本发明涉及一种新型节能锅炉,其能有效增加吸热面积,燃烧效率高,升温极快,排烟温度低,烟气能通畅流动,锅炉整体运行效果好,检修方便。本发明包括炉膛,炉膛上部设置有炉胆,炉胆内设置有烟管,炉胆用液体填充,炉胆顶部设置有热水出口,炉膛一侧设置有冷水箱,炉膛内设置有圆台型喇叭口,内外圆台之间的圆台腔形成密闭的水循环系统,圆台型喇叭口一侧设置有蒸发器,圆台型喇叭口上底面开口朝向蒸发器,下底面朝向前拱。炉胆与烟气热回收装置连接,烟气热回收装置与三连塔脱硫除尘器连接。

新型节能锅炉
一、技术领域:
本发明涉及一种锅炉,尤其是涉及一种新型节能锅炉。
二、背景技术:
背景技术中,环保和节能已经成为现代文明社会发展的两大主题。锅炉即是工业经济发展的重要保障,又是人类生活不可缺少的工具,在生产生活中扮演着举足轻重的作用。同时,锅炉排放又与人们的日常生活环境密切相关。因此,不断革新,研制新型高效节能、低排放、低污染的节能锅炉,是造福人类,功德社会的大事。
我国现实的能源结构中煤占95.4%,促使我国必然是以煤做为主要能源的燃煤大国。近年来,能源利用率低、消费结构不合理、供需矛盾加剧等问题日益突出,生态环境恶化与经济发展的矛盾更加加剧,在很大程度上制约了我国经济持续快速和健康发展。与世界先进水平相比,我国在能源利用效率、单位产值能耗等方面存在较大差距。据报道,我国单位产值能耗是世界平均水平的2倍多,主要产品能耗比世界先进水平高40%。我国能源平均利用率仅为33%,与世界先进水平比差10个百分点,能源的高消耗已经成为束缚我国经济快速发展的桎梏。我国石油、天然气资源相对匮乏、燃煤储量相对有限和开采能力亟待改进和提高的情况下,节能减排已成为政府部门和企业有识之士的迫切愿望,也是建设资源节约型和环境友好型社会的必然要求。因此研究更先进,更节能环保的锅炉是社会的要求,也是每一个锅炉企业自身发展的必然要求和选择。
现有技术中,炉膛内后拱上设置有喷火板,起到很好的分火、聚火作用,喷火板后方没有设置蒸发器,炉胆内传热钢管一半在水中,一半与烟气接触。这样的设计有合理的地方,但是在实际应用中,却往往因为喷火板的结焦、结渣堵塞喷火孔,使烟气不能通畅流动,影响整个锅炉的运行效果,而且在采暖期不能停火的条件下,非常不容易检修。传统锅炉没有充分利用炉膛温度,受热面积有限。
三、发明内容:
本发明为了解决上述背景技术中的不足之处,提供一种新型节能锅炉,其能有效增加吸热面积,燃烧效率高,升温极快,排烟温度低,烟气能通畅流动,锅炉整体运行效果好,检修方便。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为 :
一种新型节能锅炉,包括炉膛,其特征在于:炉膛上部设置有炉胆,炉胆内设置有烟管,炉胆用液体填充,炉胆顶部设置有热水出口,炉膛一侧设置有冷水箱,炉膛内设置有圆台型喇叭口,内外圆台之间的圆台腔形成密闭的水循环系统,圆台型喇叭口一侧设置有蒸发器,圆台型喇叭口上底面开口朝向蒸发器,下底面朝向前拱。
圆台型喇叭口下底面上端开口与炉膛上部的水管连接,圆台型喇叭口下底面下端开口与后拱上部的水管连接。
 
炉膛一侧设置有煤斗,另一侧设置有清灰孔,炉膛下部设置有炉排,炉膛内设置有前拱和后拱。
蒸发器为一组或多组,每组蒸发器的蒸发管为一根或多根。
炉胆(12)内设置有两个或两个以上的烟气回程通道,每个烟气回程通道内设置一组或多组烟管,烟管一端与炉膛联通,另一端与引风机连接。
上述炉排一端设置有鼓风机。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有的优点和效果如下:
1、本发明从根本上改变了锅炉烟气的运行方式,有效避免了传统锅炉分火板容易结焦、结渣现象。本发明设置了喇叭口型锅筒替代传统锅炉中的喷火板,避免了喷火板容易结焦、结渣和维修强度大的缺点,其显著增加了受热面积,提高了热转化率,节约了能源。并且结构简单,使用方便,便于维修和清理。
2、本发明中的喇叭口型通火孔,其内外圆台之间的圆台腔形成密闭的水循环系统,能够迅速高效吸收炉膛热量,增加了吸热面积;喇叭口后端的蒸发器能够继续吸收通过喇叭口的热量,增加了吸热面积。其燃烧效率高,升温极快,排烟温度低,热效率极高。
3、本发明煤炭燃烧率98.8%,热效率88.4%;烟尘排放浓度25.4mg/m3,是国家标准的1/3,烟气黑度格林曼系数小于1;二氧化硫排放为5.95 mg/m3,仅是国家标准的1/150。

