Abstract

一种漂白绝缘浸渍原纸的制造方法。用漂白木浆为主要原料,加入若干湿强剂经打浆,混合、除砂,上网、脱水干燥而制成高质量的浸渍原纸。漂白木浆的质量为:原浆打浆度15.0~18.0°SR,纤维湿重14.0~22g。

Description

本发明涉及层压绝缘板用原纸的制造方法。
现代高档电器(如电子计算机、自动化制控彩电等)中对所使用的线路板(绝缘层压板)的要求颇高,不仅要求浸渍用的树脂其绝缘性能好,且对浸渍用的原纸的要求亦是很严格的,如纤维组织需十分均匀;厚度与定量要稳定;拉纸强度和湿强度要高;吸液性要好等。目前浸渍原纸有两种:一种是棉浆原纸,另一种是木浆原纸。棉浆原纸吸水性能好,但纤维韧性强成型后容易挠起变形,对使用有影响,不宜在高档电器上应用。而木浆原纸纤维短,成板平整但抄纸工艺复杂,不易满足用户要求。
本发明的目的是提供一套漂白木浆绝缘浸渍原纸的生产工艺,能稳定生产高档电器中所需的浸渍原纸。
本发明提供的工艺流程如附图所示。采用的原料为漂白木浆,原浆的打浆度为15~18°SR,其纤维湿重为14~22g,白度>80%。在打浆机中,打浆浓度为2~5%,pH值控制在6~7。打浆终点用打浆度和纤维湿重来控制,其指标为打浆度15~20°SR,纤维湿重10~15g。抄纸用双网双缸抄纸机,其中的网是使用80目的尼龙网,顺流挂浆网箱,两测回料。用两台锥型除砂器进行两段除砂。在上网前分两次加入湿强剂、分散剂等化学助剂。加入化学助剂的品种及量(以漂白木浆为100):
PPE    0.0~1.0%
三聚氰胺甲醛树脂    0.0~1.0%
改性淀粉    0.0~1.0%
PEO    0.0~0.05%
其抄纸工艺条件为:
抄速    18m/min以上
抄速    18m/min以上
混合箱浓度    2.5~3.5%
混合箱打浆度    16~20°SR
稳水箱浓度    0.5~0.7%
白水浓度    0.2~0.4%
出烘缶水份    <7%
抄成的原纸其定量均匀(误差为±3g/m),厚度均匀(±0.02mm)抗张强度高(纵向≥2.15KN/m,横向≥1.4KN/m),湿强度高(纵向≥0.5KN/m,横向≥0.4KN/m),毛细吸液度高(纵向85±15mm/10min,横向80±15mm/min),白度>80%,工频击穿电压高(>800V/层),尘埃少。
本发明的特点是用一种较为简单的工艺与合理的配方制备出高质量的绝缘渍浸原纸。
实例
使用100%的漂白木浆,其质量指标为:纤维湿重21g,打浆度16°SR。其原料配方为:以漂白木浆为100,增白剂0.05%,分散剂PEO0.03%,润湿剂改性淀粉0.5%,打浆工艺条件:装料浓度3%,纤维湿重12~13g,打浆度17~18°SR,pH值6~7,抄纸工艺:抄纸19.6m/min,抄宽1200mm,定量120、126、 135g/m+3,混合箱浓度2.5~3.5%,混合箱打浆度18~19°SR,稳水箱浓度0.5~0.7%,白水浓度0.2~0.4%,出烘缸水份5%。抄纸流程按附图进行,其纸的质量为下表:

Claims (2)

1、利用漂白木浆为主要原料,加入若干辅料经打浆、除砂、上网、抄纸、脱水、干燥而制取绝缘浸渍原纸的方法,本发明的特征为:
打浆工艺条件为:
打浆浓度          2~5%
纤维湿重          10~15g
打浆度            15~20°SR
pH值              6~7
抄纸工艺条件为:
抄速              18m/min以上
混合箱浓度        2.5~3.5%
混合箱打浆度      16~20°SR
稳水箱浓度        0.5~0.7%
白水浓度          0.2~0.4%
出烘缶水分        <7%
辅料的品种和加量(以木浆为100)为:
增湿强剂PPE       0.0~1.0%
三聚氢胺甲醛树脂  0.0~1.0%
分散剂PEO         0.0~0.05%
改性淀粉          0.0~1.0%
2、如权利要求1所述的制取绝缘浸渍原纸的方法,本发明的特征为其主要原料漂白木浆的质量指标为:
