Abstract

本发明涉及机械减速技术领域,一种制动式三片少齿差行星减速器。其特征在于:制动件由钢球V型槽机构、摩擦副及弹簧组成,摩擦副由内锥体与锥盘组成,锥盘与从动盘内花键与轴外花键滑配,弹簧一端靠紧轴的轴肩上,另一端靠紧锥盘端面上使圆锥摩擦面压紧;传动件由偏心轴承、三片齿轮、内齿圈、柱销与柱套、输出轴及支承轴承组成,两侧轮等厚,中间为两侧两倍,中间轮与两侧轮相位错开180°,内齿圈联接在输出轴圆盘上,柱销一端紧配在机架均布孔中,另一端上装有一只均载环。有益效果:传动平稳、承载力大;无火花使用可靠;啮合副润滑良好寿命长;工艺性能好、成本约为现有技术30-40%;三片轮惯性力和惯性力矩完全平衡。

制动式三片少齿差行星减速器
技术领域  本发明涉及机械减速技术领域,一种制动式三片少齿差行星减速器。
背景技术  矿山提升机、各种起重机最需要是带制动减速器,然背景技术Q系列定轴及ZK系列行星减速器必须配制动电机或另装制动器,这是现代减速器技术领域的一大空白。
发明内容  发明人志在建立系列制动减速器,以适应矿井、钢铁、冶金及运输等工业部门的需要,从而填补我国减速器技术领域的空白。特别是一种制动式三片少齿差行星减速器。
技术方案  渐开线少齿差价格低、多齿啮合、传动平稳、齿面接触应力小、承载力大。认真研究发现减速器箱体既具高机械强度又有大空间,因此箱体内安装制动器是有价值的创新。
(A)大承载力技术方案:将普通二片式改进为三片式,中间一片轮宽等于两侧轮宽的两倍,且与两侧齿轮相位角为180°,运转时三片轮的惯性力和惯性力矩理论上完全平衡;改内齿圈固定为转动结构,使齿轮啮合副处于良好的润滑状态;
(B)制动技术方案:由钢球V型槽机构、摩擦副与压缩弹簧组成,其中:钢球V型槽机构是机械无级变速重要部件,包括主、从动V型槽盘与居中的钢球,其自身具有离合与联轴器两功能。其工作原理是:当通电时,输入轴上主动V型槽盘的V型槽面对钢球产生正压力:其轴向分力推动从动V型槽盘,于是摩擦副分离,制动力矩消失;其周向分力用以驱动与从动V型槽盘联接的输出轴,经减速后输出作功;断电时输入轴仃止转动,压缩弹簧的轴向力迅速使摩擦副结合产生制动力矩使机构即处于稳定制动状态。
有益效果:(1)少齿差多齿啮合、传动平稳、齿面接触应力小、承载力大;
(2)由于制动件装在减速器机体端盖内,因而制动时无火花,使用性能可靠;
(3)内齿圈转动结构使轮齿啮合副处于良好润滑状态,大大延长了使用寿命;
(4)结构简单、机加工工艺性能好、制造成本约为现有技术的30-40%;
(5)运转时三片轮的惯性力和惯性力矩理论上完全平衡。

具体实施方式  下面结合附图对本发明详加描述:
参照图1.一种制动式三片少齿差行星减速器,由装在箱体(3)内三片渐开线少齿差行星传动件与装在端盖(13)内制动件组成,所述端盖(13)联接在机架(5)上,所述机架(5)用法兰联接在箱体(3)输入端面上,所述机架(5)将传动件与制动件分隔开,其特征在于:
(A)制动件由装在端盖(13)的输入轴(10)、装在输入轴(10)上的主动V型槽盘(11)、从动V型槽盘(21)、置于二V型槽之间的钢球(12)、摩擦副及复位弹簧(8)组成,所述的钢球均布在保持架上,所述的钢球数量与主、从动V型槽盘槽数相等,所述的摩擦副由固定在机架(5)内孔的内锥体(6)与锥盘(7)组成,所述的锥盘(7)与从动V型槽盘(21)内花键与轴(9)外花键滑配,所述的复位弹簧(8)一端靠紧轴(9)的轴肩上,另一端靠紧锥盘(7)端面上使锥盘(7)与内锥体(6)圆锥摩擦面压紧。其工作原理是:当通电时,主动V型槽盘(11)的V型槽面对钢球(12)产生正压力,其轴向分力推动从动V型槽盘(21)与锥盘(7),于是摩擦副分离,制动力矩消失,其周向分力经钢球(12)、从动V型槽盘(21)驱动轴(9),经摆线传动件减速输出作功;断电时输入轴仃止转动,压缩弹簧迅速使摩擦副处于制动力矩等于1.5-2倍额定力矩状态。制动离合灵敏,无火花安全可靠,制动力矩恒定;
(B)少齿差行星传动件由装在轴(9)轴伸端偏心轴承a、b、c、三片齿轮(15、16、17)、内齿圈(4)、柱销(14)与柱套(18、20)、输出轴(1)及装在箱体(3)内孔的二支承轴承(2)组成,所述的三片齿轮中两侧轮(15、17)等厚度,中间轮(16)厚度为两侧轮的两倍,所述中间轮(16)与两侧轮(15、17)相位角错开180°,所述的内齿圈(4)联接在输出轴(1)圆盘上,所述的柱销(14)一端紧配在机架(5)均布孔中,另一端上装有一只均载环(19)。内齿圈(4)转动使轮齿啮合副处于良好润滑状态,因而使用寿命长。

(2)圆锥摩擦副:α=8°~15°=11.5°(金属~金属),母线b=(0.15~0.25)Dp=0.25Dp,Dp≈(4~6)d=4d,摩擦副脱开行程x=δ/sinα=2.50mm(间隙δ=0.5~1.0=0.50,无衬层),
(3)(分离)接合系数KT=1.0(每小时结合次数≤120),安全系数β=1.2~1.5=1.50

Claims (1)

1.一种制动式三片少齿差行星减速器,其特征在于:由装在箱体(3)内三片渐开线少齿差行星传动件与装在端盖(13)内制动件组成,所述端盖(13)联接在机架(5)上,所述机架(5)用法兰联接在箱体(3)输入端面上,所述机架(5)将少齿差传动件与制动件分隔开,其中:
(A)制动件由装在端盖(13)内孔的输入轴(10)、装在输入轴(10)上的主动V型槽盘(11)、从动V型槽盘(21)、置于二V型槽之间的钢球(12)、摩擦副及复位弹簧(8)组成,所述的钢球均布在保持架上,所述的钢球数量与主、从动V型槽盘槽数相等,所述的摩擦副由固定在机架(5)内孔的内锥体(6)与锥盘(7)组成,所述的锥盘(7)与从动V型槽盘(21)内花键与轴(9)外花键滑配,所述的复位弹簧(8)一端靠紧轴(9)的轴肩上,另一端靠紧锥盘(7)端面上使锥盘(7)与内锥体(6)圆锥摩擦面压紧;
(B)少齿差行星传动件由装在轴(9)轴伸端偏心轴承a、b、c、三片齿轮(15、16、17)、内齿圈(4)、柱销(14)与柱套(18、20)、输出轴(1)及装在箱体(3)内孔的二支承轴承(2)组成,所述的三片齿轮中两侧轮(15、17)等厚度,中间轮(16)厚度为两侧轮的两倍,所述中间轮(16)与两侧轮(15、17)相位角错开180°,所述的内齿圈(4)联接在输出轴(1)圆盘上,所述的柱销(14)一端紧配在机架(5)均布孔中,另一端上装有一只均载环(19)。
