烂病(指状青霉,意大利青霉),和褐腐病(寄生疫霉,柑橘褐腐病疫霉)。

在喷雾处理的情况下,预期本发明对其有特别高的防治效力的植物病害的例子包括大豆的褐色茎腐病(大豆疫霉),烟草的黑胫病(烟草疫霉),向日葵的霜霉病(霍尔斯单轴霉),马铃薯的晚疫病(蔓延疫霉)和葡萄的霜霉病(葡萄霜霉)。
在处理种子、球茎等的情况下,预期本发明对其有特别高的防治效力的植物病害的例子包括由腐霉属物种(瓜果腐霉,德巴利氏腐霉,禾生腐霉,畸雌腐霉,终极腐霉)引起的小麦、大麦、玉米、水稻、高梁、大豆、棉花、油菜、糖用甜菜和草坪草的猝倒病和根腐病,大豆的褐色茎腐病,烟草黑胫病,向日葵霜霉病,和糖用甜菜的甜菜根腐病(螺壳状丝囊霉)。
可以通过将有效量的化合物I和噻唑菌胺施加至植物病原生物或施加于诸如植物病原生物栖息或可以栖息的植物和土壤之类的地方来防治植物病害。
可以通过将有效量的化合物I和噻唑菌胺施加于植物或生长植物的土壤来防治植物病害。作为施加对象的植物的例子包括植物的叶子,植物的种子,植物的球茎。在这里使用的球茎是指球茎,球根,根茎,块茎,块根和根托。
当针对植物病原生物、植物或生长植物的土壤进行施加时,化合物I和噻唑菌胺可以在相同时期单独施加,但是为了施加的简单,它们典型地被作为本发明的防治植物病害的组合物而施加。

在本发明的防治方法中土壤处理方法的例子包括喷雾到土壤上,土壤引入,和化学液体灌注到土壤中(化学液体灌溉,土壤注射,和化学液体的滴灌)。需要处理的地方的例子包括栽植穴,沟槽,栽植穴周围,沟槽周围,培育地的整个表面,土壤和植物之间的部分,根之间的区域,树干下方的区域,主沟槽,生长土壤,育苗箱,育苗盘和种子床。处理时期的例子包括播种之前,播种时,刚播种后,繁育期,沉降种植(settled planting)之前,沉降种植时,和沉降种植后的生长期。在以上土壤处理中,活性成分可以同时施加至植物,或固体肥料如含有活性成分的浆状肥料可以施加至土壤。活性成分也可混合在灌溉液体中,并且其实例包括注入灌溉设备如灌溉管道、灌溉水管和洒水器中,混入沟槽之间的漫灌液体中以及混入水培养介质中。另外,灌溉液体预先与活性成分混合,并且例如通过合适的灌溉方法用于处理,此类方法包括以上所述的灌溉方法和其他方法如喷洒和漫灌。
本发明的防治方法中,处理种子或球根的方法的例子包括用本发明的防治植物病害的组合物来处理需要防护植物病害的种子或球茎的方法,并且这些方法的具体例子包括喷雾处理,其中本发明的防治植物病害的组合物的悬浮液被雾化并喷雾到种子表面或球茎表面上;涂抹处理,其中本发明的防治植物病害的组合物的可湿性粉剂、乳液剂或流动性试剂在添加少量的水或没有稀释的情况下被施加于种子或球茎上;浸泡处理,其中种子在本发明的防治植物病害的组合物的溶液剂中浸泡一段时间;涂膜处理;以及微粒涂覆处理。
当植物叶子或土壤用化合物I和噻唑菌胺处理时,用于该处理的化合物I和噻唑菌胺的量可以根据所要处理的植物的类型,所要防治的病害的类型和发生频率,配方形式,处理时间,气候条件等来改变,但是每10,000m2的化合物I和噻唑菌胺的总量(以下称作活性成分的量)典型地是1至10,000g,优选2至1,000g。
该乳液剂、可湿性粉剂和流动性试剂典型地用水稀释,然后为该处理进行喷洒。在这些情况下,化合物I和噻唑菌胺的总浓度典型地在0.0001-3wt%、优选0.0005-1wt%的范围。粉末剂和微粒剂典型地在没有稀释的情况下用于该处理。
在种子的处理中,所要施加的活性成分的量典型地在每1kg种子为0.001-10g、优选0.01-3g的范围。
本发明的防治方法能够用于农业土地,如田地、水田、草坪和果园或用于非农业土地。
本发明可以用于在栽植下列“植物”等的农业土地中防治病害,而不会不利地影响该植物等。

在此类基因工程农作物中表达的毒素还包括:δ-内毒素蛋白质的杂化毒素,如Cry1Ab、Cry1Ac、Cry1F、Cry1Fa2、Cry2Ab、Cry3A、Cry3Bb1、Cry9C、Cry34Ab或Cry35Ab以及杀虫蛋白质如VIP1、VIP2、VIP3或VIP3A;部分缺失(partially deleted)的毒素;和改性毒素。此类杂化毒素是使用基因工程技术通过此类蛋白质的不同功能域的新的组合制造的。作为部分缺失的毒素,包括氨基酸序列的一部分的缺失的Cry1Ab是已知的。改性毒素是通过天然毒素的一个或多个氨基酸的置换而制造的。
此类毒素的例子以及能够合成此类毒素的基因工程植物已描述在EP-A-0 374 753,WO 93/07278,WO 95/34656,EP-A-0 427 529,EP-A-451 878,WO 03/052073等中。
基因工程植物中所含的毒素能够为植物赋予特别是抵抗属于鞘翅目,半翅目,双翅目,鳞翅目和线虫的虫害的能力。