五、具体实施方式:
参见图1,本发明包括炉膛11,炉膛11一侧设置有煤斗1,另一侧设置有清灰孔13,炉膛11下部设置有炉排2,炉排2一端设置有鼓风机10。炉膛11内设置有前拱9和后拱4,炉膛11上部设置有炉胆12,炉胆12内设置有烟管7,炉胆12用液体填充,炉胆12顶部设置有热水出口16,炉胆12与烟气热回收装置14连接,烟气热回收装置14与三连塔脱硫除尘器15连接,三连塔脱硫除尘器15上开有烟气出口17。炉膛11一侧设置有冷水箱3,炉膛11内设置有圆台型喇叭口6,内外圆台之间的圆台腔形成密闭的水循环系统。冷水由喇叭口6下底面下端开口处进入圆台腔,冷水在圆台腔内被加热,经过加热的热水从圆台腔下底面上部开口处流入炉胆12。圆台型喇叭口6下底面上端的开口与炉膛11上部水管连接,圆台型喇叭口6下底面下端的开口与后拱4上部水管连接。炉膛11产生的高温烟气只能从喇叭口6通过。参见图2、图3和图4,喇叭口6上底面朝向蒸发器5,蒸发器5为一组或多组,每组蒸发器5的蒸发管为一根或多根。蒸发器5底端开口与冷水箱3联通,上端开口与炉胆联通。炉胆12内设置有两个或两个以上的烟气回程通道,每个烟气回程通道内设置一组或多组烟管7,烟管7一端与炉膛相通,另一端与引风机8联通。高温烟气在鼓风机10和引风机8的共同作用下,通过烟管7在炉胆13内呈S型流动,最后从炉胆12顶端进入引风机8,然后进入烟气热回收装置14和三连塔脱硫除尘器15。炉胆12内热水(在水泵作用下)充满炉胆,包裹住烟管7,从炉胆12下部流入,从上部的热水出口16流出。
实际工作时,煤从煤斗1内均匀地铺到炉排2上,炉排2从前向后运动,空气通过鼓风机10从炉排2上部进入炉膛11中,在煤层上方迅速燃烧,产生的高温烟气在前拱9和后拱4的共同作用下,在喇叭口6前达到最高温度,高温烟气在鼓风机10和引风机8的共同作用下通过喇叭口6后,将喇叭口6形成的圆台腔内的水迅速加热,高温烟气通过喇叭口6到达蒸发器5,给蒸发器5内的水迅速加温,剩余高温烟气进入炉胆12中,通过烟管7,呈S型曲线多回程方式通过整个炉胆12,烟管7周围被充满炉胆12的水包围。
本发明通过喇叭口、蒸发器、多回程炉胆的共同作用,大大增加了受热面积,节约了能源,减少了排放,且升温速度极快,热效率极高,且经过多重吸收,出烟口温度很低。
本发明技术特点和创新点具有很大的开创性,一举改变了传统锅炉喷火板容易堵塞、结焦现象。喇叭口吸热效果明显,喇叭口后端增添的蒸发器等弥补了传统技术重大不足,是一个显著的进步,对原有技术是突破性的改善,其能迅速吸收烟气高温,特别明显地增加了吸热面积,提高了热效率。

Claims (6)

1.一种新型节能锅炉,包括炉膛(11),其特征在于:炉膛(11)上部设置有炉胆(12),炉胆(12)内设置有烟管(7),炉胆(12)用液体填充,炉胆(12)顶部设置有热水出口(16),炉膛(11)一侧设置有冷水箱(3),炉膛(11)内设置有圆台型喇叭口(6),内外圆台之间的圆台腔形成密闭的水循环系统,圆台型喇叭口(6)一侧设置有蒸发器(5),圆台型喇叭口(6)上底面开口朝向蒸发器(5),下底面朝向前拱(9),炉胆(12)与烟气热回收装置(14)连接,烟气热回收装置(14)与三连塔脱硫除尘器(15)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型节能锅炉,其特征在于:圆台型喇叭口(6)下底面上端开口与炉膛(11)上部的水管连接,圆台型喇叭口(6)下底面下端开口与后拱(4)上部的水管连接。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的新型节能锅炉,其特征在于:炉膛(11)一侧设置有煤斗(1),另一侧设置有清灰孔(13),炉膛(11)下部设置有炉排(2),炉膛(11)内设置有前拱(9)和后拱(4)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的新型节能锅炉,其特征在于:蒸发器(5)为一组或多组,每组蒸发器(5)的蒸发管为一根或多根,蒸发器5底端开口与冷水箱3联通,上端开口与炉胆联通。
5.根据权利要求4所述的新型节能锅炉,其特征在于:炉胆(12)内设置有两个或两个以上的烟气回程通道,每个烟气回程通道内设置一组或多组烟管(7),烟管(7)一端与炉膛(11)联通,另一端与引风机(8)连接。
6.根据权利要求4所述的新型节能锅炉,其特征在于:炉排(2)一端设置有鼓风机(10),炉胆一侧烟气出口设置有引风机(8)。
