Abstract
本发明一种吗咖保健白酒融合了小曲酒的清香醇厚、绵甜爽净和吗咖淡淡的甜味及特殊的芳香气味。先将吗咖洗净，晒干，粗碎；再将吗咖糊化，以去除吗咖的苦味，使吗咖的甜味更加突出；再把经过糊化的吗咖用超声波喷雾粉碎法进行粉碎，形成雾状超细状态，以提高萃取效率；用95％的食用酒精作为萃取剂对其进行萃取，提炼其有效成分；用小曲酒、吗咖萃取液和蒸溜水，按小曲酒∶吗咖萃取液∶蒸溜水＝5∶1∶适量，进行勾兑至酒精浓度为42°；用菌板过滤灭菌法对药酒进行灭菌：将灌装前的药酒用除菌板进行过滤灭菌；最后灌装。

本发明涉及食品饮料领域，即一种吗咖保健白酒。
背景技术
现有的保健酒种类很多，对人们补肾壮阳，增强性机能、促进血液循环有一定疗效，但此类酒都用了动物器官或中草药，酒中带有浓烈的药味，口感较差并且生产工艺均为泡制，药物的有效成分不能完全被利用，浪费大，效果差。本发明一种吗咖保健白酒可有效的解决上述问题，属于绿色饮品。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种生产工艺简单、能有效改善性功能、提高生育力、口感细腻、清甜、清香幽雅的吗咖保健白酒
吗咖是南美安第山区稀有的天然药草，有很多独特的药理作用，吗咖中的挥发油成分、芥子油苷成分、生物碱成分等均有极高的营养价值和医疗保健价值。华裔美国植物化学家Zheng BL等人从吗咖中发现了两类新植物化学成分：吗咖酰胺(macamides)和吗咖烯(macaenes)，并证明了这两类物质具有提高雌雄小鼠性功能和生育力的效果。这是首次通过药理试验说明了植物吗咖具有提高性功能的作用。在临床试验上，秘鲁卡耶塔诺大学的科学家们也证明了吗咖在提高人的性欲和生育力上具有显著作用。
此酒用酒精进行萃取，用小曲酒进行勾兑。酒精对吗咖具有很好的萃取作用，而小曲酒清香醇厚，能充分提高口感。
本发明的有益效果：
一种吗咖保健白酒融合了小曲酒的清香醇厚、绵甜爽净和吗咖淡淡的甜味及特殊的芳香气味，使酒的口感较好，就是不善饮酒的人也能喝，饮后头不痛、口不渴。在保健功能方面，只用了吗咖和小曲酒，充分发挥了吗咖所具有的多种独特药用保健价值，每晚饮用25-50ml，有改善性功能，提高生育力等功效。
具体实施方式
1.先将吗咖洗净，晒干，粗碎。
2.再将吗咖糊化，以去除吗咖的苦味，使吗咖的甜味更加突出。
3.把经过糊化的吗咖用超声波喷雾粉碎法进行粉碎，形成雾状超细状态，以提高萃取效率。
4.用95％的食用酒精作为萃取剂对其进行萃取，提炼其有效成分。
5.用小曲酒、吗咖萃取液和蒸溜水按小曲酒∶吗咖萃取液∶蒸溜水＝5∶1∶适量，进行勾兑至酒精浓度为42°。
6.用菌板过滤灭菌法对药酒进行灭菌：将灌装前的药酒用除菌板进行过滤灭菌。
7.灌装。

1.一种吗咖保健白酒，其特征在于：通过下述方法制得：
1)先将吗咖洗净，晒干，粗碎；
2)再将吗咖糊化，以去除吗咖的苦味，使吗咖的甜味更加突出；
3)把经过糊化的吗咖用超声波喷雾粉碎法进行粉碎，形成雾状超细状态，以提高萃取效率；
4)用95％的食用酒精作为萃取剂对其进行萃取，提炼其有效成分；
5)用小曲酒、吗咖萃取液和蒸溜水按小曲酒∶吗咖萃取液∶蒸溜水＝5∶1∶适量，进行勾兑至酒精浓度为42°；
6)用菌板过滤灭菌法对药酒进行灭菌：将灌装前的药酒用除菌板进行过滤灭菌；
7)灌装。
