背景技术
目前不锈钢热处理多为煤炉,成本高、表面差,软硬不一,且后处理成本高、耗能源大,产生的废酸水大,严重污染环境。 
发明内容
本发明针对不锈钢煤炉热处理的缺陷,发明了一种由高能制氢器和电热炉胆热处理炉组成的不锈钢热处理线,由制氢器产生的高温氢气保护的热处理的技术

具体实施方式
由高能制氢器>850产生的高纯化氢气气体保护,连续输送工件在>1150℃高温密封炉胆中,连续恒速输送,从而达到热处理温度均匀,无氧化、表面光亮、无起皮、软硬均匀。 
制氢器可纯化、调节保护气体气量,可调节输送速度,可调节热处理温度。
