技术领域
本发明涉及一种工艺方法,尤其是指一种光伏瓦的层压工艺方法。
背景技术
光伏瓦的太阳能电池组件,一般采用一次层压工艺方法,但存在以下问题:在使用达到一定时间后,电池片与玻璃之间会产生剥离,即相对位移,这将影响电池组件的工作性能,缩短电池组件的使用寿命,也影响了组件的外观。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是克服背景技术中的不足,提供一种光伏瓦的层压工艺方法,这种工艺方法采用二次层压,降低了电池片与玻璃之间的剥离强度。
为解决上述问题,本发明采取以下技术方案:
本发明的光伏瓦的层压工艺方法,采用如下二次层压工艺步骤:
(1)第一次层压时温度为136℃~145℃,抽真空时间为3~6min,层压时间为10~20min,下室充气压力为-50~-20kpa;
(2)第二次层压时温度为132℃~140℃,抽真空时间为3~6min,层压时间为10~20min。
采用上述方案,具有以下优点:
