在下面以混合动力车辆及其传动系为例说明本发明,这不应理解为将本发明限制于这样的应用。
背景技术
对于机动车的混合动力传动系,使用至少一个内燃机和电驱动设备来单独地或共同地驱动车辆。对于这些应用存在驱动设备的带有和没有变速器的极其不同的组合可能性。对于许多组合可能性而言共同之处在于,它们应该设置在小的结构空间内并且仍然必须具有高的运行安全,因此,驱动装置的紧凑性具有大的意义。
DE102008043290A1提出一种混合动力驱动模块,在该混合动力驱动模块中,沿径向在电驱动设备的转子内设置有行星变速器齿轮组(齿圈、太阳轮、行星齿轮和支架),其中,该齿轮组的齿圈能与转子耦联并且行星齿轮架能与分离离合器耦联。从混合动力驱动模块至车辆变速器的输出经由太阳轮进行,所述车辆变速器不再是混合动力驱动模块的主题。
发明内容
本发明的任务是,给出一种结构紧凑的混合动力驱动模块以及具有这样的驱动模块的用于混合动力车辆的传动系。
该任务通过按照本发明所述的装置或通过按照本发明的传动系来解决。本发明涉及一种用于机动车的混合动力驱动模块,所述混合动力驱动模块具有行星齿轮级并且具有电驱动设备,所述行星齿轮级具有太阳轮、齿圈、行星齿轮架和至少一个相对于行星齿轮架可转动地支承的行星齿轮,其中,所述行星齿轮为了传递功率而与太阳轮或齿圈嵌接或者与太阳轮和齿圈嵌接,所述电驱动设备具有定子和转子,其中,齿圈与转子能以引导转矩的方式连接并且行星齿轮架与分离离合器能以引导转矩的方式连接,所述分离离合器设置用于中断到行星齿轮架上的转矩传递,其中,齿圈沿径向方向和沿轴向方向至少局部设置在转子内,其特征在于,行星齿轮架利用轴向支座和径向支座被以相对于壳体可转动的方式支承,并且齿圈利用齿圈支座被可转动地支承在行星齿轮架上。
在本发明的意义中,混合动力驱动模块应理解为如下装置,所述装置能在机动车中用于对该机动车驱动并且具有如下行星齿轮级,所述行星齿轮级具有太阳轮、齿圈、行星齿轮架和至少一个相对于行星齿轮架可转动地支承的行星齿轮,其中,该行星齿轮级的太阳轮能优选抗转动地与混合动力驱动模块的壳体连接,或者所述太阳轮与所述壳体抗转动地连接。
优选地,所述至少一个行星齿轮或多个行星齿轮为了传递功率而与太阳轮和齿圈啮合。更优选地,也可以设置具有至少2个为了传递功率而相互啮合的行星齿轮的行星齿轮级,其中,一个行星齿轮与齿圈啮合,而另一个行星齿轮与太阳轮啮合。
在本发明的意义中,两个齿轮啮合或两个齿轮嵌接应理解为这两个齿轮在彼此之上滚动。行星变速器通常由现有技术已知,优选就混合动力驱动模块而言使用所谓的具有负传动比齿轮组(Minus-

)的行星变速器,因为尤其是能利用这些行星变速器实现良好的效率。
此外,混合动力驱动模块具有电驱动设备。优选地,所述电驱动设备能在多个运行象限中运行,优选能至少在电动机式运行象限和发电机式运行象限中运行。更优选地,所述电驱动设备构成为电动机/发电机。这样的电驱动设备尤其是具有转子和定子。在此,转子被以相对于定子可转动的方式支承。更优选地,转子和定子通过空气间隙彼此分开,其中,从定子到转子上的能量传递的效率尤其是与该空气间隙的大小有关,并且尤其是小的空气间隙是优选的。就此而言尤其是得出,转子相对于定子应该具有精确的并且优选也刚性的支承,以便优选沿径向方向在转子和定子之间的小的空气间隙。
优选地,电驱动设备的转子能以引导转矩的方式与行星齿轮级的齿圈连接。更优选地,转子和齿圈至少局部形锁合或力锁合或材料锁合地相互连接。此外,混合动力驱动模块具有分离离合器,所述分离离合器设置用于选择性地中断优选从内燃机到行星齿轮架上的转矩传递。因此,分离离合器优选能与行星齿轮架连接。
