Abstract

一种家用电器的显示装置，包含一块印刷电路板以及固定于印刷电路板上并设有若干透光孔的支架，支架由不透光材料制成，印刷电路板上与透光孔相对的位置相应地设有发光二极管，一个导光件一体成型于支架上，导光件由导光材料制成，且包含填充透光孔的导光柱。一体成型的导光件和支架之间不存在装配间隙，光线能够被很好地阻隔，避免从相邻的透光孔中漏出，从而避免了由于导光件和支架的装配问题造成的窜光现象。

家用电器的显示装置
【技术领域】
本发明涉及家用电器的显示装置，尤其涉及发光二极管显示装置。该装置包含设有若干发光二极管的印刷电路板以及固定于印刷电路板上并设有若干透光孔的支架，该支架由不透光材料制成，且透光孔与发光二极管位置一一对应。
【背景技术】
目前的家用电器通常设有显示装置，用以显示机器的程序、状态、时间等。其中，发光二极管显示装置得到最为广泛的应用。
现有的发光二极管显示装置10的结构如图1所示，包含一个印刷电路板2、一个隔光支架4、一个导光板6、以及一显示膜8。显示膜8上布设有文字或图案标记12，在对应的文字或图案部分为透明设计，其余部分为不透明设计。显示膜8覆盖于导光板6上。导光板6整体由透光性材料制成，对应于显示膜8上的文字或图案标记处设有导光柱14。隔光支架4由不透光材料制成，在对应于导光柱14的位置设有若干透光孔16。导光板6与隔光支架4属于各自独立的两个零件。导光板6装配于隔光支架4上，导光柱14收容于对应的透光孔16中。于是透光孔16之间的隔栅18将相邻的导光柱14之间的光线隔开。隔光支架4通过卡扣20装于印刷电路板2上相应的卡槽22中。在印刷电路板2上与透光孔16相对的位置设有发光二极管。于是发光二极管发出的光线透过导光柱14，将显示膜8上的文字或图案标记12显示出来。
这样的显示装置存在的问题是：由于导光件6和隔光支架4相互独立，两者装配后会在导光柱14和透光孔16之间不可避免地留下一些间隙，而正是因为这些间隙，使得显示的内容存在窜光现象。这种现象主要表现为：被启动发光的发光二极管发出的光线部分地透过相邻的处于关闭状态的发光二极管所对应的透光孔，使原本不需要显示的部分显示出弱弱的光线。例如：以七段数码式显示的数字“0”中间隐约地多出一横，看上去会有些像“8”，使消费者产生混淆，同时也影响到显示的清晰度和美观性。另外，由于显示膜8与导光板6之间存在装配间隙，也会恶化这种窜光现象。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的是避免或者减弱现有技术中存在的窜光现象，提高显示装置显示的清晰度。
上述目的通过以下技术方案实现：一种家用电器的显示装置，包含一块印刷电路板以及固定于印刷电路板上并设有若干透光孔的支架，所述支架由不透光材料制成，印刷电路板上与所述透光孔相对的位置相应地设有发光二极管，一个导光件一体成型于所述支架上，所述导光件由导光材料制成，且包含填充所述透光孔的导光柱。一体成型的导光件和支架之间不存在装配间隙，光线能够被很好地阻隔，避免从相邻的透光孔中漏出，从而避免了由于导光件和支架的装配问题造成的窜光现象。
优选地，导光件通过二次注塑的方式一体成型于支架上。
作为进一步的改进，导光件包含一个背向印刷电路板的显示面，显示面上覆盖着不透明材料，并在对应于导光柱的位置设有透光的文字或图形标记。通过这样的改进，显示面与导光件为一个整体，两者之间不存在间隙，避免了从导光柱上传递过来的光线照射到相邻的文字或图形标记上，从而使显示更为清晰准确。
进一步地，一个显示窗与印刷电路板一起将支架和导光件夹于其中，支架包含一个朝显示窗伸出并与之密封接触的凸缘，所述凸缘围绕所述透光孔和导光柱设置。支架上伸出的凸缘对显示区域起到了保护作用，避免水汽和灰尘进入其中。
具体地，凸缘与支架为一体结构，由弹性材料制成。于是不需要额外的密封零件，简化装配程序，降低了生产成本。

