Abstract

中小型轴承套圈双端面磨加工自动上下料装置及工作方法是一种数控磨床自动上下料机械,它的结构关系是,上料道、圆弧板、谐波减速器、固定杆、防护门支架、送料无杆气缸、料盘定位气缸、护板、圆弧板支架和下料道分别由螺钉连接在支座上;送料板与送料无杆气缸由丝杠螺钉连接,支轮固定在料盘上,料盘由螺钉固定在谐波减速器上,伺服电机与谐波减速器由螺钉连接;料宽调节板通过导向杆固定在防护门上、感应开关通过螺钉固定在下料道上;手摇轮用螺钉固定在防护门上;压盖与隔套用螺钉固定在谐波减速器上,砂轮与砂轮轴螺钉连接,尼龙板通过螺钉固定在下料道上,缓冲气缸用螺钉固定在下料道上,挡料杆与缓冲气缸螺钉连接在一起。

Description

中小型轴承套圈双端面磨加工自动上下料装置及工作方法
一、技术领域:本发明涉及一种数控磨床机械,尤其是中小型轴承套圈双端面磨加工自动上下料装置及工作方法。
二、背景技术:目前,轴承套圈在双端面磨削中,国内使用传统的人工或半自动上下料磨削,出现划边、散差、工作效率低,劳动强度大,远远不能满足国内生产的需要。从而影响到企业的经济效益,在国内轴承磨削自动化行业内一直没有得到进一步的开发。
三、发明内容:本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单、制造方便的中小型轴承套圈双端面磨加工自动上下料装置及工作方法,它克服了现有机床加工中生产效率低的问题,本发明的目的是这样实现的,它是由上料道、圆弧板、谐波减速器、固定杆、防护门支架、送料无杆气缸、料盘定位气缸、护板、圆弧板支架和下料道分别由螺钉连接在支座上;送料板与送料无杆气缸由丝杠螺钉连接,支轮固定在料盘上,料盘由螺钉固定在谐波减速器上,伺服电机与谐波减速器由螺钉连接;料宽调节板通过导向杆固定在防护门上、感应开关通过螺钉固定在下料道上;手摇轮用螺钉固定在防护门上;压盖与隔套用螺钉固定在谐波减速器上,砂轮与砂轮轴螺钉连接,尼龙板通过螺钉固定在下料道上,缓冲气缸用螺钉固定在下料道上,挡料杆与缓冲气缸螺钉连接在一起。
本发明的工作方法:首先把工件放置在上料道上,无杆气缸带动送料板,把工件送到上料点,接着由伺服电机通过谐波减速器驱动料盘旋转180度,把工件送到磨加工位置,砂轮开始磨削工件;磨削完毕砂轮退出,然后料盘再顺时针旋转180度,回到上料点,回转的同时,工件脱离圆弧板的支承,工件自由落体进入下料道,工件接触档料杆,感应开关发出信号,挡料杆顺时针回转,工件继续在下料道滚动完成下料动作。取出工件,这样轴承套圈双端面磨加工自动上下料的全过程就完成了。
本装置的优越性:结构简单,制造方便。更换试件过程中,换工装时间短、速度快,噪音低,动作稳定可靠,调整简单。从而节约了时间,降低了成本,又可满足批量加工的需要,大大降低工作强度,提高劳动效率。

