Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种如权利要求1前序部分所述的用于对产品进行三面裁切的装置。 
背景技术
前述类型的装置也被称为三面裁切机或修边机。三面裁切机也被称为三刀裁切机,主要用于对胶粘连接的书芯进行三面裁切。所述三面裁切在唯一一个裁切站中进行。所述书芯通过输送装置输送至该裁切站、被定向并且通过压模被固定在裁切台上。在这里进行裁切过程,其中,首先通过前裁刀进行前部裁切并且与此时间上错开地通过两个侧裁刀进行头部和脚部裁切。通常在三面裁切机中使用所谓的裁刀切割原理。在此,裁刀以振动斜切朝切割板工作。由于在一个站中在时间上相继地进行切割,所述三面裁切机的节拍功率受到限制。由于下述事实,即,对于每个待裁切的产品规格不仅必须与切割台而且必须与压模适配,所以必须备有大量替换部件。规格替换相当费事。这种三面裁切机例如在EP 0 740 983 A1中有所描述。 
修边机主要用于书背刺穿装订的小册子。在修边机中通常应用所谓的剪切原理。在此,上裁刀将切割物品朝下裁刀剪切。三面裁切在两个站中进行,其中,头部裁切和脚部裁切通常在地点上在前部裁切之后但是在时间上同时地进行。在切割过程中,产品静止。这种修边机例如由DE 10 2005 040 799 A1或CH 340 479公开。 
由EP 1 132 183 A2还公开了混合形式,例如两站的三面裁切机,其中,产品的三面裁切在两个站中按照裁刀切割原理进行。待切割的产品由前后移动的叼牙夹紧在脊背上并且相继地输送至两个切割站中。在切割过程中所述产品就像在修边机中那样沿着切割线由压板固定。 
在所述切割装置中在实际的切割过程之前所述产品由一个或多个压紧 元件朝切割衬垫并且从而要么朝切割板要么朝下裁刀压,以便获得光滑的切割面。为此,例如由DE 10 2005 040 799 A1公开的是,将压梁固定在上裁刀桥上并且相对于上裁切的刀刃这样地设置,使得该压梁在所述刀刃沉入之前压紧所述产品。 
特别是在较厚的产品(其在脊背上被强烈倒圆)的情况下或者在内置式书芯(其中脊背是空心的)的情况下,通过压梁的直的靠置面在该区域中不能总是可靠地保证压紧。在所述情况下常常在产品的支承侧上导致切割线上的层撕裂。 
为了避免所述问题,由DE 103 25 378 A1公开的是,使用一种上裁刀,该上裁刀的刀刃具有第一区段和相对于该第一区段成角度的第二区段。所述第二区段处于产品脊背的区域中。这种方案的缺点是,其对于每个产品宽度需要专门的上裁刀,因为产品脊背的位置并且特别是上裁刀的所述所需的成角度的区段的位置在切割站中根据产品宽度改变。所述专门的上裁刀在制造和再磨锐方面成本高。 
由US 2009/0049965 A1公开了另一种方案。该文献公开了一种两件式的压紧元件,所述压紧元件固定在上刀桥上,其中,压紧书背的压紧元件具有弧形(轮廓成型)的内面。该方案的缺点是书背区域中的不期望的压痕或变形。 
发明内容
因此,本发明的任务在于提供一种用于对产品进行三面裁切的装置,其避免上述缺点。所述任务通过如权利要求1特征部分所述的装置解决。 
在一个优选的实施方式中,所述用于对产品进行三面裁切的装置具有至少一个裁切站。所述三面裁切通过上下运动的裁刀进行,所述裁刀要么朝裁切板要么朝下裁刀工作。在裁切过程中,产品在裁切站中借助至少一个压梁被压到相应的衬垫上。至少压紧所述产品的脊背的压梁具有至少一个压块,其中,该压块由柔性材料制成。柔性材料的优点是压块可靠置在(成型在)产品的脊背形状上,所述脊背形状与纸张和产品厚度有关地不同,并且从而在该区域中实现改善的压紧。在刚性成型的接触面(如由现有技术中公开的那样)在压紧时常常导致脊背区域中的变形或压痕。 
在一个特别有利的实施方式中,压梁具有多个压块。有利的是,所述压块可以由不同的材料制成并且从而具有不同的压缩特性和肖氏硬度。因为它们可移动地固定在压梁上,因此能够以简单的方式和方法适配于不同的脊背形状,而无需更换压块。 
在一个特别优选的实施方式中,至少与产品脊背接触的压块由具有细孔结构的海绵橡胶或弹性泡沫材料制成,所述细孔结构可从完全闭合达到完全打开。 
前述类型的压梁不仅可在修边机而且可以在三面裁切机中使用。