上述“植物”也包括使用基因工程技术所制造的农作物,它能够产生具有选择作用的抗病物质。
PR蛋白质和类似物已知是此类抗病物质(PRP,EP-A-0 392 225)。该抗病物质和产生它们的基因工程农作物已描述在EP-A-0 392 225,WO 95/33818,EP-A-0 353 191等中。
在基因工程农作物中表达的此类抗病物质的例子包括:离子通道抑制剂如钠通道抑制剂或钙通道抑制剂(KP1,KP4和KP6毒素等,它们通过病毒产生,是已知的);芪合成酶;联苄合成酶;壳多糖酶;葡聚糖酶;PR蛋白质;和由微生物产生的抗病物质,如肽抗生素,具有杂环的抗生素,与抗植物病害有关的蛋白质因子(它被称作抗植物病害基因并且已描述在WO 03/000906中)。这些抗病物质和产生此类物质的基因工程植物已描述在EP-A-0392225,WO95/33818,EP-A-0353191等中。
以上提到的“植物”包括已经通过基因工程技术赋予理想特征,如在油料成分上改进的特征,或赋予提高氨基酸含量的特征的植物。它的例子包括VISTIVE(注册商标)低亚麻酸大豆(减少的亚麻酸含量)或高赖氨酸(高油)玉米(提高赖氨酸含量或含油量的玉米)。
特性叠加品种也包括在内,其中组合了多个的理想特征如以上所提及的传统除草特性或耐除草剂的基因,抗害虫基因,产生抗病物质的基因,在油料成分上改进的特征或高氨基酸含量的特征。

配方实施例1
2.5份的噻唑菌胺,1.25份的化合物I,14份的聚氧化乙烯苯乙烯基苯基醚,6份的十二烷基苯磺酸钙和76.25份的二甲苯完全混合,从而获得乳液。
配方实施例2
五(5)份的噻唑菌胺,5份的化合物I,35份的由白碳(white carbon)和聚氧化乙烯烷基醚硫酸铵盐组成的混合物(重量比1∶1)和55份的水进行混合,然后混合物根据湿磨方法进行细磨,从而获得流动性配制剂。
配方实施例3
五(5)份的噻唑菌胺,10份的化合物I,1.5份的失水山梨糖醇三油酸酯和28.5份的含有2份聚乙烯醇的水溶液进行混合,混合物根据湿磨方法进行细磨。此后,将45份的含有0.05份黄原胶和0.1份硅酸镁铝的水溶液添加到所得混合物中,然后进一步在其中添加10份的丙二醇。所获得的混合物通过搅拌来共混,从而获得流动性配制剂。

试验实施例1
分别制备化合物I的DMSO溶液和噻唑菌胺的DMSO溶液。这些溶液进行混合来制备含有预定浓度的化合物I和噻唑菌胺的DMSO溶液。十(10)μL的所述DMSO溶液和1g的黄瓜(Sagamihanjiro)种子通过在15ml锥形管中摇晃来混合,然后静置一夜以制备经处理的种子。塑料罐中加入沙质土壤并且将经处理的种子播种在土壤上,然后用已经与腐霉猝倒致病菌(畸雌腐霉)的麦麸培养物混合的沙质土壤来覆盖。播种的种子用水浇灌,然后在培养室中于20℃下培养8天。检查腐霉猝倒病的发生,由方程式1计算发病率。
作为对比,制备含有预定浓度的噻唑菌胺的DMSO溶液并进行相同的试验,然后测定发病率。
为了计算防治值,进行相同的试验,其中植物没有用试验化合物处理,然后测定发病率。
以所测得的发病率为基础,由方程式2计算防治值。
结果示于表1中。

发病率=(观察到病害发生的幼苗的数量)×100/(播种种子的总数)
“方程式2”
防治值=100×(A-B)/A
A:没有用试验化合物处理的植物的发病率
B:用至少一种试验化合物处理的植物的发病率

Claims (6)
1.防治植物病害的组合物,其包括作为活性成分的4-氧代-4-[(2-苯基乙基)氨基]-丁酸和噻唑菌胺,4-氧代-4-[(2-苯基乙基)氨基]-丁酸与噻唑菌胺的重量比在0.01:1-10:1范围。
2.种子处理剂,其包括作为活性成分的4-氧代-4-[(2-苯基乙基)氨基]-丁酸和噻唑菌胺,其中4-氧代-4-[(2-苯基乙基)氨基]-丁酸与噻唑菌胺的重量比在0.1:1-10:1范围。
3.有效量的4-氧代-4-[(2-苯基乙基)氨基]-丁酸和噻唑菌胺用于处理的植物种子的用途,其中4-氧代-4-[(2-苯基乙基)氨基]-丁酸与噻唑菌胺的重量比在0.1:1-10:1范围。
4.防治植物病害的方法,其包括将有效量的4-氧代-4-[(2-苯基乙基)氨基]-丁酸和噻唑菌胺施加至植物或生长植物的土壤,其中4-氧代-4-[(2-苯基乙基)氨基]-丁酸与噻唑菌胺的重量比在0.01:1-10:1范围。
5.根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中所述植物病害是由腐霉属引起的植物病害。
6.4-氧代-4-[(2-苯基乙基)氨基]-丁酸和噻唑菌胺联合用于防治植物病害的用途,其中4-氧代-4-[(2-苯基乙基)氨基]-丁酸与噻唑菌胺的重量比在0.01:1-10:1范围。
