Abstract

背景技术
众所周知,为了确保插头不会在带电时被插入或拔出,互锁插座包含机械的或者电气的闭锁装置,该闭锁装置连接到中断设备,且大体由旋转开关器件构成。
互锁插座还设有保护性熔断器,以保证操作者的安全和所有具有高吸收性的器件的一体性。
熔断器被插入大体由倾斜机构构成的匹配基座中。
为了更换熔断器,需要在打开机构之后用手指从倾斜机构中取出熔断器。
该操作并不总是容易的,并且在任何情况下需要用户将手指插入非常接近电气触头的凹槽中。
发明内容
本发明的目标是提供一种新型熔断器座,其相对于传统的系统允许更简易和安全的熔断器替换。
本发明的一个目的是提供一种结构简单且允许减少在其上安装的电气器件的制造成本的熔断器座。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种可用于不同器件的通用的熔断器座。
本发明的另一目的是借助特定的结构特征,提供一种能够在使用中具有最大限度的可靠性和安全性的结构。
这个目标和这些以及其他的目的在下文中将体现得更明显,并通过熔断器座,特别是用于互锁插座和常规电气设备来实现,其特征在于该熔断器座包括托盘,托盘被插入基座并容纳熔断器;所述托盘可沿着直线路径移动,从而形成至少两个位置:所述熔断器工作的工作位置,和所述熔断器可从所述托盘移出的拉出位置;所述基座包含两个弹性接触元件,该弹性接触元件在所述工作位置为所述熔断器提供电气和机械连接。

具体实施方式
参照引用的附图,根据本发明的熔断器座被显示应用于互锁插座,熔断器座大体由参考数字1表示,互锁插座大体由参考数字2表示。
在具体的示例中,互锁插座具有用于相应数量的熔断器的3个熔断器座。
熔断器座具有被插入基座4中并被用来容纳熔断器5的托盘3。
托盘3由框架构成,该框架包含一对由底部7、前部8和中间支柱10结合的纵向构件6。
前部8具有内部隔板8和向外延伸的把手构件11。
每个纵向构件6具有在后部终止于扩大部13的纵向凸出部12。
凸出部12用于接合形成在基座中的用来引导托盘的直线移动的相应狭槽。
托盘3被插入其中的基座4形成在被置于互锁插座2的本体中的容纳结构14中。
容纳结构可具有一个或者更多个用于各托盘3的基座4。
在示出的示例中,容纳结构14具有用于相应数量的熔断器座托盘3的3个基座4。
容纳结构14包含一对被弯曲成U形的叶片:前叶片15和后叶片16。
各叶片15和16由一对由基座连接的翼构成,该基座具有用来和接头20连接的突片19,例如Faston型的突片。
叶片的带轮廓翼被插入容纳结构中设置的狭槽17中,以使得它们在和熔断器5的末端一致的位置处缠绕托盘。
叶片15和16由线弹簧18保持就位,该线弹簧18与各叶片的带轮廓翼的自由端接合。
熔断器的安装为:首先将其插入托盘3中,然后将托盘插入基座4中。当托盘被完全插入基座中时,叶片15和16的带轮廓翼缠绕熔断器的末端,从而形成电气和机械连接。
对于更换熔断器,借助把手构件11拉出托盘3就足够了,从而克服了由叶片15和16施加至熔断器的弹力。
一旦托盘被取出,熔断器就是自由的,并且能够从托盘的一侧被移走。
实践中,已经发现本发明实现了预定的目标和目的,从而提供了一种较已知系统能够允许更容易和更安全的熔断器替换的熔断器座。

Claims (5)

1.一种熔断器座,该熔断器座包括托盘(3),该托盘被插入一基座(4)中并且容纳一熔断器(5);所述托盘(3)能够沿着直线路径移动,从而形成至少两个位置:所述熔断器(5)工作的工作位置,和所述熔断器(5)能够从所述托盘(3)移出的拉出位置,所述基座(4)包括两个弹性接触元件,该两个弹性接触元件在所述工作位置中为所述熔断器(5)提供电气和机械连接;插有所述托盘(3)的所述基座(4)形成于置于电气设备(2)的本体内的容纳结构中,所述熔断器座的特征在于:所述容纳结构(14)包含一对弯曲成U形的叶片(15,16):前叶片(15)和后叶片(16);各叶片由一对由基部连接的带轮廓的翼构成,所述基部具有和一接头(20)连接的突片(19);所述带轮廓的翼被插入到设在所述容纳结构(14)中的第一狭槽(17)中,从而所述带轮廓的翼在和所述熔断器(5)的末端一致的位置中缠绕所述托盘(3);所述前叶片和所述后叶片由线弹簧(18)保持就位,当所述托盘(3)处于所述工作位置中时,所述线弹簧接合各叶片的所述带轮廓的翼的自由端,所述前叶片和所述后叶片的所述带轮廓的翼缠绕所述熔断器(5)的末端,从而提供电气和机械连接。

5.如权利要求1所述的熔断器座,其特征在于,所述熔断器座用于互锁插座和常规电气设备。
