技术领域
本发明属于中药制剂领域，特别涉及一种治疗乳腺增生的外用中药制剂。
背景技术
乳腺增生是妇女的常见病，是临床疑难杂症之一，属中医的“乳癖”范畴。患者一侧或两侧乳房可触及多个大小不一的结节，多散在或融合成不规则的团块，质韧、稍硬、有压痛，与皮肤及深部组织之间无粘连，可被推动；患侧乳腺常感坠胀不适、疼痛，多与月经周期有关；有的患者月经来潮前症状加重、有的患者乳头有溢液或溢血。乳腺增生的发病原因可能与卵巢机能失调有关，黄体素与雌激素的比例失去平衡，黄体素分泌减少、雌激素的量相对增多。中医认为“乳癖”的病因病机是肝气郁结、冲任失调、气滞血瘀，中医临床中采用破血逐瘀、攻毒散结为治疗大法，取得了很好的治疗效果，发明一种既安全又有效的中药制剂意义重大。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种治疗乳腺增生的外用中药制剂，具有见效快、治愈率高、无毒副作用、患者易接受的特点。
本发明一种治疗乳腺增生的外用中药制剂，其特征在于由如下重量份数的中药原料制成：桃仁10份、红花15份、三棱10份、莪术10份、冰片5份、水蛭3份和大黄20份。
制备方法：将上述原料(除冰片外)置入容器内，加入90％的酒精5000份，密封，浸泡30天。取滤液，用蒸馏水将滤液配制成酒精度60％的液体后放入冰片，搅拌均匀得成品，分装密封。
用法及用量：外用，涂擦局部，一日2～3次，20天为一疗程。
本发明药物机理如下：
桃仁：活血祛瘀、润肠通便，临床中用于多种瘀血症，本品味苦而入心肝血分，善泄血滞、祛瘀力强。
红花：活血通络、祛瘀止痛，本品辛散温通，长入血分，能活血祛瘀、通经止痛，故善治瘀结。
大黄：泻下攻积、清热泻火，止血、解毒、活血祛瘀。
冰片：开窍醒神、清热止痛，本品苦寒，清热止痛、消肿，有较好的清热解毒的作用。
水蛭：破血逐瘀、消癥，本品咸苦入血份，能破血逐瘀、力峻效宏。
三棱：破血行气、消积止痛。
莪术：破血行气、消积止痛，本品辛散苦泄、温通，既能破血又能行气。
疗效判断：
痊愈：症状体征全部消失，全身无阳性体征可查，乳透检查无异常发现。
好转：症状基本消失，雨季或受寒后局部有紧束等不适症状，用药涂擦后即可改善。
无效：症状无改善。
治疗结果：治疗乳腺增生患者180例，外用本发明酊剂涂擦局部，一日2～3次，20天为一疗程。经三个疗程治疗，痊愈115例，占64％，好转49例，占27％，无效16例，占9％，总有效率91％。通过治疗所示，对病人无任何副作用，三大常规化验及肝肾功能检测未发现异常。
以下列举几个典型病例：
病例1：患者张某某，女，40岁，患乳腺增生2年余，两侧乳房坠胀不适、疼痛，故来诊，给予本发明药物治疗，外用涂擦局部一日2次，三个疗程后痊愈，乳透检查正常。随访一年无复发。
病例2：患者刘某某，女，46岁，患乳腺增生3年余，乳房内有结节，痛如针刺，月经来潮前乳房坠胀不适、疼痛。给予本发明药物治疗三个疗程后痊愈，乳透检查正常。随访一年无复发。
病例3：患者齐某某，女，39岁，患乳腺增生，多方治疗无效，后给予本发明药物治疗三个疗程后痊愈，乳透检查正常。随访一年无复发。
本发明有如下优点：
本发明是在传统的中医辩证施治的基础上结合临床实践研制而成，诸药相合共具有破血逐瘀、攻毒散结的功效，治疗乳腺增生具有疗效确切、见效快、治愈率高、无毒副作用的特点。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明做进一步描述。
实施例
按重量份数称取原料：桃仁10份、红花15份、三棱10份、莪术10份、冰片5份、水蛭3份和大黄20份。
制备方法：将上述原料(除冰片外)置入容器内，加入90％的酒精5000份，密封，浸泡30天。取滤液，用蒸馏水将滤液配制成酒精度60％的液体后放入冰片，搅拌均匀得成品，分装密封。