优选地,混合动力驱动模块具有如下结构,在所述结构中,内燃机能借助分离离合器与行星齿轮架选择性地为了转矩传递而连接。此外,电驱动设备能借助其转子与行星齿轮级的齿圈耦联,其中,太阳轮能抗转动地与混合动力驱动模块的壳体连接,或相对于该壳体不可转动地被支承。优选实现齿圈在行星齿轮架上的可转动支承,尤其是因此所述支承被小的转速加载。将能由内燃机提供的和能由电驱动设备(转子)提供的驱动功率相加为总功率,所述总功率能被输出到尤其是可切换的变速器的变速器输入轴上,亦即尤其是借助行星齿轮或借助行星齿轮架输出。尤其是借助该配置能够实现电驱动设备的特别有利的运行。
在几何结构上这样设置齿圈,使得该齿圈至少局部地沿径向方向和沿轴向方向设置在电驱动设备的转子内。优选地,至少齿圈的为了到行星齿轮之一上的运动传递而设置的啮合区域至少局部地沿径向方向和沿轴向方向设置在转子内,更优选地,该区域完全设置在转子内。
优选地,行星齿轮级的太阳轮抗转动地与变速器壳体连接,并且更优选地,行星齿轮级的齿圈利用齿圈支座以相对于行星齿轮架可转动的方式被支承在该行星齿轮架上。尤其是通过这样的支座能够实现行星齿轮级的特别节省空间的结构并且更优选地也能够实现行星齿轮级的精确结构,尤其是也产生对各个支座的小的转速负荷。
在本发明的一种优选的实施方式中,齿圈支座具有第一轴承部位和第二轴承部位,所述第一轴承部位和第二轴承部位在几何结构上优选沿轴向方向彼此间隔开距离。更优选地,这些轴承部位沿轴向方向设置在齿圈的不同侧上。
在一种优选的实施方式中,混合动力驱动模块的分离离合器能沿轴向方向被加载离合器压紧力(Kupplungskraft)。所述分离离合器尤其是能围绕旋转轴线旋转,其中,该轴线优选也构成行星齿轮级的旋转轴线,亦即这样的轴线,行星齿轮架被以围绕所述轴线可旋转的方式支承。在本发明的意义中,沿轴向方向表示沿该旋转轴线的方向,而沿径向方向表示沿正交于该旋转轴线的方向。
优选地,离合器压紧力设置用于控制离合器,尤其是亦即从不能通过分离离合器传递转矩的运行状态转变为能传递转矩的状态。在此,该离合器压紧力优选能通过离合器活塞来施加。优选地,该离合器活塞构成为柱形活塞并且更优选地构成为圆环活塞。
更优选地,离合器活塞沿轴向方向设置在分离离合器的朝向行星齿轮级的一侧。因此,离合器活塞在几何结构上参考轴向方向设置在分离离合器和行星齿轮级之间。尤其是通过分离离合器和离合器活塞的这种构造能够实现节省空间的结构。优选地,分离离合器沿径向方向至少局部地设置在电驱动设备的转子内并且沿轴向方向优选至少局部地由所述转子覆盖。更优选地,分离离合器构成为湿式运行的离合力并且优选变速器油能被输送给该离合器。
在本发明的一种优选的实施方式中,分离离合器构成为膜片式离合器。优选地,所述膜片式离合器具有径向内部的离合器壳和径向外部的离合器壳。更优选地,这两个离合器壳为了转矩传递而能借助离合器片的摩擦面选择性地彼此连接,尤其是通过将离合器压紧力施加到离合器片上。优选地,径向外部的离合器壳与行星齿轮架能以引导转矩的方式连接。优选地,径向内部的离合器壳设置用于与另外的驱动设备、尤其是内燃机连接。
在本发明的一种优选的实施方式中,至少行星齿轮架的支座具有至少一个或优选多个轴向轴承。优选地,至少一个所述轴向轴承沿轴向方向在几何结构上设置在太阳轮和行星齿轮架之间,所述太阳轮优选设置成固定在壳体中。尤其是通过由离合器活塞施加离合器压紧力,行星齿轮架被加载轴向力,所述轴向力尤其是能通过这样的轴向轴承并且因此能通过变速器壳体被接收,从而这些离合器压紧力尤其是不被输出到内燃机上。更优选地,行星齿轮架具有三个沿轴向方向彼此间隔开距离的轴向轴承。
