本发明涉及一种儿童汽车安全座椅本体与底座多点锁紧结构。它包括有底座框架，在底座框架的两侧设置有滑板；两滑板的前、后设置有挂钩；每个挂钩一侧设置有固定在底座框架上的卡板，卡板上设置有竖直的卡槽，挂钩的前后移动可封闭或打开卡槽顶端的开口，同时座椅本体上的两根锁定杆可向下进入到位于底座框架前后的两对所述卡槽中；驱动两个滑板前后移动的驱动机构均连接到一个拉手上；每个卡板上设置有一个与之铰接的旋转块，锁定杆向下进入卡槽的过程需要克服复位弹簧的弹簧力使旋转块转动；所述挂钩前侧设置有水平的导杆，同时在旋转块上设置有导槽。本发明的多个锁紧部分可同步锁紧、操作简单、动作可靠。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种儿童汽车安全座椅的部件结构，具体是一种用来将儿童汽车安全座椅的本体与底座进行连接或分离的儿童汽车安全座椅本体与底座多点锁紧结构。
背景技术
为了提高儿童汽车安全座椅的本体在汽车座位上的可靠固定，通常会在汽车座位上固定连接一个专用的底座，并使座椅本体可以方便与底座连接或分离，座椅本体与底座的连接方式通常是在底座的前、后部的左、右两侧共设置四个可打开或关闭的锁紧机构，现有的儿童汽车安全座椅中，上述四个锁紧机构通常不能保证完全同步锁紧，即，在安置座椅本体时，可能出现部分锁紧机构与本体上的连接部分未能完全连接的情况，从而降低座椅连接的安全可靠性。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是，提供一种多个锁紧部分可同步锁紧、操作简单、动作可靠的儿童汽车安全座椅本体与底座多点锁紧结构。
本发明的儿童汽车安全座椅本体与底座多点锁紧结构包括有一个底座框架，在底座框架的两侧各设置有一个可前后滑移的滑板；两滑板的前、后各设置有一个开口朝向前方的挂钩，四个挂钩随两滑板同步前后移动；每个挂钩一侧设置有固定在底座框架上的卡板，卡板上设置有竖直的卡槽，挂钩的前后移动可封闭或打开卡槽顶端的开口，同时在座椅本体上设置有前后两根水平的锁定杆，两根锁定杆可向下进入到位于底座框架前后的两对所述卡槽中；驱动两个滑板前后移动的驱动机构均连接到一个拉手上，使两个滑板同步前后移动，所述驱动机构包括有可使滑板向前移动的驱动弹簧；每个卡板上设置有一个与之铰接的旋转块，旋转块由一个复位弹簧支持其处于一个静态位置，在该静态位置，所述旋转块阻挡在上述锁定杆向下进入卡槽的行程上，即锁定杆向下进入卡槽的过程需要克服复位弹簧的弹簧力使旋转块转动；所述挂钩前侧设置有水平的导杆，同时在所述旋转块上设置有导槽，当旋转块位于上述静态位置时所述导杆顶在旋转块上，阻止挂钩向前移动，当旋转块向下转动到导槽与导杆对准的位置时，导杆可向前移动进入导槽。
所述驱动两个滑板前后移动的驱动机构包括有铰接在底座框架上的拐臂，拐臂外缘与滑板之间设置有分别与二者铰接的连杆，上述驱动弹簧的弹簧力作用在拐臂上；拐臂外缘还铰接有拉杆，两个驱动机构的拉杆均与拉手连接，实现两个驱动机构的同步动作。
本发明设置了四个挂钩联动的结构，只有当位于两个座椅本体上的两根锁定杆在四个卡槽中均插入到位时，四个挂钩才同步向前移动，封装卡槽，完成锁紧过程，从而避免了传统装置在操作过程中仅部分锁紧机构锁紧到位时操作者会发生误判断的缺陷，提高了座椅本体与底座连接的可靠性；同时其操作简单、动作可靠性高。

