Abstract
本发明公开了一种高弹发泡材料及其制造方法,包括以下成分:SEBS 20-50%,石蜡油10-30%,EPDM 10-30%,填充物CaCO310-20%,抗老化剂0.5-2%,抗氧化剂0.5-2%。工艺步骤:将SEBS加入高速混炼机,搅拌20-50秒,加入石蜡油,搅拌3-10分钟,加入EPDM、填充物CaCO3、抗老化剂、抗氧化剂,搅料1-3分钟;将已混合好的材料加入同向高速双螺杆挤出机组中造粒,包装。本发明工艺简单,成本低;采用高氢化饱和的苯乙烯类高分子聚合物为原料,分子量高,耐候性好,产品收缩率小,模具缩水量低,延伸及弹性好,手感佳,止滑好;余边废料可再生,大大降低成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及高分子领域,尤其涉及一种高弹发泡料及其制作方法。
背景技术
运动休闲、鞋类、安全防护、玩具、医疗复健等大多要求具有高弹、耐磨、防滑、柔软舒适触感等特征。现有市场上大多使用EVA、PE、POE橡胶来架桥发泡制作,而EVA、PE、POE橡胶制作的产品收缩率高达8%,手感不佳,止滑效果差,另由于塑料成份重,稳定性差,填充物碳酸钙含量低,故成本高,耐温差,余边废料回收困难。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是提供一种稳定性高、经济环保、柔软舒适度好的高弹发泡料。
为解决以上问题,本发明通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种高弹发泡材料,包括以下成分组成:SEBS(乙烯、丁烯、苯乙烯共聚物)的重量百分比是20-50%,石蜡油的重量百分比10-30%,EPDM(三元乙丙橡胶)的重量百分比10-30%,填充物CaCO3的重量百分比10-20%,抗老化剂的重量百分比0.5-2%,抗氧化剂的重量百分比0.5-2%。
一种高弹发泡材料的制造方法,包括以下工艺步骤:
1)拌料:将SEBS加入高速混炼机中搅拌20-50秒后加入石蜡油,再搅拌3-10分钟,最后加入EPDM、填充物CaCO3、抗老化剂、抗氧化剂搅料1-3分钟即可;
2)造粒:将已混合好的材料加入同向高速双螺杆挤出机组中造粒,造粒工艺如下:电热片加热温度段中,预热段130-150℃,输送段150-170℃,塑化段170-180℃,冷却段140-150℃;造粒机主机转速300-500转/min,喂料转速30-100转min;
3)卸料:将生产好的原料颗粒装入纸袋中,以25-100KG/包,封包入库。
步骤1)中所述SEBS的重量百分比是20-50%,石蜡油的重量百分比10-30%,EPDM的重量百分比10-30%,填充物CaCO3的重量百分比10-20%,抗老化剂的重量百分比0.5-2%,抗氧化剂的重量百分比0.5-2%。
本发明具有以下有益效果:其一、本发明所述工艺简单,成本低;其二、本发明采用高氢化饱和的苯乙烯类高分子聚合物等材料进行加工,分子量高、耐候性好、耐寒于零下20℃状态下还能保持其弹性和柔韧度,此点对于产品在寒冷地区的使用将有很大助益,解决了传统发泡料耐候性差的弊端;其三、本发明分子量高,在高充填量下仍能保持非常好的弹性,从根本上解决了用EVA、POE等发泡低填充量的缺陷,大大降低了成本,且由于具有高填充性,可达到较小的收缩率和较低的模具缩水量,据统计仅2%的收缩率;其四、由于本产品分子量高,耐温好,最高可达230℃,故对复合发泡产品余边废料的回收再生有优异的活化效果,原因在于使用其发泡材料做产品时所发生的余边废料可100%再生而不浪费材料,此为架桥发泡的一大突破,亦合乎使用绿色环保材料潮流的趋势;其四、其延伸及弹性好,且手感佳,止滑好,可制作出仿PU触感的材质,解决了传统发泡的止滑性差的问题,避免出现人滑倒而造成的安全事故。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例进一步介绍本发明的技术方案。
一种高弹发泡材料,包括以下成分组成:所述SEBS的重量百分比是50%,石蜡油的重量百分比20%,EPDM的重量百分比10%,填充物CaCO3的重量百分比18%,抗老化剂的重量百分比1%,抗氧化剂的重量百分比1%。
一种高弹发泡材料的制造方法,包括以下工艺步骤:
1)拌料:将SEBS加入高速混炼机中搅拌20-50秒后加入Oil再搅拌3-10分钟,最后加入EPDM、CaCO3、抗老化剂、抗氧化剂搅料1-3分钟即可;
2)造粒:将已混合好的材料加入同向高速双螺杆挤出机组中造粒,造粒工艺如下:电热片加热温度段中,预热段130-150℃,输送段150-170℃,塑化段170-180℃,冷却段140-150℃;造粒机主机转速300-500转/min,喂料转速30-100转min;
3)卸料:将生产好的原料颗粒装入纸袋中,以25KG/包,封包入库。
步骤1)中所述SEBS的重量百分比是50%,石蜡油的重量百分比20%,EPDM的重量百分比10%,填充物CaCO3的重量百分比18%,抗老化剂的重量百分比1%,抗氧化剂的重量百分比1%。

Claims (3)
1.一种高弹发泡材料,其特征在于包括以下成分组成:SEBS(乙烯、丁烯、苯乙烯共聚物)的重量百分比是20-50%;石蜡油的重量百分比10-30%;EPDM(三元乙丙橡胶)的重量百分比10-30%;填充物CaCO3的重量百分比10-20%;抗老化剂的重量百分比0.5-2%;抗氧化剂的重量百分比0.5-2%。
2.一种高弹发泡材料的制造方法,包括以下工艺步骤:
1)拌料:将SEBS加入高速混炼机中搅拌20-50秒后加入石蜡油,再搅拌3-10分钟,最后加入EPDM、填充物CaCO3、抗老化剂、抗氧化剂,搅料1-3分钟即可;
2)造粒:将已混合好的材料加入同向高速双螺杆挤出机组中造粒,造粒工艺如下:电热片加热温度段中,预热段130-150℃,输送段150-170℃,塑化段170-180℃,冷却段140-150℃;造粒机主机转速300-500转/min,喂料转速30-100转/min;

3.根据权利要求2所述一种高弹发泡材料的制造方法,其特征在于:所述步骤1)中所述SEBS的重量百分比是20-50%,石蜡油的重量百分比10-30%,EPDM的重量百分比10-30%,填充物CaCO3的重量百分比10-20%,抗老化剂的重量百分比0.5-2%,抗氧化剂的重量百分比0.5-2%。