在本发明的一种优选的实施方式中,在离合器活塞和行星齿轮架之间形成有第一活塞空间,优选地,离合器活塞和行星齿轮架至少局部并且优选完全限定该活塞空间。在此,在本发明的意义中,该活塞空间应理解为如下空腔,所述空腔能被液压介质填充以便提供活塞力。更优选地,行星齿轮级具有压力油通道。优选地,压力油通道设置用于将液压介质、尤其是变速器油引导到所述活塞空间中并且由此对离合器活塞加载压力并且提供离合器压紧力。尤其是通过在离合器活塞和行星齿轮架之间的活塞空间的构成以及通过被引导通过行星齿轮架的压力油通道的压力油供应,能够实现特别节省空间的结构。
在一种优选的实施方式中,在离合器活塞的背离活塞空间的一侧设置有泵腔。优选地,在泵腔中设置用于液压活塞的回位弹簧,所述泵腔也可以被理解为离心油补偿空间

更优选地,利用该回位弹簧能将相反于离合器压紧力指向的回位力施加到离合器活塞上。更优选地,行星齿轮架具有润滑剂通道。优选地,该润滑剂通道与泵腔导流连接以及更优选地与齿圈支座和/或与行星齿轮支座连接导流连接。
更优选地,润滑剂通道在行星齿轮架中的行星齿轮栓上具有用于至少一个行星齿轮的支座(行星齿轮支座)的输出口。尤其是通过经由所述泵腔的主动润滑剂供应,能够实现运行特别安全的混合动力驱动模块。
在一种优选的实施方式中,EM转子或者说齿圈支座或行星齿轮支架支座构成为滚动支座并且因此优选具有至少一个滚动轴承,或者EM转子或者说齿圈支座和行星齿轮支架支座构成为滚动支座并且因此优选分别具有至少一个滚动轴承。
优选这样设计混合动力驱动模块的行星齿轮级,使得该行星齿轮级具有选自如下范围的定轴传动比(Standübersetzung),所述定轴传动比大于1.25、优选大于1.45并且特别优选大于1.55,并且此外该范围优选小于2、优选小于1.75并且特别优选小于1.65。特别优选地,行星变速器的定轴传动比至少基本上为1.6。
在一种优选的实施方式中,行星齿轮级的齿圈能借助齿圈支架与电驱动设备的转子连接。优选地,该齿圈支架能与转子或与齿圈或者能与转子和齿圈材料锁合、优选力锁合或特别优选形锁合连接或者以至少两种所述连接型式的组合的方式连接。
用于机动车的混合动力传动系具有至少一个按照本发明的混合动力驱动模块以及具有内燃机。优选地,内燃机或内燃机的输出轴能与混合动力驱动模块的分离离合器以引导转矩的方式连接。更优选地,混合动力传动系具有可切换的车辆变速器,所述车辆变速器能以引导转矩的方式与混合动力驱动模块的行星齿轮架连接。此外,能被输送给该车辆变速器的驱动功率能被输出到至少一个可驱动的车辆轴上。优选地,可切换的车辆变速器具有不同的优选不连续的传动级(所谓的挡位)。尤其是,沿从内燃机到可驱动的车辆轴上的转矩传递方向,混合动力驱动模块的分离离合器设置在内燃机和行星齿轮级之间,并且更优选地,混合动力驱动模块沿转矩传递方向设置在可切换的车辆变速器上游。
在一种优选的实施方式中,电驱动设备的定子被接纳在可切换的车辆变速器的变速器壳体中。更优选地,可切换的车辆变速器构成为自动切换的变速器或构成为具有至少两个另外的行星齿轮组的自动变速器。
更优选地,如下的变速器壳体区段能与可切换的车辆变速器的另外的变速器壳体一件式地构成,定子被接纳在所述变速器壳体区段中并且能与该变速器壳体区段抗转动连接。

具体实施方式
