本发明涉及插秧机秧苗翻板整理装置,包括:a、一个设置在秧箱支架(1)一侧的曲柄连杆机构,它由连接于轴颈(10)上的主动曲柄(9)、与主动曲柄(9)铰接的连杆(8)、与连杆(8)铰接的从动曲柄(7)组成;b、一个翻板(3),它设置在背板(2)和秧箱(4)之间,翻板(3)下端设有90°的折弯板(3a),折弯板(3a)上设有一组开口槽(3b),在秧箱支架(1)的两端分别固定一个轴套(6),翻板(3)两端分别设有一轴销(6a)与轴套(6)配合,一端的轴销(6a)与曲柄(7)一端固定连接。本发明的优点是:克服了秧苗“散把”和“窜苗”现象,使得插秧质量及效率大幅提高。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种插秧机,特别涉及插秧机秧苗翻板整理装置。
背景技术:
目前,在农用插秧机械中多采用自走式插秧装置,在插秧过程中秧箱位置固定,取秧器往复移动取秧,由于秧苗粘连在一起很容易被取秧器带下造成“散把”和“窜苗”现象,影响插秧的质量和效率。
发明的内容:
本发明的目的就是克服已有技术中存在的缺陷,提供一种插秧机秧苗翻板整理装置。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种插秧机秧苗翻板整理装置,包括机架,机架一侧设有秧箱支架,在秧箱支架上设有背板和秧箱,机架另一侧设有输入轴,它通过传动机构带动曲轴转动,曲轴的轴颈连接于机架上,
其特征在于包括:
a、一个设置在秧箱支架一侧的曲柄连杆机构,它由连接于轴颈上的主动曲柄、与主动曲柄铰接的连杆、与连杆铰接的从动曲柄组成;
b、一个翻板,它设置在背板和秧箱之间,翻板下端设有90°的折弯板,折弯板上设有一组开口槽,在秧箱支架的两端分别固定一个轴套, 翻板两端分别设有一轴销与轴套配合,一端的轴销与曲柄一端固定连接。
本发明的优点是:克服了秧苗“散把”和“窜苗”现象,使得插秧质量及效率答复提高。

具体实施方式:
如图1所示,本发明提供的一种插秧机秧苗翻板整理装置,插秧机主要包括机架12,机架12左端设有秧箱支架1,在秧箱支架1上设有背板2和秧箱4。机架12右端设有输入轴5,它通过传动机构带动曲轴11转动,曲轴11的轴颈10通过轴承连接于机架12上。
如图1所示,本发明所述的秧苗翻板整理装置,包括一个曲柄连杆机构,它由连接于轴颈10上的主动曲柄9、与主动曲柄9铰接的连杆8、与连杆8铰接的从动曲柄7组成;
还包括一个翻板3,如图1、图2、图3所示,它设置在背板2和秧箱4之间,翻板3下端设有90°的折弯板3a,折弯板3a上设有一组开口槽3b,在秧箱支架1的两端分别焊接固定一个轴套6, 翻板3两端分别设有一轴销6a与轴套6配合,右端的轴销6a与曲柄7一端固定连接。
翻板3的两端分别与轴套6连接,并且将翻板3固定在背板2和秧箱4之间。轴套6的结构如图3所示:轴销6a与轴套6间隙配合,轴套6与秧箱支架1采用焊接的方式固定连接,轴销6a的一端与翻板3焊接固定,轴销6a的另一端与从动曲柄7固定连接。
如图1、图2所示,翻板3下端设有90°的折弯板3a,折弯板3a上设有一组六个开口槽3b。由于秧箱4是倾斜的,工作时其上的秧苗13便会向下窜动,翻板3及其折弯板3a便是起到将秧苗码齐的作用。
具体工作过程:当轴颈10转动时,通过主动曲柄9、连杆8,带动从动曲柄7绕旋转轴套6作一定角度的摆动,由于从动曲柄7与轴销6a固定连接,最终带动带动翻板3及其折弯板3a作往复开合运动,在插秧过程中将滑下的秧苗13打齐。

1.插秧机秧苗翻板整理装置,包括机架(12),机架(12)一侧设有秧箱支架(1),在秧箱支架(1)上设有背板(2)和秧箱(4),机架(12)另一侧设有输入轴(5),它通过传动机构带动曲轴(11)转动,曲轴的轴颈(10)连接于机架(12)上,其特征在于包括:
a、一个设置在秧箱支架(1)一侧的曲柄连杆机构,它由连接于轴颈(10)上的主动曲柄(9)、与主动曲柄(9)铰接的连杆(8)、与连杆(8)铰接的从动曲柄(7)组成;
b、一个翻板(3),它设置在背板(2)和秧箱(4)之间,翻板(3)下端设有90°的折弯板(3a),折弯板(3a)上设有一组开口槽(3b),在秧箱支架(1)的两端分别固定一个轴套(6),翻板(3)两端分别设有一轴销(6a)与轴套(6)配合,一端的轴销(6a)与从动曲柄(7)一端固定连接。
