(and preferably at least 500 Pa. s) when in rest or up to a shear stress of 10 Pa and comprising at least one surfactant; and (ii) the package comprises a squeeze-operated compressible container in which the flowable laundry composition is stored and a dispensing device and stain treatment device both located at the base of the compressible container; (iii) a reservoir providing a supportive base portion and configured to receive the dispensed flowable laundry composition from the dispensing device and also receive at least a portion of the stain treatment device.

Description

Laundry composition and packing thereof can flow
Technical field
The present invention relates to a kind of heavy-gravity laundry product and packing thereof.
Summary of the invention
Purpose provides a kind of improved pretreatment unit that is used for accurate pre-treatment laundry spot.
Therefore, aspect first, the invention provides a kind of laundry product of packing, it comprises the flowed laundry composition that is contained in the packing, wherein:
(i) when being in static or bear the shear-stress of 10 Pa at the most and comprise at least a tensio-active agent, this laundry composition that can flow has at least 100 Pa.s viscosity of (with preferred at least 500 Pa.s); With
(ii) this packing comprises the compressible container of the extruding work of wherein storing the described laundry composition that flows and all is positioned at the distribution device and the spot treatment unit of this compressible container bottom;
(iii) storage tank, its providing support property basic component and being configured to receive the flowed laundry composition that distributes from described distribution device and receive the described spot treatment unit of at least a portion.
Aspect second, the invention provides the method that a kind of device that uses first aspect is handled the spot on the fabric, this method may further comprise the steps:
(i) push described compressible container, the described laundry composition that flows is distributed in the storage tank;
(ii) the described spot treatment unit of at least a portion is inserted in the flowed laundry composition of the distribution in the described storage tank; With
(iii) by handling described spot on the flowed laundry composition paint spot on the described spot treatment unit of at least a portion.
For example for bigger spot, step (ii) and (iii) can repeat at least once, wherein needs repetition loading spot treatment unit.
More than the advantage of An Paiing is it provides very big convenience at staining aspect regional at high viscosity composition.For processing, highly viscous liquid or gel are ideal, because therefore their excess diffusion not after applying can be only limited to stained region.But, the hand-held product of use extruding work, it may be difficult utilizing this high-viscosity fluid to carry out spot processing (ergonomically) on Ergonomics.A particular problem is how high viscosity composition to be assigned on the spot treatment unit, so that it can be applied over spot.Various devices are known, the sponge applicator in distribution openings downstream for example, and distributing fluids makes it pass through sponge whereby, but this is difficult to obtain a large amount of high-viscosity fluids on the spot treatment unit.
Arrangement of the present invention allows assign group compound in storage tank, make composition can be easily and repeatedly (with the repetition loading said composition, this is useful for big spot) put on the spot treatment unit.
Importantly, owing to will distribute/the spot processing element is arranged on the result of tank bottom, mean that the user need not reverse package distributes and handles spot, because gravity makes composition remain on container bottom, can distribute at any time.Distribution device needn't comprise complicated and expensive sealing member/valve, because storage tank surrounds the spot treatment unit, all drops all are collected in the storage tank in order to using subsequently.When composition is almost all used up, like this can also effective emptying bottle.
Staining the zone can exist in any form, for example fades, variable color, blackout, and can produce the material of spot owing to dirt or dirt or any other.Usually spot influences regional area (being affected different with whole clothes), but may be very big.
Processing can be before other operation of for example main washing procedure.But it also can introduce cleaning step, and spot is handled simply thus, stains zone or integral fabric/goods and cleans on the basis that does not have main washing.
Distribution device can comprise passage or pipeline or valve or opening or their any combination.
Storage tank can be the part of sealing, also can be as putting into the measuring apparatus of washing plant (be used for main washing or be used for cleaning etc.) with staining fabric, and the described fabric that stains has used the spot treatment unit to carry out pre-treatment.
Storage tank preferably holds the spot treatment unit to such degree, make the spot treatment unit stretch into storage tank surpass the storage tank degree of depth 50% and more preferably surpass 60%, more preferably surpass 75% and most preferably above 90%.
The degree of depth of storage tank should be preferably the degree of depth of measuring to the horizontal vertex of storage tank side top from the tank bottom center.For example under the situation of common semisphere storage tank, the degree of depth should be along the horizontal longitudinal axis measurement in bottom centre to side from the deepest part, and the described longitudinal axis is from X to Y in Fig. 1.
This feature means that the spot treatment unit stretches in the storage tank fully deeply, makes the spot treatment unit load composition easily.When storage tank forms tightness system a part of, the this point particularly advantageous, because it makes the spot treater insert storage tank, because screw thread or snap close-attachment inadvertent engagement, and the risk that activates any sealing mechanism (for example snap close-joints engagement or thread switch (screw-on screw-off)) is reduced to minimum.
The spot treatment unit can comprise the machine cleaning device of permission, for example has the object of a plurality of ridges.Ridge can be flexible, makes them movable during cleaning, and soft cleanup action is provided.In addition, some or all of ridges can be semi-rigid or inflexible, so that stronger mechanical cleaning effect to be provided.Ridge can be thin, and for example the temples hair provides brush shape device, or thicker, so that the finger-like ridge to be provided.
In one embodiment, the spot treatment unit comprises the hemisphere that has the radial a plurality of ridges that stretch out usually.
Spot treatment unit itself can be the extension of distribution device.Therefore it can link to each other with for example dispense aperture, valve etc.It can comprise the surface that surrounds described opening or valve etc., make it to load with composition, to carry said composition, said composition is applied over then stains the zone, and do not adopt any scrubbing action, as what may use with the above-mentioned device that comprises ridge.The surface can be for around the annulation of dispense aperture (all or part of, for example annular section).
Packing can have curved surface convex surface, preferred, hemispheric top for example, deposit bottle to prevent that the user from putting upside down.In this way, packing more may be deposited with spot treatment unit-" loaded " position, and the laundry composition that can flow is accumulated in package base by gravity.
Composition is preferably the shear-thinning gel type composition.Viscosity under the shear-stress can be lower than 300 Pa.s, preferably is lower than 100 Pa.s and more preferably less than 5 Pa.s, and more preferably it is for 1 Pa.s at the most with most preferably be 0.5 Pa.s at the most.
The shear-thinning composition can comprise polymer latex, and for example xanthan gum maybe can form other glue of steady and continuous glue network that can suspended particle.
Can use other external structure agent, for example hydrogenated castor oil, Microcrystalline Cellulose.
Useful another kind of method is the formulation that changes not gelation, and to form internal structure therein, wherein this structure provides required performance for the gel-type washing composition that so forms.Composition can comprise soap or lipid acid and sodium sulfate, and can use one or more tensio-active agents to form the structure of gelation by the formation lamellar phase.
Composition can comprise the structurising agent that produces lamellar phase from the lamellar phase dispersion of micellar surface promoting agent system and other being used to, and described thus structurising agent can be Fatty Alcohol(C12-C14 and C12-C18).
Composition of the present invention contains one or more tensio-active agents, and/or optional other composition, makes composition can be used as laundry cleaning and/or care composition fully.Composition of the present invention can provide with solid-state or liquid form.If be solid-state form, composition is can be before using rehydrated and/or be dissolved in the solvent, and described solvent comprises water.Composition can provide to want diluted conc forms, perhaps can use (promptly using) composition for ready-made.
