本发明公开一种镍合金工件电解脱脂清洗剂,所用原料及质量百分比如下:氢氧化钾1~3%、碳酸钾1~3%、焦磷酸钾1~3%、三聚磷酸钠1~5%、亚硝酸钠1~6、渗透剂JFC 0.1~1.0%、耐强碱电解脱脂专用低泡表面活性剂 1~3%、电解脱脂专用低泡表面活性剂1~3%、有机硅消泡剂1~4%及水余量。将水加入到反应釜中,开动搅拌器,控制转速120转/min,然后将计算称量的氢氧化钾、碳酸钾、焦磷酸钾、三聚磷化钠、亚硝酸钠、渗透剂JFC、耐强碱电解脱脂专用低泡表面活性剂、电解脱脂专用低泡表面活性剂、有机硅消泡剂依次徐徐加入到反应釜中,边加入边搅拌,直至溶液呈浅黄色透明液体,放料包装。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种镍合金工件电解脱脂清洗剂及制备方法,尤其是一种不腐蚀电解清洗设备,可迅速、彻底除去镍合金工件表面油脂的镍合金工件电解脱脂清洗剂及制备方法。
背景技术
电解脱脂是一种采用工件作阴极或阳极,在碱性清洗溶液中电解的脱脂方法。电解产生的大量气体可将工件表面的油脂和其他污物除去,以保证工件基体与镀层的结合力。然而,由于目前并没有镍合金工件专用电解脱脂清洗剂,以至于存在着清洗速度慢、温度条件高及清除不彻底的问题,甚至部分工件还会产生过腐蚀现象,其表面发黑(不能露出金属基体的本色),破坏了工件表面光洁度。
发明内容
本发明是为了解决现有技术所存在的上述技术问题,提供一种不腐蚀电解清洗设备,可迅速、彻底除去镍合金工件表面油脂的镍合金工件电解脱脂清洗剂及制备方法。
本发明的技术解决方案是:一种镍合金工件电解脱脂清洗剂,其特征在于所用原料及质量百分比如下:
氢氧化钾                                                     1~3%
碳酸钾                                                         1~3%
焦磷酸钾                                                     1~3%
三聚磷酸钠                                                 1~5%
亚硝酸钠                                                     1~6
渗透剂JFC                                                  0.1~1.0%    
耐强碱电解脱脂专用低泡表面活性剂     1~3%
电解脱脂专用低泡表面活性剂                 1~3%
有机硅消泡剂                                             1~4%
水                                                                 余量。
一种上述的镍合金工件电解脱脂清洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于按如下步骤进行:将计算称量的水加入到反应釜中,开动搅拌器,控制转速120转/min,然后将计算称量的氢氧化钾、碳酸钾、焦磷酸钾、三聚磷化钠、亚硝酸钠、渗透剂JFC、耐强碱电解脱脂专用低泡表面活性剂、电解脱脂专用低泡表面活性剂、有机硅消泡剂依次徐徐加入到反应釜中,边加入边搅拌,直至溶液呈浅黄色透明液体,放料包装。
本发明不腐蚀电解清洗设备,可迅速、彻底除去镍合金工件表面油脂。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
所用原料及质量百分比如下:
氢氧化钾                                                     1~3%
碳酸钾                                                         1~3%
焦磷酸钾                                                     1~3%
三聚磷酸钠                                                 1~5%
亚硝酸钠                                                     1~6
渗透剂JFC                                                  0.1~1.0%    
耐强碱电解脱脂专用低泡表面活性剂     1~3%
电解脱脂专用低泡表面活性剂                 1~3%
有机硅消泡剂                                             1~4%
水                                                                 余量。
各原料可在质量范围内进行选择,使质量之和为100%。
将计算称量的水加入到反应釜中,开动搅拌器,控制转速120转/min,然后将计算称量的氢氧化钾、碳酸钾、焦磷酸钾、三聚磷化钠、亚硝酸钠、渗透剂JFC、耐强碱电解脱脂专用低泡表面活性剂、电解脱脂专用低泡表面活性剂、有机硅消泡剂依次徐徐加入到反应釜中,边加入边搅拌,直至溶液呈浅黄色透明液体,放料包装。
所用原料均为市售产品,其中耐强碱电解脱脂专用低泡表面活性剂、电解脱脂专用低泡表面活性剂深圳市启扬龙科技有限公司的产品,产品型号分别为QYL-30、Y-61。

将本发明实施例1、2按浓度6~8%配置工作液,电解温度为40~60℃,先阴极电解脱脂1~3min,DK=1~2A/dm2,后阳极电解脱脂6~8 min,DA=1~2A/dm2

2.一种如权利要求1所述的镍合金工件电解脱脂清洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于按如下步骤进行:将计算称量的水加入到反应釜中,开动搅拌器,控制转速120转/min,然后将计算称量的氢氧化钾、碳酸钾、焦磷酸钾、三聚磷化钠、亚硝酸钠、渗透剂JFC、耐强碱电解脱脂专用低泡表面活性剂、电解脱脂专用低泡表面活性剂、有机硅消泡剂依次徐徐加入到反应釜中,边加入边搅拌,直至溶液呈浅黄色透明液体,放料包装。