五、具体实施方式:实施例1、本实用新型是由上料道1、送料板2、工件3、支轮4、料盘5、圆弧板6、砂轮7、尼龙板8、缓冲气缸9、挡料杆10、下料道11、伺服电机12、谐波减速器13、支座14、固定杆15、料宽调节板16、防护门17、导向杆18、手摇轮19、圆弧板支架20、压盖21、隔套22、防护门支架23、送料无杆气缸24、感应开关25、料盘定位气缸26和护板27连接而成,上料道1、圆弧板6、下料道11、谐波减速器13、固定杆15、圆弧板支架20、防护门支架23、送料无杆气缸24、料盘定位气缸26和护板27分别由螺钉连接在支座14上。
实施例2、送料板2与送料无杆气缸24由丝杠螺钉连接。
实施例3、支轮4固定在料盘5上,料盘5由螺钉固定在谐波减速器13上,伺服电机12与谐波减速器13由螺钉连接。
实施例4、料宽调节板16通过导向杆18固定在防护门17上、感应开关25通过螺钉固定在下料道11上;手摇轮19用螺钉固定在防护门17上。
实施例5、压盖21与隔套22用螺钉固定在谐波减速器13上,砂轮7与砂轮轴螺钉连接;尼龙板8通过螺钉固定在下料道11上。
实施例6、缓冲气缸9用螺钉固定在下料道11上,挡料杆10与缓冲气缸9螺钉连接在一起。
实施例7、本发明的工作方法是:首先把工件3放置在上料道1上,无杆气缸24带动送料板2,把工件3送到上料点,接着由伺服电机12通过谐波减速器13驱动料盘5选转180度,把工件3送到磨加工位置,砂轮开始磨削工件;磨削完毕砂轮7退出,然后料盘5再顺时针旋转180度,回到上料点,回转的同时,工件脱离圆弧板6的支承,工件3自由落体进入下料道11,工件3接触挡料杆10,感应开关25发出信号,挡料杆10顺时针回转,工件3继续在下料道11滚动完成下料动作;取出工件3,这样轴承套圈双端面磨加工自动上下料的全过程就完成了。

1.中小型轴承套圈双端面磨加工自动上下料装置,它是由上料道(1)、送料板(2)、工件(3)、支轮(4)、料盘(5)、圆弧板(6)、砂轮(7)、尼龙板(8)、缓冲气缸(9)、挡料杆(10)、下料道(11)、伺服电机(12)、谐波减速器(13)、支座(14)、固定杆(15)、料宽调节板(16)、防护门(17)、导向杆(18)、手摇轮(19)、圆弧板支架(20)、压盖(21)、隔套(22)、防护门支架(23)、送料无杆气缸(24)、感应开关(25)、料盘定位气缸(26)和护板(27)连接而成,其特征是:上料道(1)、圆弧板(6)、下料道(11)、谐波减速器(13)、固定杆(15)、圆弧板支架(20)、防护门支架(23)、送料无杆气缸(24)、料盘定位气缸(26)和护板(27)分别由螺钉连接在支座(14)上;送料板(2)与送料无杆气缸(24)由丝杠螺钉连接;支轮(4)固定在料盘(5)上,料盘(5)由螺钉固定在谐波减速器(13)上,伺服电机(12)与谐波减速器(13)由螺钉连接;料宽调节板(16)通过导向杆(18)固定在防护门(17)上,感应开关(25)通过螺钉固定在下料道(11)上;手摇轮(19)用螺钉固定在防护门(17)上;压盖(21)与隔套(22)用螺钉固定在谐波减速器(13)上,砂轮(7)与砂轮轴螺钉连接;尼龙板(8)通过螺钉固定在下料道(11)上;缓冲气缸(9)用螺钉固定在下料道(11)上,挡料杆(10)与缓冲气缸(9)螺钉连接在一起。
2.权利要求1所述中小型轴承套圈双端面磨加工自动上下料装置的工作方法,其特征是:首先把工件(3)放置在上料道(1)上,无杆气缸(24)带动送料板(2),把工件(3)送到上料点,接着由伺服电机(12)通过谐波减速器(13)驱动料盘(5)旋转180度,把工件(3)送到磨加工位置,砂轮开始磨削工件;磨削完毕砂轮(7)退出,然后料盘(5)再顺时针旋转180度,回到上料点,回转的同时,工件脱离圆弧板(6)的支承,工件(3)自由落体进入下料道(11),工件(3)接触挡料杆(10),感应开关(25)发出信号,挡料杆(10)顺时针回转,工件(3)继续在下料道(11)滚动完成下料动作;取出工件(3),这样轴承套圈双端面磨加工自动上下料的全过程就完成了。
