Abstract

背景技术
目前,不存在计划性的方式以确保合同签字过程以任何特殊的可控方式发生。合同被打印出来并以物理方式分发。签字人在他们认为合适的位置签字,可能或者可能没有正确地完成签字。合同页可能丢失,或者未被返回给适当的人员。使用电子系统,可以使用工作流程对合同进行路由,但这些系统复杂,难于安装和管理,并且通常不涉及端用户签字过程。多种预先建立的文档格式的存在要求对文档进行动态评估和验证,以进行签字。此外,不存在一种系统能够容易地将对需要签字的文档的访问限制于仅仅那些被授权审阅和执行的当事人。
发明内容
本发明提供了在签字仪式期间动态地呈现文档(而不是确认在所有文档上适当地布置了签字任务)的系统和方法。本发明建立了可见性策略,该可见性策略控制如何基于置于文档上的系统标签(指令)的状态来呈现文档。

具体实施方式
本发明提供了增强的文档管理系统和方法,用于评估和转换可移植文档格式(PDF)文档,以及对电子文档审阅和执行进行安全性限制。图1示出了示例系统20,该系统20具有顾问计算机系统30、顾问客户关系管理(CRM)服务器32、用户服务服务器36以及多个用户系统42。
图2示出了系统20执行的示例转换过程。图3示出了合并的系统/过程图。
PDF文档转换
PDF文档的评估和转换包括输入和输出转换。对于静态可扩展标记语言(XML)表架构(XFA)表和AcroForms(又称作Acrobat表),系统20将来自输入表的表字段与系统模板中的字段相关联。接着,根据在系统模板中定义的规则(例如,可编辑对只读、必需对可选、分配至独立的接收人、在签字文档上的布局,等)在系统签字仪式中反映表字段数据和属性。该过程实现的一种功能是:对于系统20,以可编辑格式,向签字方呈现从发送方提供的输入表中采集的数据。如果不使用该转换过程,在签字仪式期间,来自输入表的所有表数据都将以不可编辑格式强加到文档上。

文档安全性限制
目前由系统通过确认执行的商业规则确保以下行为:
●如果任何接收人在文档上具有签字/首字母签名(initial)任务,每个接收人必须都在该文档上具有签字/首字母签名任务。如果有信封接收人在包含若干签字/首字母签名任务的文档上没有签字/首字母签名任务,在创建时,系统将拒绝该信封。
●如果文档对于任何信封接收人都没有签字/首字母签名任务,该文档被理解为能够被所有接收人审阅,并且允许创建该信封。
本发明在签字仪式期间动态地呈现文档(而不是确认在所有文档上适当地布置了签字任务)。本发明建立了可见性策略,该可见性策略控制如何基于置于文档上的系统标签(指令)的状态来呈现文档,所述文档包含在信封中。优选地,系统具有以下行为:
●如果文档具有针对接收人的系统标签,则该文档对该接收人将是可见的。
●如果文档具有针对一个接收人的系统标签,不具有针对另一个接收人的系统标签,则该文档对无系统标签的接收人将是不可见的。
●如果文档不具有任何系统标签,则该文档对所有接收人将是可见的。
●如果接收人选择通过系统web接口下载他们的文档的拷贝,将仅下载那些能够在签字仪式期间审阅的文档。
●预定的认证递送和抄送接收人将看到信封中的所有文档。
优选地,系统允许以下附加配置选项:
●动态抑制对所有签字人、认证递送和抄送接收人的完成证书和信封历史的访问。(这些文档/屏幕显示所有签字人的列表)。
●能够将系统行为指定为账户级设置,或者基于信封指定系统行为。在一个实施例中,该设置无法由账户管理人进行管理;即,可以针对自身不具备改变设置的能力的系统用户来指定账户级设置。
●能够在信封历史中反映系统可见性设置。该信息对于方便人的阅读以及有计划的访问是可用的。
●能够使所有文档对信封发送人可见。
●能够指定发送账户的成员是否能够看见所有文档,或者指定他们是否服从可见性策略。
通过参照以下示例,可以更好地理解本发明的方法。在该情形下,存在两个签字人S1和S2,并且4个文档D1、D2、D3和D4受系统过程处理。要求S1签署D1和D2。要求S2签署D1,并在D4上写上数据。根据本发明的一实施例,在该情形下,得到的行为是:S1将看到文档D1、D2和D3,而S2将看到文档D1、D3和D4。

Claims (1)
1.一种方法,包括:
如果电子文档包括由接收人查阅的指令,则允许该接收人查阅该电子文档;
如果该电子文档不包括查阅指令,则允许所有接收人查阅该电子文档;
在服务器处接收来自接收人的、下载与接收人相关的文档的拷贝的请求,所述服务器经由网络连接连接至接收人的计算机系统;以及
向接收人的计算机系统下载仅仅那些被识别为能够在签字仪式期间查阅的文档。
