技术领域

更具体地说,本发明涉及一种即使衬垫具有海绵基底和合成的或天然的表面层也确保可适当地打开集成的气囊门的上述类型的系统。
根据本发明的方案可应用于带有集成的(不可见)气囊并涂覆有海绵基底和合成的或天然的表面层的内部假定元件(仪表盘和仪表板)。
背景技术
目前,所有中高级车都设置有乘员侧的气囊,这种气囊的打开门被集成到仪表盘外壳内。
为了使门可以适当打开,通常由激光加工一系列细孔,这些细孔根据它们的深度和孔距使对由气囊所打开相同的门所必要的载荷或高或低。

2.如权利要求1所述的用于阻挡美观衬垫的系统,其特征在于,在所述门和所述衬垫之间设置海绵材料层,所述通道使所述海绵层断开。
