Abstract
绿彩金星釉料属于一种可用于景泰蓝和料器制造的装饰用高温釉料。其特征是在以SiO2、A12O3、CaO、K2O、Na2O、B2O3为主的基料中加入成核剂Cr2O3、TiO2和ZrO2。有时为了使金星细密、均匀,还可加入成核促进剂WO3。与现有的金属釉料相比,它是一种绿底五彩金星釉料,在阳光下可显示出红、蓝、绿、黄和紫色,其晶粒可大可小,直径在0.1~1mm之间,可作装饰材料使用。
Description
绿彩金星釉料是一种用于景泰蓝和料器工业的高温釉料,也可作砌面材料使用。
该釉料由基料和兼起着色作用的成核剂组成。专利号为783251的苏联专利在1980年12月3日公开了一种用于建筑砌面材料的金星玻璃,其配方及重量组成(%)为:
SiO2:48.0~51.9;Fe2O3:4.0~7.0;
Al2O3:7.0~10.5;Na2O:2.0~6.0;
CaO:18.0~20.9;Cr2O3:2.0~3.5;
MgO:0.05~2.5;P2O5:0.5~2.0;
MnO:0.51~5.0;Fe:0.01~2.0。
该组成由冶金矿渣和废碎玻璃制备,在1430~1450℃熔化,在1300~1350℃保温30~40分钟。
苏联专利SU-967973在1982年10月23日公开了另一种作同样用途的金属玻璃,其配方及重量组成(%)为:
SiO2:47.5~63.1;Cr2O3:1.5~4.5;
Al2O3:3.9~6.8;B2O3:8.5~17.7;
CaO:4.5~9.8;Na2O:8.2~18.1;
MgO:0.8~3.5;K2O:0.3~1.3;
上述材料在1200~1250℃熔融,在1050~1100℃保温30~45分钟。
它们的共同缺点是:全为绿色或深绿色,色彩单调,无法用作景
泰蓝和料器等对金星色彩要求多一些的工业部门作装饰品用,而且晶粒大小未见报导。
本发明的目的在于提供一种可供景泰蓝和料器工业使用的绿底五彩金星釉料。
本发明的特征在于:其釉料由下列成份组成,可用氧化物的重量百分比表示为:
SiO2:41.0~48.0;Al2O3:0.95~5.0;
CaO:6.0~12.9;K2O:3.40~10.9;
Na2O:18.4~32.8;TiO2:1.0~4.0;
Cr2O3:1.0~4.0;B2O3:8.5~10.3;
ZrO2:1.0~2.0;
在所述组成中,也可加入成核促进剂WO3,其重量百分比为0~2.27,其目的在于得到细而均匀的晶粒。如为了使景泰蓝衬底不显出铜质来,则需要用乳浊状的细金星,只要加入重量百分比为2.1的P2O5即可。
上述组成可由以下原称料制备,其重量百分比为:(下同)
SiO2:26.5~41.5;Al2O3:0.5~4.5;
CaCo3:9.0~16.5;K2Co3:4.0~14.5;
NaNO3:9.0~13.5;Na2B4O7·10H2O:52.5~56.5;
其中:Na2B4O7·10H2O也可由Na2CO3(21.5~28.0)代替。其成核剂由下列成份组成:
Cr2O3:0.5~2.0;TiO2:1.0~3.5;
ZrO2:0.5~2.5。
有时为了得到细而均匀的晶粒,在原称料中还可加入成核促进剂WO3(0~2.27);若要使景泰蓝衬底不显出铜质来,需用乳浊状的细金星,可以加入重量比为2.1的P2O5。
上述原称料中氧化物的重量可根据下列公式计算:原称料M中氧化物重= (M氧化物分子量)/(M原称料分子量) ×W原称粉重。
本发明生产的绿彩金星釉料是一种高温釉料,它可在绿色基体上见到红、绿、蓝、黄、紫色金星散布在玻璃体内,晶体直径可大可小,在0.1~1mm之间,大金星反射光的能力强,小金星细密而均匀,其膨胀系数为17~23×10-6,使用温度在700~1100℃之间,在此范围内均可保持金星不变。
为了在下面结合实施例进行描绘,现把本申请文件所使用的附表编号及名称简介如下:

实施例:
在制备时,先把用硅碳棒加热的电炉升温到1000℃,再将釉料按上述配方重量比称重,研磨,用100目筛子过筛,混合均匀后放入电炉中,以70~80℃/h的速率升温至1300~1350℃,熔化2~3小时,然后以120℃/h的速率降温至1000~1280℃,保温6~12小时,断电,自然降至室温,实例见表1~3。
工艺条件及样品色彩见表1。
它可用于作装饰用金星釉料、星光玻璃雕刻、日用陶瓷装饰、工艺品装饰釉料、发卡、领带卡、纪念章、头饰及景泰蓝釉彩中。
Claims (2)
1、一种绿彩金星釉料,包含基料和兼起着色作用的成核剂,其特征在于:它由下列成份组成,其重量百分比为:
SiO2: 41~48%; Al2O3: 0.95~5.0%;
CaO: 6.0~12.9%; K2O: 3.40~10.9%;
Na2O: 18.4~32.8%; B2O3: 8.5~10.3%;
Cr2O3: 1.0~4.0%; TiO2: 1.0~4.0%;
ZrO2: 1.0~2.0%。
2、根据权利要求1所述的金星釉料,其特征在于:在所述的配方中,还可加入成核促进剂WO30~2.27(重量比)。
