本发明涉及植物病害防治技术领域。更具体地,涉及一种猕猴桃溃疡病的防治方法。
背景技术
猕猴桃(Actinidia chinensis Planch),又名杨桃、毛桃等,是一种原产于我国的古老野生藤本果树。我国作为猕猴桃的起源中心,种质资源十分丰富。全国20多个省市均有分布,主要分布在我国陕西、湖南、湖北等地区。现已查明猕猴桃属(Actinidia)全世界约66个种,其中62个种原产于我国。经过30多年的发展,我国栽培面积及产量现已跃居世界第一。
猕猴桃溃疡病是由丁香假单孢杆菌猕猴桃致病变种侵染引起的病害,具有隐蔽性强,暴发快,毁灭性大的特点。该病可为害树干、枝条、嫩梢、叶片和花等部位,引起叶斑病、枝梢枯死及其它溃疡症状。猕猴桃溃疡病近几年蔓延很快,发生面积逐年扩大,成为制约猕猴桃产业发展的主要病害之一。目前全球范围内对猕猴桃溃疡病的控制措施仅仅停留在最大限度降低其病原基数,控制溃疡病侵染率,但从根本上铲除溃疡病菌目前尚无有效的方法。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,旨在提供一种绿色、有效的猕猴桃溃疡病防治药剂及使用方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种猕猴桃溃疡病防治方法,其包括如下步骤:
S1、每年9月初至落叶前,每隔20~30天对猕猴桃树喷施一次由中药混合液和生物源药剂组成的混合药剂,喷施3~4次;
S2、冬季修剪后,用有机铜制剂喷雾;
S3、次年3月初至3月上旬,用木霉菌液和鱼蛋白液的混合药剂涂抹猕猴桃树的主干、侧枝、及溃疡病发病处,隔7~10天涂抹一次,连续涂抹3次;
S4、将寡糖链蛋白稀释800~1000倍后对猕猴桃树整体进行喷雾。
作为优选方案,所述生物源药剂的用量为中药混合液重量的10~30%。
作为优选方案,所述中药混合液的制备方法为:
取虎杖10~15份、丁香10~20份、艾叶10~30份、白头翁5~10份、高良姜1~15份、黄芩10~15份,混匀后将中药洗净、烘干、粉碎得到中药粉末;
取所述中药粉末100g,依次用400mL、200mL和200mL的80wt%乙醇溶液超声震荡提取3次,合并滤液;
旋转蒸发浓缩滤液并定容至50mL,得中药提取混合液。
作为优选方案,所述生物源药剂的制备方法为:将蛇床子素、苦参碱和乙嘧酚磺酸酯溶于乙醇中即可,控制蛇床子素、苦参碱和乙嘧酚磺酸酯在生物源药剂中的质量分数分别为0.2~0.5%、1.0~2.0%和0.03~0.1%。
作为优选方案,所述有机铜制剂的制备方法为:取3~5份叶枯唑150倍液、5~15份氢氧化铜水分散粒剂500~800倍液、5~10份碱式硫酸铜400~600倍液,混匀即可。
作为优选方案,所述木霉菌液和鱼蛋白液的重量比为1:(0.3~1)。

为验证本发明的技术成果,在四川省蒲江县寿安镇马南村20亩猕猴桃基地进行实施例和对比例的实验,猕猴桃品种为黄心猕猴桃,时间为2019年2月至2020年3月,其中实施例1面积15亩,实施例2面积3亩,对比例1、对比例2、对比例3、对比例4面积各0.5亩。
本发明中的寡糖链蛋白为北京中保绿农集团科技有限公司生产的、商品名为“阿泰灵”的产品,含有3%的氨基寡糖素,3%的极细链格孢激活蛋白。