在图1中示出通过混合动力驱动模块的纵剖视图,所述混合动力驱动模块具有包括定子(未示出)并且包括转子1的电驱动设备。所述定子被抗转动地接纳在车辆变速器(未示出)的变速器壳体22中。此外,转子1借助齿圈支架23与行星齿轮级的齿圈3连接。齿圈支架23以及借此齿圈3借助齿圈支座4和24被以相对于行星齿轮架25可转动的方式支承。齿圈支座具有第一滚动轴承4和第二滚动轴承24,在此,这些滚动轴承参考轴向方向30设置在齿圈3的不同侧上。此外,齿圈3不仅沿径向方向40而且沿轴向方向30设置在转子1内。
为了传递功率,齿圈3与行星齿轮6啮合,所述行星齿轮借助行星齿轮支座29被可转动地支承在行星齿轮栓7上和在行星齿轮架25中。行星齿轮6本身与太阳轮5啮合,以便传递功率。行星齿轮架25具有轴向支座18a、b、c和径向支座19a、b、c,所述行星齿轮架利用所述轴向支座和径向支座被以相对于壳体22可转动的方式支承。在此,轴承18a、b、c构成为推力滚动轴承并且轴承19a、b、c构成为径向滚动轴承。
自动变速器(未示出)在方向21上连接到混合动力驱动模块上,所述自动变速器设置用于沿至少一个可驱动的车辆轴(未示出)的方向传递驱动功率。为了传递功率,分离离合器8能在方向20上与内燃机耦合。分离离合器8具有径向内部的离合器壳(9)和径向外部的离合器壳(10)。内部的和外部的离合器壳8、9能选择性地被连接用于借助离合器片26传递转矩。
为了对离合器片26加载离合器压紧力,设有构成为环形活塞的离合器活塞11,各离合器片通过所述离合器压紧力被挤压在一起。为了施加离合器压紧力,活塞空间12能经由压力油通道15被填充油。如果由该油施加到离合器活塞11上的力超过由回位力13施加的回位力,则离合器压紧力作用到离合器片26上。
回位弹簧13设置在离心油补偿空间14中。变速器油能经由润滑油通道16a被输送至离心油补偿空间14。此外,借助在盖28的内径上的卸载缺口能为离心油补偿空间无压力地提供变速器油。经由至少一个或经由多个油道16b能将变速器油输送给齿圈支座4,以便润滑该齿圈支座。
此外能够实现:借助油道16b也润滑行星齿轮栓7并且因此润滑行星齿轮6的支座29。
在此,混合动力驱动模块至少基本上与旋转轴线27旋转对称地设置。不仅太阳轮5以及因此沿方向21到自动变速器上的输出轴亦即分离离合器8与旋转轴线27同轴地设置。
借助轴-毂-连接50,行星齿轮架25能与变速器输入轴51抗转动地连接。所谓的变扭器支承部(Wandler-Support)52用于支承变速器输入轴51以及用于油道设计。

Claims (13)

1.用于机动车的混合动力驱动模块,所述混合动力驱动模块具有行星齿轮级并且具有电驱动设备,所述行星齿轮级具有太阳轮(5)、齿圈(3)、行星齿轮架(25)和至少一个相对于行星齿轮架(25)可转动地支承的行星齿轮(6),其中,所述行星齿轮(6)为了传递功率而与太阳轮(5)或齿圈(3)嵌接或者与太阳轮和齿圈嵌接,所述电驱动设备具有定子和转子(1),其中,齿圈(3)与转子(1)能以引导转矩的方式连接并且行星齿轮架(25)与分离离合器(8)能以引导转矩的方式连接,所述分离离合器设置用于中断到行星齿轮架(25)上的转矩传递,其中,齿圈(3)沿径向方向(40)和沿轴向方向(30)至少局部设置在转子(1)内,
其特征在于,行星齿轮架(25)利用轴向支座(18a/b/c)和径向支座(19a/b/c)被以相对于壳体(22)可转动的方式支承,并且齿圈(3)利用齿圈支座(4、24)被可转动地支承在行星齿轮架(25)上。
