Abstract

本发明涉及一种提高导光板透光均匀度的模具,在成型的导光板模具工件表面上,所需成型透光面的区域加工设置点阵,在点阵区域再加工设置一层皮纹,从而使成型出来的导光板透光更加均匀。与现有技术相比,本发明,只需在点阵加工完成的表面再增加一层普通的皮纹面就可以,且皮纹的加工工艺非常简单,从而使成型出来的导光板透光更加均匀,更容易满足产品的透光均匀度要求。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种导光板透光工艺,尤其是涉及一种提高导光板透光均匀度的模具。
背景技术
目前,很多显示设备上都依靠导光板来引导光的传播,导光板透光的好坏直接影响到整套显示设备的成败。在影响导光板透光的各种因素中,透光均匀度是非常重要的一环。如何更好地提高导光板的透光均匀度,一直以来是困扰业界的一个难题。针对这个问题,在行业中,一般都采用调整点阵的疏密度来达到控制导光板均匀透光。但是,由于点阵的调整无任何规律可言,都必须根据成型后的导光板的实际检测结果再来人为调整。所以,这种方法常常需要多次重复加工所需成型用的模具工件才能达到一个较为满意的效果,模具制作成本非常高。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷而提供一种有效地提高导光板的透光均匀度、加工工艺简单的提高导光板透光均匀度的模具。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种提高导光板透光均匀度的模具,其特征在于,在成型的导光板模具工件表面上所需成型透光面的区域加工设置点阵,在点阵区域再加工设置一层皮纹,从而使成型出来的导光板透光更加均匀。
所述的成型导光板模具工件的透光区域需先加工好所需的点阵。
所述的皮纹加工在已做好点阵的模具工件表面。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:
(1)导光板透光均匀度更好:使用该种模具,能够使光线在通过点阵的初步均匀折射后,再经由皮纹面进一步进行折射,从而有效地提高导光板的透光均匀度;
(2)加工相对简单:只需在点阵加工完成的表面再增加一层普通的皮纹面就可以,且皮纹的加工工艺非常简单。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
实施例
一种提高导光板透光均匀度的模具,其结构如图1所示,在成型的导光板模具工件1表面上,所需成型透光面的区域加工设置点阵2,在点阵2区域再加工设置一层皮纹3,成型导光板模具工件1的透光区域需先加工好所需的点阵2,然后再加工皮纹3,从而使成型出来的导光板透光更加均匀。点阵2起到的是对光线进行初步折射的作用,皮纹3是对已经经过点阵2折射的光线再一次进行折射作用,经过两次折射后的光线,其均匀度远高于单纯经过点阵2折射的效果,因此,使用该模具加工出的导光板的透光均匀度能够得到大大的提高。

1.一种提高导光板透光均匀度的模具,其特征在于,在成型的导光板模具工件表面上所需成型透光面的区域加工设置点阵,在点阵区域再加工设置一层皮纹,从而使成型出来的导光板透光更加均匀;
所述的成型导光板模具工件的透光区域需先加工好所需的点阵;所述的皮纹加工在已做好点阵的模具工件表面。
