Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种车辆,特别是混合动力车辆,其具有电气装置,所述电气装置具有禁止人员触碰的高电压值。

背景技术
在现有技术中已知车辆,特别是电动车辆和/或混合动力车辆,所述车辆具有电气装置,所述电气装置传输禁止人员触碰的高电压。这样的电气装置例如作为高压系统,也就是具有超过60伏直流电压或25伏交流电压的系统已知,以至于所述系统在ISO6469中被视为是危险的。但是,为了能够较小地保持对于确定的、所要求的功率所必须的电流强度,在这些装置中如此高的电压是必须的,以便避免不必要的大的导线横截面以及不必要的高重量。
通过附加的底座绝缘、附加的覆盖以及高压电网和低压电网,特别是车载电网之间的电流隔断保护人员不直接触碰到处在高压状态下的部分,特别在故障的情况下。此外,周期的或连续的绝缘监控和带有关闭这种高压电网功能的故障电流监控作为附加的功能措施来使用。在高压电网和低压电网电流隔断的情况下,出现两个以上绝缘故障时才存在由不直接触碰带来的危险,当例如壳体处于由故障造成的正高压并且车身处于由第二种故障造成的负高压时存在这样的危险。在这种情况下,有关的标准要求在两秒钟内减少高压电网中的能量,例如通过隔断高压电池和使能量中间存储器放电。由DE102006016137.8已知用于接通混合动力车辆的高压组件的插接装置以及混合动力车辆的高压组件,如果发生故障,所述插接装置以及所述高压组件借助控制触点在插接装置中达成电压自动接通(Spannungfreischaltung)。
对此其缺点是,相应的插接装置的隔断,特别是控制触点的隔断以及其他的上述功能措施的功能在事故时在不利的情形下不会起作用,因为例如发生这种类型的卡住或损坏,起到保护的功能元件就会失去作用。在不利的情形下,在这样的情况中可能的是,用于减少在高压电网中能量的功能的措施不能被实现以及同时存在双重的绝缘故障。在这样的情况下对于人员,特别是救援人员在接触车身的时候存在着由车辆的电气装置的高电压带来的危险。这样的危险从外面是不可以识别的。
发明内容
本发明的任务是,通过从外部可以识别的警告来保护人员,特别是救援人员不受由于触碰到损坏的或发生事故的车辆的有故障的电气装置/高压电网造成的伤害。
为此,提出带有电气装置的车辆,特别是混合动力车辆,所述电气装置具有禁止人员触碰的高电压,其中规定了,所述车辆具有在事故的情况下响应的信号传感器,所述信号传感器与使电压值信号化的警报装置相连接。因此如果车辆发生了事故,信号传感器就会响应,由此所连接的警报装置将电压值信号化。所有的传感器可以考虑作为信号传感器,所述传感器检测事故所特有的状况,所述状况在车辆正常的行驶时是不出现的。
在一种实施方式中,信号传感器具有加速度传感器。信号传感器本身在这里能够构造成多个的,特别是多个不同的传感器的组件。在这里所述信号传感器优选具有加速度传感器,测量在正常的行驶中罕见的加速度,也即加速度值和加速度方向。对这些加速度进行测试是有意义的,所述加速度可以被视为事故的充分的条件。
信号传感器优选具有气囊传感器。气囊传感器在现代汽车中无论如何都使用的,并且能够容易地与警报装置相连或者说配属于信号传感器或集成到其中。
特别优选规定的是,信号传感器是气囊控制器的元件。因此,信号传感器集成在气囊控制器中,并不是相反地将气囊控制器的传感器或者说气囊传感器集成在信号传感器中。信号传感器因此配属于气囊控制器,优选集成在其中,并使用气囊控制器来识别和分析事故特有的参数。
警报装置优选发出视觉的、听觉的和/或触觉的信号。视觉的信号例如是由现有的或者也特意为此设置的可视的信号化装置发出的或在其上发出的闪亮的或者普通的光线信号。听觉的信号是可以通过听觉感觉到的信号,所述信号特别通过车辆中存在的信号化装置,例如车喇叭,或者通过特意为此设置的声音发射器被发出并且与视觉信号相比具有全方向的优点,其不要求附近人员的注意力。触觉的信号可以特别是抖动信号或类似的通过触觉可以感觉到的信号,就像其例如通过偏心轮装置发出的那样。特别是对于视觉的信号刚好也规定,发出明文(Klartextmeldungen)通知或者说符号形式的通知,例如闪烁的闪电状的象形标识,就像其通常为人们所已知并且通常易懂地指示出高电压那样。
本发明还提出了在优选如在以上实施方式中描述的车辆,特别是混合动力车辆上用于警告禁止触碰高电压的方法,其中车辆具有电气装置,所述电气装置具有禁止人员触碰的高电压值,在此规定,在事故的情况下,实现事故的感测并发出警报信号,该警报信号警告禁止触碰高电压。感测优选像上述实施例一样清楚地实施并促使警报信号的发出,所述警报信号引起附近人员,特别是救援人员对高电压的危险的注意,并促使其采取相关保护措施。

其特征在于,所述警报装置(10)发出视觉的、听觉的和/或触觉的信号(15,16)。
6.用于在优选按上述权利要求中任一项或者多项所述的车辆,特别是混合动力车辆上警告以禁止触碰高电压的方法,其中所述车辆具有电气装置,所述电气装置具有禁止人员触碰的高电压值,
其特征在于,在事故的情况下,实现事故的感测并发出警告禁止触碰高电压的警报信号。
