背景技术:
电动车已经普及,它包含二轮车,三轮车,其调速方式一般由右把旋转来控制,起步时需向下旋转右把调速把套,加速时则继续下旋直到约60°弧度角处的最高速下止点,骑行中欲保持一个匀速需右手握攥住调速把套不动,而稍一松力则把套便会自动回位到起步前的零速位置而需重新下旋达到适当的速度位置,在较安全的路段长时间匀速骑行中这种需右手紧握攥住调速把套不动控制速度的方式往往容易导致右手疲劳,需要改进。
发明内容:
本发明的目的便是提供一种电动车调速把的新的技术方案,它可以使调速把套在需要时单靠自身的结构便可以暂定在某一位置处而保持速度。
本发明技术方案是这样实现的:它包含调速车把、把套,所述把套在其左端加工有横向滑槽,一滑块嵌入其中且在滑块左端加工出尖状的挡齿,滑块上加工有圆柱形挡桩,在滑槽附近的把套上加工有开出径向卡缝的弹片桩,一呈S形的弹片片一端卡别在卡缝内,另一端则别在挡桩上;在贴近把套左端头的车把处加工有与挡齿相齿合的挡位。
本发明的有益效果是把套可以旋转到调速范围的任何位置固定下来,在长距离匀速行驶时无需右手时时用力来保持把套的调控位置,可减轻疲劳,驾驶舒适。

具体实施方式:
调速车把1一般设计在左右两车把中的右侧部位,通过安装于车把右端处的筒形把套8绕把转动约1/6周的范围来带动调速结构达到控速调速的目的,如图1所示,在筒形把套8的左端筒壁外表面上加工出长方形的滑槽2,与之相嵌合的是上面垂直加工有圆柱形挡桩4、左端加工有齿状特征为左右齿边对称的挡齿3的滑块,如图1图2所示,其二者的嵌合结构横剖视图为近似隼卯状,此种结构可让滑块6左右顺槽移动而不能上下方向的脱离滑槽;在滑槽的上或下边的附近的把套8上垂直固定一开出径向卡缝的弹片桩7,一呈近似S形的弹片5一端卡别在卡缝内,另一端则别在滑块6上的挡桩4上;在贴近把套8左端头的车把位置处加工有与挡齿3相齿合的挡位9。如此装配好后的调速把则会依操作者的需要在起步时按惯例来向下旋转把套8,车速达到其需要后欲保持一个较匀的速度则右手可停止旋转施力,把套会因其上的滑块通过向左弹性施力的弹片5、挡齿3和挡位9的齿合作用而定位住,如需增减调速则可继续下旋或上旋把套,齿合部位的齿状特征及弹性连接齿合定位作用会在右手旋转施力的情况下暂时消除,而一旦旋转施力停止这种定位作用又会出现,如此便可达到随意操控调速又可轻松省力的匀速行驶的目的,无需右手为保持车速而时时用力握攥把套操控了。

1.一种电动车调速把,它包含调速车把、把套,其特征是把套在其左端加工有横向滑槽,一滑块嵌入其中且在滑块左端加工出尖状的挡齿,滑块上加工有圆柱形挡桩,在滑槽附近的把套上加工有开出径向卡缝的弹片桩,一呈S形的弹片一端卡别在卡缝内,另一端则别在挡桩上;在贴近把套左端头的车把处加工有与挡齿相齿合的挡位。