2.按照权利要求1所述的混合动力驱动模块,其特征在于,所述齿圈支座(4、24)具有第一轴承部位和第二轴承部位,所述第一和第二轴承部位沿轴向方向(30)设置在齿圈(3)的不同侧上。
3.按照权利要求1所述的混合动力驱动模块,其特征在于,所述分离离合器(8)能沿轴向方向(30)被加载离合器压紧力,该离合器压紧力能通过离合器活塞(11)被施加,所述离合器活塞(11)沿轴向方向(30)设置在分离离合器(8)的朝向行星齿轮级的一侧。
4.按照权利要求2所述的混合动力驱动模块,其特征在于,所述分离离合器(8)能沿轴向方向(30)被加载离合器压紧力,该离合器压紧力能通过离合器活塞(11)被施加,所述离合器活塞(11)沿轴向方向(30)设置在分离离合器(8)的朝向行星齿轮级的一侧。
5.按照权利要求1至4之一所述的混合动力驱动模块,其特征在于,所述分离离合器(8)构成为具有径向内部的离合器壳(9)和径向外部的离合器壳(10)的膜片式离合器,所述径向外部的离合器壳(10)与所述径向内部的离合器壳(9)能经由多个离合器片(26)连接以便转矩传递,所述径向外部的离合器壳(10)能与行星齿轮架(25)连接。
6.按照权利要求1至4之一所述的混合动力驱动模块,其特征在于,为了支承行星齿轮架而具有多个轴向轴承(18a/b/c)和多个径向轴承(19a/b/c),所述轴向轴承和径向轴承设置在混合动力驱动模块的行星齿轮架和壳体(22)之间。
7.按照权利要求3或4所述的混合动力驱动模块,其特征在于,在离合器活塞(11)和行星齿轮架(25)之间形成有第一活塞空间(12),行星齿轮架(25)具有压力油通道(15),第一活塞空间(12)能利用所述压力油通道被加载液压力,以便产生所述离合器压紧力。
8.按照权利要求7所述的混合动力驱动模块,其特征在于,在离合器活塞(11)的背离第一活塞空间(12)的一侧设置有泵腔(14),在该泵腔(14)中设置有回位弹簧(12),利用所述回位弹簧(12)能对离合器活塞(11)施加相反于所述离合器压紧力指向的回位力。
9.按照权利要求8所述的混合动力驱动模块,其特征在于,所述行星齿轮架(25)具有多个润滑剂通道(16a/b),泵腔(14)能与润滑剂通道(16a/b)导流连接,而齿圈支座或行星齿轮支座(29)能与泵腔(14)导流连接或者齿圈支座和行星齿轮支座能与泵腔导流连接,以便供应润滑剂。
10.按照权利要求1至4之一所述的混合动力驱动模块,其特征在于,齿圈支座(4、24)或行星齿轮架的支座(18a/b/c、19a/b/c)构成为滚动支座并且具有至少一个滚动轴承,或者齿圈支座和行星齿轮架的支座构成为滚动支座并且分别具有至少一个滚动轴承。
11.按照权利要求1至4之一所述的混合动力驱动模块,其特征在于,所述齿圈(3)能借助齿圈支架(23)与转子(1)连接,从而齿圈支架(23)一方面能与转子(1)连接并且另一方面能与齿圈(3)连接。
12.用于机动车的混合动力传动系,所述混合动力传动系具有按照权利要求1至11之一所述的混合动力驱动模块、内燃机、可切换的车辆变速器并且具有可驱动的车辆轴,所述内燃机能与混合动力驱动模块的分离离合器(8)以引导转矩的方式连接,所述车辆变速器能以引导转矩的方式与行星齿轮架(25)连接,其中,沿从内燃机到可驱动的车辆轴上的转矩传递方向,分离离合器(8)设置在内燃机和混合动力驱动模块之间并且混合动力驱动模块设置在可切换的车辆变速器上游。
13.按照权利要求12所述的混合动力传动系,其特征在于,电驱动设备的定子被接纳在可切换的车辆变速器的壳体(22)中,并且所述可切换的车辆变速器构成为具有至少两个另外的行星齿轮级的自动变速器。