本实施例提供了一种用于猕猴桃溃疡病防治的有机铜制剂的制备方法,具体包括如下步骤:
取4份叶枯唑150倍液、8份氢氧化铜水分散粒剂600倍液、8份碱式硫酸铜500倍液,混匀即可。
实施例11
本实施例提供了一种用于猕猴桃溃疡病防治的木霉菌液,是将木霉菌剂稀释50~100倍后的液体,其中,所述木霉菌制剂的有效菌种为哈茨木霉、棘孢木霉、绿色木霉,有效活菌数不低于5亿/克,哈茨木霉、棘孢木霉和绿色木霉的菌种孢子数比例为30:15:15。
实施例12
本实施例提供了一种用于猕猴桃溃疡病防治的木霉菌液,是将木霉菌剂剂稀释50~100倍后的液体,其中,所述木霉菌制剂的有效菌种为哈茨木霉、棘孢木霉、绿色木霉,有效活菌数不低于5亿/克,哈茨木霉、棘孢木霉和绿色木霉的菌种孢子数比例为30:15:15。
实施例13
本实施例提供了一种用于猕猴桃溃疡病防治的鱼蛋白液,由pH=6~8的鱼蛋白原液稀释10~50倍得到,其中,有机质含量不低于35%,氮磷钾总养分含量不低于5%,游离氨基酸不低于5%,微量元素总量不低于0.5%,所述有机质中,鱼蛋白含量不低于15%。
实施例14
本实施例提供了一种猕猴桃溃疡病的防治方法,具体包括如下步骤:
S1、将1份实施例1得到的中药混合液和0.2份实施例5得到的生物源药剂混匀后,稀释成200~300倍的喷雾,在每年9月初至落叶前,每隔20~30天对猕猴桃树喷施一次,喷施3~4次;
S2、冬季修剪后,用实施例9得到的有机铜制剂进行喷雾;
S3、次年3月初至3月上旬,用由实施例11得到的木霉菌液和实施例13得到的鱼蛋白液按照1:1重量比组成的混合药剂涂抹猕猴桃树的主干、侧枝、及溃疡病发病处,隔7~10天涂抹一次,连续涂抹3次;
S4、将寡糖链蛋白稀释800~1000倍后对猕猴桃树整体进行喷雾。
实施例15
本实施例提供了一种猕猴桃溃疡病的防治方法,具体包括如下步骤:
S1、将1份实施例2得到的中药混合液和0.1份实施例6得到的生物源药剂混匀后,稀释成200~300倍的喷雾,在每年9月初至落叶前,每隔20~30天对猕猴桃树喷施一次,喷施3~4次;
S2、冬季修剪后,用实施例10得到的有机铜制剂进行喷雾;
S3、次年3月初至3月上旬,用由实施例12得到的木霉菌液和实施例13得到的鱼蛋白液按照4:6重量比组成的混合药剂涂抹猕猴桃树的主干、侧枝、及溃疡病发病处,隔7~10天涂抹一次,连续涂抹3次;
S4、将寡糖链蛋白稀释800~1000倍后对猕猴桃树整体进行喷雾。
对比例1:
该对比例为传统的防治猕猴桃溃疡病的方法,具体如下:
1、冬季清园后,全园喷洒1次3~5波美度石硫合剂;
2、初春时节,刮除病斑,并在病斑处涂抹氢氧化铜、代森铵等;
3、萌芽前喷施1次1~2波美度石硫合剂;
4、叶片伸展期,喷施1.5%噻霉酮水乳剂600~800倍液;
5、采果前25天,喷施0.15%梧宁霉素水剂600~800倍液;
6、采果后11月份,喷施2~3次46%氢氧化铜水分散粒剂600~800倍液。
对比例2:
对比例2为实施例14的对比例,对比之处仅在于:在1份中药混合液中加入0.05份含有质量分数分别为0.3%,1.5%,0.06%的蛇床子素、苦参碱、乙嘧酚磺酸酯的生物源药剂。
对比例3:
对比例3为实施例9的对比例,对比之处仅在于:有机铜制剂为的组成为:2份叶枯唑150倍液、3份氢氧化铜水分散粒剂500~800倍液和3份碱式硫酸铜400~600倍液。
对比例4:
对比例4为实施例1的对比例,对比之处仅在于:次年3月初~3月上旬,用20份木霉菌液、4份鱼蛋白液体混合均匀,得到混合液C,涂抹主干、侧枝、及溃疡病发病处,隔7~10天涂抹一次,连续3次。木霉菌液是指将木霉菌剂剂稀释50~100倍后的液体,木霉菌液是指有效活菌数≥5亿/克的,有效菌种为哈茨木霉、棘孢木霉、绿色木霉,菌种孢子数比例为30:15:15。鱼蛋白液体指有机质含量≥35%(其中鱼蛋白≥15%),氮磷钾总养分含量≥5%,游离氨基酸≥5%,,微量元素总量≥0.5%,PH值为7的鱼蛋白原液稀释10~50倍的液体。
统计数据如表1所示:

从实验结果可以看出,采用本发明的实验田块,溃疡病发病率极低,树体长势较好,新稍抽生长度明显变长,猕猴桃产量可达每亩8000斤,远高于传统防治方法下的平均2000斤每亩产量。且采用该防治方法,溃疡病发病率极低,进而猕猴桃果实品质较好,干物质含量可达20%,维生素C含量为192.55,传统防治方法的猕猴桃干物质含量为10.8%;维生素C含量为106.36。所以采用本发明的技术方案能明显防治猕猴桃溃疡病,提高猕猴桃树体长势,进而提高产量及品质。
以上对本发明的具体实施例进行了描述。需要理解的是,本发明并不局限于上述特定实施方式,本领域技术人员可以在权利要求的范围内做出各种变形或修改,这并不影响本发明的实质内容。

Claims (4)

1.一种猕猴桃溃疡病防治方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1、每年9月初至落叶前,每隔20~30天对猕猴桃树喷施一次由中药混合液和生物源药剂组成的混合药剂,喷施3~4次;
S2、冬季修剪后,用有机铜制剂喷雾;
S3、次年3月初至3月上旬,用木霉菌液和鱼蛋白液的混合药剂涂抹猕猴桃树的主干、侧枝、及溃疡病发病处,隔7~10天涂抹一次,连续涂抹3次;
S4、将寡糖链蛋白稀释800~1000倍后对猕猴桃树整体进行喷雾;
所述中药混合液的制备方法为:
取虎杖10~15份、丁香10~20份、艾叶10~30份、白头翁5~10份、高良姜1~15份、黄芩10~15份,混匀后将中药洗净、烘干、粉碎得到中药粉末;
取所述中药粉末 100 g,依次用400 mL、200 mL和200 mL的80wt%乙醇溶液超声震荡提取3 次,合并滤液;
旋转蒸发浓缩滤液并定容至 50 mL,得中药提取混合液;
所述生物源药剂的制备方法为:将蛇床子素、苦参碱和乙嘧酚磺酸酯溶于乙醇中即可,控制蛇床子素、苦参碱和乙嘧酚磺酸酯在生物源药剂中的质量分数分别为0.2~0.5%、1.0~2.0%和0.03~0.1%;
所述木霉菌液和鱼蛋白液的重量比为1:(0.3~1);
所述木霉菌液由木霉菌制剂稀释50~100倍得到,其中,所述木霉菌制剂的有效菌种为哈茨木霉、棘孢木霉、绿色木霉,有效活菌数不低于5亿/克,哈茨木霉、棘孢木霉和绿色木霉的菌种孢子数比例为(20~40):(10~20):(10~20);
所述鱼蛋白液由pH=6~8的鱼蛋白原液稀释10~50倍得到,其中,有机质含量不低于35%,氮磷钾总养分含量不低于5%,游离氨基酸不低于5%,微量元素总量不低于0.5%,所述有机质中,鱼蛋白含量不低于15%。
2.如权利要求1所述的猕猴桃溃疡病防治方法,其特征在于,所述生物源药剂的用量为中药混合液重量的10~30%。
3.如权利要求1所述的猕猴桃溃疡病防治方法,其特征在于,所述有机铜制剂的制备方法为:取3~5份叶枯唑150倍液、5~15份氢氧化铜水分散粒剂500~800倍液、5~10份碱式硫酸铜400~600倍液,混匀即可。
4.如权利要求1所述的猕猴桃溃疡病防治方法,其特征在于,所述寡糖链蛋白中,氨基寡糖素含量为3%,极细链格孢激活蛋白的含量为3%。