具体实施方式
如图所示，该儿童汽车安全座椅本体与底座多点锁紧结构包括有一个底座框架1，在底座框架的两侧各设置有一个可前后滑移的滑板2；两滑板的前、后各设置有一个开口朝向前方的挂钩3，四个挂钩随两滑板同步前后移动；每个挂钩一侧设置有固定在底座框架上的卡板4，卡板上设置有竖直的卡槽5，挂钩3的前后移动可封闭或打开卡槽5顶端的开口，同时在座椅本体上设置有前、后两根水平的锁定杆6，两根锁定杆6可向下进入到位于底座框架前后的两对所述卡槽5中；驱动两个滑板2前后移动的驱动机构均连接到一个拉手7上，使两个滑板同步前后移动，所述驱动机构包括有可使滑板2向前移动的驱动弹簧8；每个卡板4上设置有一个与之铰接的旋转块9，旋转块9由一个复位弹簧10支持其处于一个静态位置，在该静态位置，所述旋转块9阻挡在上述锁定杆6向下进入卡槽5的行程上，即锁定杆向下进入卡槽的过程需要克服复位弹簧10的弹簧力使旋转块9转动；如图4－图7，所述挂钩3前侧设置有水平的导杆11，同时在所述旋转块9上设置有导槽12，当旋转块位于上述静态位置时所述导杆11前端顶在旋转块9上，阻止挂钩3向前移动，当旋转块向下转动到导槽12与导杆11对准的位置时，导杆可向前移动进入导槽。
所述驱动两个滑板2前后移动的驱动机构包括有铰接在底座框架上的拐臂13，拐臂外缘与滑板2之间设置有分别与二者铰接的连杆14，上述驱动弹簧8的弹簧力作用在拐臂上；拐臂外缘还铰接有拉杆15，两个驱动机构的拉杆均与拉手7连接，实现两个驱动机构的同步动作。
如图4－图7所示，本发明的工作过程是：当要将座椅本体安置在底座上时，两根锁定杆6随座椅本体向下移动，在进入卡槽5的过程中锁定杆将旋转块9向下压动，当所有旋转块9均旋转到导槽12与导杆11相对准的位置时，挂钩上的导杆14才会进入导槽12，使挂钩前移，将锁定杆6封闭在卡槽5内，完成锁紧过程。如果部分卡槽12中锁定杆6未进入到锁定位置，由于各挂钩联动的原因，所有的挂钩均不会动作，因而不会产生部分锁紧机构锁紧而部分未锁紧的情况，避免了操作者由于错觉而产生安全隐患。

Claims (2)

1.一种儿童汽车安全座椅本体与底座多点锁紧结构，包括有一个底座框架（1），在底座框架的两侧各设置有一个可前后滑移的滑板（2）；两滑板的前、后各设置有一个开口朝向前方的挂钩（3），四个挂钩随两滑板同步前后移动；每个挂钩一侧设置有固定在底座框架上的卡板（4），卡板上设置有竖直的卡槽（5），挂钩（3）的前后移动可封闭或打开卡槽（5）顶端的开口，同时在座椅本体上设置有前、后两根水平的锁定杆（6），两根锁定杆（6）可向下进入到位于底座框架前后的两对所述卡槽（5）中，其特征是：驱动两个滑板（2）前后移动的驱动机构均连接到一个拉手（7）上，使两个滑板同步前后移动，所述驱动机构包括有可使滑板（2）向前移动的驱动弹簧（8）；每个卡板（4）上设置有一个与之铰接的旋转块（9），旋转块（9）由一个复位弹簧（10）支持其处于一个静态位置，在该静态位置，所述旋转块（9）阻挡在上述锁定杆（6）向下进入卡槽（5）的行程上；所述挂钩（3）前侧设置有水平的导杆（11），同时在所述旋转块（9）上设置有导槽（12），当旋转块位于上述静态位置时所述导杆（11）前端顶在旋转块（9）上，阻止挂钩3向前移动，当旋转块向下转动到导槽（12）与导杆（11）对准的位置时，导杆可向前移动进入导槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的儿童汽车安全座椅本体与底座多点锁紧结构，其特征是：所述驱动两个滑板（2）前后移动的驱动机构包括有铰接在底座框架上的拐臂（13），拐臂外缘与滑板（2）之间设置有分别与二者铰接的连杆（14），上述驱动弹簧（8）的弹簧力作用在拐臂上；拐臂外缘还铰接有拉杆（15），两个驱动机构的拉杆均与拉手（7）连接。
