本发明公开一种樱桃保鲜液,溶液中含有蔗糖、柠檬酸、苯甲酸钠,其中蔗糖浓度为15%-20%,柠檬酸含量使溶液PH值保持在3-3.5,苯甲酸钠含量为0.05%-0.1%。本发明的特点是:延长了樱桃的贮藏时间,同时也保证了樱桃的口感口味及营养成分,在自然条件下储存1-4个月。

本发明涉及水果保鲜技术,具体涉及一种樱桃保鲜液。
背景技术
樱桃果实皮薄、多汁、含水量高,常温下只能存放3--5天,故市场供应期很短,因此搞好樱桃的贮藏保鲜,对提高樱桃经济效益,意义重大。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足问题,提供一种樱桃保鲜液。
本发明为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是:一种樱桃保鲜液,溶液中含有蔗糖、柠檬酸、苯甲酸钠,其中蔗糖浓度为15%-20%,柠檬酸含量使溶液PH值保持在3-3.5,苯甲酸钠含量为0.05%-0.1%。
蔗糖可用葡萄糖或者果糖替代;柠檬酸可用食用磷酸替代;苯甲酸钠可与山梨酸钠同时使用,用量不超过0.1%。
溶液中也可加入磷酸钙或丙酸钙,含量为0.05%-0.1%。
本发明的特点是:延长了樱桃的贮藏时间,同时也保证了樱桃的口感口味及营养成分,在自然条件下储存1-4个月。 
具体实施方式
实施例一:
一种樱桃保鲜液,溶液中含有蔗糖、柠檬酸、苯甲酸钠,其中蔗糖浓度为15%,柠檬酸含量使溶液PH值保持在3,苯甲酸钠含量为0.05%。
实施例二:
一种樱桃保鲜液,溶液中含有葡萄糖、柠檬酸、苯甲酸钠、山梨酸钠,其中葡萄糖浓度为20%,柠檬酸含量使溶液PH值保持在3.5,苯甲酸钠含量为0.06%,山梨酸钠含量为0.01%。
实施例三:
一种樱桃保鲜液,溶液中含有果糖、食用磷酸、苯甲酸钠,磷酸钙,其中果糖浓度为15%,食用磷酸含量使溶液PH值保持在3,苯甲酸钠含量为0.07%,磷酸钙含量为0.05%。

1.一种樱桃保鲜液,其特征在于:溶液中含有蔗糖、柠檬酸、苯甲酸钠,其中蔗糖浓度为15%-20%,柠檬酸含量使溶液PH值保持在3-3.5,苯甲酸钠含量为0.05%-0.1%。
2.如权利要求1所述的樱桃保鲜液,其特征在于:蔗糖可用葡萄糖或者果糖替代;柠檬酸可用食用磷酸替代;苯甲酸钠可与山梨酸钠同时使用,用量不超过0.1%。
3.如权利要求1所述的樱桃保鲜液,其特征在于:溶液中也可加入磷酸钙或丙酸钙,含量为0.05%-0.1%。
