Abstract
本发明公开了一种高弹防水布材料,包括SEBS 20-40%,POE10-20%,TPU 10-30%,环烷烃油20-50%,EVA 10-30%,硅酮母粒0.1-0.5%,碳酸钙5-30%。制造方法:将SEBS加入高速混炼机中搅拌20-60秒后加入环烷烃油再搅拌10-20秒,最后加入TPU、EVA、POE、硅酮母粒、碳酸钙,搅料1-3分钟即可;将已混合好的材料加入同向高速双螺杆挤出机组中造粒,包装。本发明工艺简单,成本低,耐候性好,经济环保,有效的解决了传统工艺和材料的弊端。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及高分子领域,尤其涉及一种高弹防水布材料及其制造方法。
背景技术
现有市场上大多用聚氯乙烯(PVC)压延、淋膜来制作防水布。防水布要求具有无气味、抗刮伤好、耐候性优、抗皱性强等性能。而PVC含有极高含量的卤素和增塑剂邻苯二甲酸二丁酯,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯等,导致产品气味大、耐候性差、不环保等缺点。PVC在高温80°以上会释放出含卤素的有毒物质,在零度以下即呈现出塑料性质,无弹性,易撕裂。另外,PVC比重较大从而导致最终成品成本偏高。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是提供一种经济环保、耐候性优的高弹防水布材料。
为解决以上问题,本发明采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种高弹防水布材料,包括以下重量百分比的成份组成:乙烯、丁烯、苯乙烯共聚物(SEBS)20-40%;聚乙烯辛烯弹性体(POE)10-20%;聚氨酯(TPU)10-30%;环烷烃油20-50%;醋酸乙烯(EVA)10-30%;硅酮母粒0.1-0.5%;碳酸钙5-30%。
一种高弹防水布材料的制造方法,包括以下工艺步骤:
1)拌料:将SEBS加入高速混炼机中搅拌20-60秒后加入环烷 烃油再搅拌10-20秒,最后加入TPU、EVA、POE、硅酮母粒、碳酸钙,搅料1-3分钟即可;
2)造粒:将已混合好的材料加入同向高速双螺杆挤出机组中造粒,造粒工艺如下:电热片加热温度段中,预热段120℃-140℃,输送段130℃-160℃,塑化段160℃-170℃,冷却段130℃-150℃;造粒机主机转速300-500转/min,混料转速30-100转/min;
3)卸料:将生产好的原料颗粒装入纸袋中,以25-100KG/包,封包入库。
所述步骤1)中,各成分的重量百分比是:SEBS 20-40%,聚乙烯辛烯弹性体(POE)10-20%,聚氨酯(TPU)10-30%,环烷烃油20-50%,醋酸乙烯(EVA)10-30%,硅酮母粒0.1-0.5%,碳酸钙5-30%。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明工艺简单,成本低,耐候性好,经济环保,有效的解决了传统工艺和材料的弊端,达到以下几种有益效果:其一、本发明采用苯乙烯类高分子聚合物和其他材料进行合成,分子量高、耐候性好,经验证,在高温110℃和低温零下30℃状态下还能保持其材料原始特性,从根本上解决了PVC做防水布的缺陷;其二、本防水布材料在淋膜或压延时不需涂胶水即可与PET(聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)布结合,可省去传统工艺需涂覆胶水再淋膜和压延的工艺,大大的降低了成本,简化了生产工艺;其三、经验证,本发明耐高温,在制作防水布过程中,从滚轮上易剥离,避免了传统淋膜材料粘模不易剥离而造成操作人员的手容易卷入滚轮的安全事故;其四、本发明材料比 重是1.05-1.1g/cm3,轻于PVC的比重,经验证本发明10Kg可做布20-25米,而PVC 10Kg可做15-20米布,在产业化生产中,节约了成本。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例进一步介绍本发明的技术方案。
一种高弹防水布材料,包括以下成份:按重量百分比计,乙烯、丁烯、苯乙烯共聚物(SEBS)20-40%,聚乙烯辛烯弹性体(POE)10-20%,聚氨酯(TPU)10-30%,环烷烃油20-50%,醋酸乙烯(EVA)10-30%,硅酮母粒0.1-0.5%,碳酸钙5-30%。
一种高弹防水布材料的制造方法,包括以下工艺步骤:
1)拌料:将SEBS加入高速混炼机中搅拌20-60秒后加入环烷烃油再搅拌10-20秒,最后加入TPU、EVA、POE、硅酮母粒、碳酸钙,搅料1-3分钟即可;
2)造粒:将已混合好的材料加入同向高速双螺杆挤出机组中造粒,造粒工艺如下:电热片加热温度段中,预热段120℃-140℃,输送段130℃-160℃,塑化段160℃-170℃,冷却段130℃-150℃;造粒机主机转速300-500转/min,混料转速30-100转/min;
3)卸料:将生产好的原料颗粒装入纸袋中,以25KG/包,封包入库。

1.一种高弹防水布材料,其特征在于包括以下成份组成:按重量百分比计,乙烯、丁烯、苯乙烯共聚物(SEBS)20-40%,聚乙烯辛烯弹性体(POE)10-20%,聚氨酯(TPU)10-30%,环烷烃油20-50%,醋酸乙烯(EVA)10-30%,硅酮母粒0.1-0.5%,碳酸钙5-30%。
2.一种高弹防水布材料的制造方法,其特征在于包括以下工艺步骤:
1)拌料:将SEBS加入高速混炼机中搅拌20-60秒后加入环烷烃油再搅拌10-20秒,最后加入TPU、EVA、POE、硅酮母粒、碳酸钙,搅料1-3分钟即可;
2)造粒:将已混合好的材料加入同向高速双螺杆挤出机组中造粒,造粒工艺如下:电热片加热温度段中,预热段120℃-140℃,输送段130℃-160℃,塑化段160℃-170℃,冷却段130℃-150℃;造粒机主机转速300-500转/min,混料转速30-100转/min;
3)卸料:将生产好的原料颗粒装入纸袋中,以25-100KG/包,封包入库。
3.根据权利要求2所述一种高弹防水布材料的制造方法,其特征在于:所述步骤1)中,各成分的重量百分比是:SEBS 20-40%,聚乙烯辛烯弹性体(POE)10-20%,聚氨酯(TPU)10-30%,环烷烃油20-50%,醋酸乙烯(EVA)10-30%,硅酮母粒0.1-0.5%,碳酸钙5-30%。