具体实施方式
图1中示出了用于三面裁切产品的裁切装置的一个实例。第一马达1实现裁刀升降装置2的运动。在该裁刀升降装置上固定着上裁刀桥10、11、12,在所述上裁刀桥上又此外固定着用于进行前部裁切、脚部裁切和头部裁切(图1中看不见)的上裁刀3。待裁切的产品由具有输送带7、8的输送装置沿箭头方向输送通过该装置50。 
图2中示出用于对产品进行脚部裁切的裁切装置20,其具有按照本发明的压梁13。为了使产品4在该裁切站20中进行裁切,具有上裁刀3的上裁刀桥11节拍式地朝固定不动的下裁刀9运动。在上裁刀桥11上固定着 一个保持件14,所述压梁13借助于与该压梁固定连接的导向栓15、16支承在该保持件中。在所述压梁13的下侧安置一个由柔性材料制成的压块6。在裁切过程中,具有上裁刀3的上裁刀桥11向下运动。同时,具有压块6的压板13也向下运动、坐置于所述产品4上并且将该产品压紧。所述压板13的压紧力在此通过弹簧17、18调整,以便避免太高的压紧力。由于所述压块6的柔性材料,所述产品4即使在产品脊背5的区域中也能被全面地最佳地压紧。 
就像例如从图3a和4a看出的那样,所述压块6以安置在该压块上的固定和导向接板19固定在所述压梁的槽21中。这样做的优点是,所述压块可作为米制产品裁切到任意的长度上并且能够可移动地在任意位置上并且以任意长度安置在压梁上。图3a在此示出本发明的具有保持件14和连续的压块6的压梁13,其处于从产品4上抬起的状态中。图3b示出按照本发明的相同压梁13,其处于沉降状态中。可明显看出所述压块6是如何与产品4的轮廓(特别是在产品脊背5的区域中)适配的并且从而有助于改善所述产品的压紧。如果期望的话,所述压块6也可以突出超过产品前棱边22并且由此也在该区域中在压紧时适配于轮廓。 
图4a和4b示出所述压梁13的一个按照本发明的替代实施方式。所述压块6不是像图3a和3b中那样是一件式的,而是在压梁13上可移动地设置多个、在本例中为两个压块6。此外,所述压块6借助固定螺钉23固定。图4a又示出压梁13从产品抬起的状态,而图4b示出沉降状态中的压梁13。可明显看出所述压块6是如何与产品4的轮廓(特别是在产品脊背5的区域中)适配的。在图4a和4b的实施方式中,所述压块6具有相同的材料特性。 
图5a和5b示出所述压梁13的按照本发明的另一实施方式。就像图4a和4b中的实施例那样,在所述压梁上固定有多个压块6、6′,在本例中为三个压块;两个压块6′用于产品4的平坦区域,一个压块6用于产品脊背5。此外,这些压块具有不同的材料特性。在本例中,压块6由柔性材料构成,而压块6′由较硬的材料制成。 
图5a示出抬起状态中的压板13,而图5b示出沉降状态中的压梁13。 
在数量和材料特性方面的其他变型方案同样被本发明包括在内。

Claims (7)

1.用于在至少一个裁切站中对产品进行三面裁切的装置,其中,所述裁切利用裁刀进行,所述裁刀能够上下运动并且朝裁切板或下裁刀工作,其中,所述产品在所述至少一个裁切站中利用至少一个压梁被压到相应的衬垫上,其中,至少这个或这些压紧所述产品的脊背的压梁具有至少一个压块,其特征在于,所述至少一个压块由柔性材料制成。
2.根据权利要求1的装置,其特征在于:这个或这些压梁具有多个压块。
3.根据权利要求2的装置,其特征在于:所述压块由柔性不同的材料制成。
4.根据以上权利要求中任一项的装置,其特征在于:这个或这些压块可移动地固定在所述压梁上。
5.根据以上权利要求中任一项的装置,其特征在于:至少一个压块由海绵橡胶或泡沫材料制成。
6.根据以上权利要求中任一项的装置,其特征在于:该装置是修边机。
7.根据以上权利要求中任一项的装置,其特征在于:该装置是三面裁切机。
