[0003] 儿童的皮肤幼嫩,对来自外界环境的刺激性抵抗力低,又容易受到机械性的损伤,易感染皮肤疾病。因此,安全无添加的天然护肤儿童沐浴液是儿童护肤用品复制的新趋势。儿童护肤清洁用品必须遵循安全性高、温润和无副作用,又要具有洁肤,护肤及防治儿童常见皮肤病的显著功效。目前大多数儿童沐浴液中虽然加入一些诸如维生素E、C、牛奶之类活性成分和某些中药成份,但是其中的表面活性剂、防腐剂、增稠剂、保湿剂、香精等原料仍然多延用一些化学合成产品。

[0009] 一种无添加儿童沐浴液的制备方法,依次包括以下步骤:
[0010] ⑴中草药超声波法提取:把处方中皂角、芦荟、紫锥菊用10倍重量纯净水浸泡1.5小时,然后在超声波提取器中以40KHz频率,在60°C下超声波提取40min,用200目滤布过滤得一次提取滤液;滤渣再用8倍重量纯净水在超声波提取器中以40KHz频率,在60°C下超声波提取40min,用200目滤布过滤得二次提取滤液;
[0011] ⑵浓缩:两次滤液合并,在常压下80°C浓缩到沐浴液配置规定体积总液量的70-80% ;

Claims (5)
1.一种无添加儿童沐浴液,其特征在于:由以下重量份的组分制成:皂角10.0-15.0份;油茶皂素粉1.0-2.0份;芦荟15.0-20.0份;紫锥菊12.0-15.0份;水溶性胶原蛋白粉2.0-3.0份;瓜尔胶粉3.0-5.0份;洋甘菊精油0.2-0.3份;茉莉精油0.15-0.20份; 依次包括以下步骤: ⑴中草药超声波法提取:把处方中皂角、芦荟、紫锥菊用10倍重量纯净水浸泡1.5小时,然后在超声波提取器中以40KHz频率,在60°C下超声波提取40min,用200目滤布过滤得一次提取滤液;滤渣再用8倍重量纯净水在超声波提取器中以40KHz频率,在60°C下超声波提取40min,用200目滤布过滤得二次提取滤液; ⑵浓缩:两次滤液合并,在常压下80°C浓缩到沐浴液配置规定体积总液量的70-80% ; ⑶将步骤⑵所得提取液搅拌下升温到80°C,搅拌下加入油茶皂素粉、水溶性胶原蛋白粉和瓜尔胶粉,继续搅拌使其溶解,冷却到室温,搅拌下依次加入洋甘菊精油和茉莉精油,后用纯净水定容到规定体积,搅拌均匀,脱泡,灌装、灭菌即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种无添加儿童沐浴液,其特征在于:由以下重量份的组分制成:皂角12.0份;油茶皂素粉1.2份;芦荟17.0份;紫锥菊13.0份;水溶性胶原蛋白粉2.5份;瓜尔胶粉3.8份;洋甘 菊精油0.25份;茉莉精油0.17份。

4.根据权利要求3所述的一种无添加儿童沐浴液的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤⑴中所述皂角、紫锥菊在浸泡前需粉碎,并通过40目筛孔;芦荟切成2-3.5mm的细丝。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种无添加儿童沐浴液的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤⑶中所述的灭菌为高压灭菌:在103.4kPa,1.05kg/cm2蒸汽压下,温度达到120-121.3°C,维持15-20分钟。