【具体实施方式】
如图2所示，一种家用电器的显示装置100包含一块印刷电路板102、一个隔光导光件104、一块显示膜106、以及一块与家用电器的外壳相连的显示窗108。以上各零件依次层叠设置。显示膜106上布设有透光的文字或图案标记(图上未示出，可参考图1)，文字或图案标记以外的其余部分为不透明设计。
进一步参考图3，隔光导光件104包含设有若干透光孔110的支架112和一体成型于支架112上的包含若干导光柱114的导光件116。其中支架112由不透光材料制成，导光件116由导光材料制成。导光柱114相应地填充支架112的透光孔110。支架112包含若干卡扣118，分别卡接于印刷电路板102上相应的卡槽120中。通过卡扣118和卡槽120的连接，支架112固定在印刷电路板102上。印刷电路板102上与支架透光孔110相对的位置相应地设有至少一个发光二极管(图上未具体示出)，根据电路控制选择性地发光，光线透过透光孔110中的导光柱114照射到显示膜106上，照亮对应位置的文字或图案标记。
优选地，导光件116通过二次注塑的方式一体成型于支架112上。除此以外，材料成型领域技术人员知晓的其他将两种材料分次一体成型的方式均可作为具体实施方式应用于本发明。
如图2及图3所示，支架112上设有一个与其为一个整体的朝显示窗108伸出并与之密封接触的凸缘128。支架112与凸缘128由弹性材料制成，例如橡胶。凸缘128围绕透光孔110和导光柱114设置，从而将显示区域密封起来，避免水汽或灰尘进入其中影响显示清晰度。
优选地，图2所示的隔光导光件104和显示膜106为一个整体。图4显示的就是这样一种结合了显示膜的隔光导光件124。如图3及图4所示，导光件116包含一个背向印刷电路板102的显示面122。显示面122上喷涂着一层不透光的涂料，并在对应于导光柱114的位置用镭雕的方法雕饰出透光的文字或图形标记126。
上文所描述以及附图所示的各种具体实施方式仅用于说明本发明，并非本发明的全部。在本发明的基本技术思想的范畴内，相关技术领域的普通技术人员针对本发明所进行的任何形式的变更均在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (6)

1.一种家用电器的显示装置，包含一块印刷电路板以及固定于印刷电路板上并设有若干透光孔的支架，所述支架由不透光材料制成，印刷电路板上与所述透光孔相对的位置相应地设有发光二极管，其特征在于：一个导光件一体成型于所述支架上，所述导光件由导光材料制成，且包含填充所述透光孔的导光柱。
2.如权利要求1所述的家用电器的显示装置，其特征在于：所述导光件通过二次注塑的方式成型于所述支架上。
3.如权利要求2所述的家用电器的显示装置，其特征在于：所述导光件包含一个背向所述印刷电路板的显示面，所述显示面上覆盖着不透光材料，并在对应于导光柱的位置设有透光的文字或图形标记。
4.如权利要求3所述的家用电器的显示装置，其特征在于：所述显示面上喷涂着一层不透光的涂料，并用镭雕的方法雕饰文字或图形标记。
5.如权利要求1至4其中之一所述的家用电器的显示装置，其特征在于：一个显示窗与印刷电路板一起将支架和导光件夹于其中，所述支架包含一个朝显示窗伸出并与之密封接触的凸缘，所述凸缘围绕所述透光孔和导光柱设置。
6.如权利要求5所述的家用电器的显示装置，其特征在于：所述凸缘与所述支架为一体结构，由弹性材料制成。
