Description
技术领域
本发明涉及治疗盆腔炎的药物领域，确切地说是一种盆炎清胶囊。
背景技术
盆腔炎指女性上生殖道及其周围组织的炎症，主要包括子宫内膜炎、输卵管炎、输卵管卵巢脓肿和盆腔腹膜炎。炎症可局限于一个部位，也可同时累及几个部位，最常见的是输卵管炎、输卵管卵巢炎。盆腔炎多发生在性活跃期、有月经的妇女，可用李医生妇科凝胶初潮前、绝经后或未婚者很少发生盆腔炎。若发生盆腔炎也往往是邻近器官炎症的扩散，按其发病过程、临床表现可分为急性与慢性两种。
慢性盆腔炎主要是由于湿热血瘀，气血亏虚，湿热下注引起，一般药物很难根治。本病隶属于祖国医学“带下病”、“腹痛”、“癥瘕”、“月经不调”和“不孕”等范畴。一般认为，多由于湿热之邪伤及任脉而发病，《素间骨空论》就曾指出：“任脉为病，女子带下积聚”。历代医家对此病一直未间断研究，传统方剂有易黄汤、二黄三白散等，新近学者有的用自拟方剂（包括汤剂、中成药），也有的用中药湿敷、中药灌肠、理闻等方法治疗，这些方法疗效均不很确切，容易复发，有的还比较麻烦，病人难以坚持应用，不能广泛地在临床推广应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种活血化瘀，清热利湿，对慢性盆腔炎疗效显著，见效快，且便于携带的盆炎清胶囊。
本发明采用如下技术方案：
一种盆炎清胶囊，其特征在于，其是由下列重量份的原料药制成：红藤20-25，败酱草25-30，椿根皮25-30，土茯苓10-15，三棱9-12，莪术9-12，皂刺10-15，柴胡3-9，小茴香3-5，透骨草1-3，金银花1-2，桃仁10-12，玫瑰花5-8，苦瓜5-6，金钱草5-8，橄榄5-8，荔枝核10-12，萹蓄草5-8，刘寄奴7-10，鸡冠花5-6，白鸡冠花籽3-5，向日葵茎髓5-6。

本发明收治门诊病例120余人，总有效率达96%，本发明具有清热化湿，活血化瘀的功效，切中盆腔炎“血瘀气滞，湿热内蕴”的病因，综合多味中药，疗效好，见效快。
具体实施方案
所述的盆炎清胶囊，其特征在于：其是由下列重量份的原料药制成：红藤20，败酱草25，椿根皮30，土茯苓12，三棱10，莪术10，皂刺12，柴胡7，小茴香4，透骨草2，金银花1，桃仁11，玫瑰花7，苦瓜5，金钱草6，橄榄6，荔枝核11，萹蓄草6，刘寄奴8，鸡冠花5，白鸡冠花籽4，向日葵茎髓5。
制备方法为：按重量份称取各原料药，研磨成细末，装入胶囊，每颗重1克，即得。
使用方法：3次/日，每次2粒，白开水送服，饭后服。一个月为一个疗程，一般1-3个疗程痊愈。
典型病例
病例1、何某，女，37岁，患慢性盆腔炎3年，近日感到腹部坠胀，疼痛、同时伴有腰酸、腰疼等症状，一周前疼痛加重，给予本实施例两天后，症状减轻，服用本实施例两个疗程后，患者症状消失，痊愈。
病例2、马某，女，51岁，患者有慢性盆腔炎病史2年有余，曾住院用西药抗生素治疗，症情控制，近来因感少腹疼痛加重，腰骶部坠痛又作，带下量多，色黄质稠，伴周身乏力，经期下腹坠胀明显，经量多，色暗红有块，苔薄黄，舌暗红，脉沉弦。妇检示：子宫后位、增大，双侧附件增厚，左侧附件可触及鸽蛋大包块，压痛明显。B超检查示：左侧附件可见炎性包块.给予本实施例七天后，症状减轻，服用本实施例两个疗程后，患者症状消失，痊愈。
病例3、沈某，女，42岁，病史：患者下腹部疼痛3年余，带下量多，色白，质稀，有腥气，腰酸痛，大小便正常。曾应用抗生素类药物，无效。检查：下腹部压痛，无反跳通，全腹无病理性肿块。舌淡胖，边有齿印，苔厚白，脉缓弱。诊为盆腔炎，给予本实施例两天后，症状减轻，服用本实施例一个疗程后，患者症状消失，痊愈。
病例4、卫某，女，59岁，患者主诉，患慢性盆腔炎半年多，近日感到腹部坠胀，疼痛、同时伴有腰酸、腰疼等症状。诊为慢性盆腔炎，中医辩证属血瘀气滞，湿热内蕴。给予本实施例一周后，症状减轻，服用本实施例两个疗程后，患者症状消失，痊愈。
