Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Solarmoduls. Dabei wird eine Trägerstruktur (28) teilweise mittels eines niedrigviskosen, vernetzenden Materials überflutet, nach dem zumindest teilweisen Ausreagieren des vernetzenden Materials werden Photovoltaik-Zellen (52) auf die überflutete Trägerstruktur aufgebracht, wobei Kontaktleitungen (54) über die Beschichtung hinausragen und jeweils mit Anschlussleiterbahnen in Kontakt bringbar sind. Anschließend wird eine elektrisch leitende Verbindungen zwischen den Kontaktleitungen und den Anschlussleiterbahnen hergestellt, die Oberseiteseite der Photovoltaik-Zellen (52) sowie der KontaktIeitungen und der Anschlussleiterbahnen mit einem niedrigviskosen vernetzenden Material überflutet, welches im ausgehärteten Zustand lichtdurchlässig ist und nach dem zumindest teilweisen Aushärten des vernetzenden, lichtdurchlässigen Materials, eine Deckscheibe auf das zumindest teilweise ausgehärtete, lichtdurchlässige Material aufgebracht.
