Abstract
本发明提供了一种连续油管注入头浮动夹持装置,它包括驱动链轮、传动链条、支撑板、推板、夹紧油缸和夹持组件,所述支撑板上固定安装有至少两个所述夹紧油缸,所述推板通过销轴固定在支撑板上,所述夹持组件包括鞍型夹持块、夹持块座和安装在所述夹持块座上的滚动体,所述夹持组件安装于传动链条上,所述夹紧油缸的活塞杆压靠在所述推板的一面,所述推板的另一面压在夹持底座的滚动体上。本发明有益效果:推板结构简单,便于维护;推板随夹持的连续油管的变化在角度或位置上能随之浮动,使连续油管受力均匀,避免对连续油管的硬性挤压或机器损伤;整个夹紧装置结构紧凑,体积减小。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及石油钻采设备领域,特别涉及一种连续油管注入头浮动夹持装置。
背景技术
连续油管作业设备广泛应用于油气田勘探开发的各种作业。近年来,随着连续油管注入头用途和应用范围的不断扩展,连续油管注入头的操作性和维护性问题愈发显得至关重要。注入头连续油管夹持装置是连续油管作业设备的关键部件,由正反方向旋转的液压马达带动链轮进行工作,借助链节间的夹持组件夹住连续油管,使之与链条一起运动,实现连续油管进出井。
目前采用整体式推板的加紧装置是较为常用的一种注入头夹持装置,其基本结构是鞍型夹持块安装在链条上,在两个链条的内侧各设有一个固定于支撑板上的整体式推板,在整体式推板上装有许多轮式轴承。这个推板由多个固定于支撑板上的液压油缸一起平行推动,从而使整体式推板上的轮式轴承压紧鞍型夹持块,实现夹持连续油管的功能。上述结构在实际使用中尚存在如下缺陷:主要是装有轴承的推板维修性差,更换及维护不便,而且在轴承上滑动的夹持块座容易磨损,更换不便;其次是由于上述推板在支撑板上固定不灵活,推板容易出现偏位卡死,进而使夹持块受力不均匀,而且磨损较严重,甚至造成油管或机器损伤;再是由于推板上带有轴承架和轴承,使得这种结构的夹持装置体积较大,甚至需要将夹紧油缸安装在链条环之外,减小了注入头的灵活性。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种连续油管注入头浮动夹持装置以克服上述目前使用的夹持装置的不足。
为了解决以上问题,本发明采用如下方案:一种连续油管注入头浮动夹持装置,它包括驱动链轮、传动链条、支撑板、推板、夹紧油缸和夹持组件,所述支撑板上固定安装有至少两个所述夹紧油缸,所述推板通过销轴固定在支撑板上,所述夹持组件包括鞍型夹持块、夹持块座和安装在所述夹持块座上的滚动体,所述夹持组件安装于传动链条上,所述夹紧油缸的活塞杆压靠在所述推板的一面,所述推板的另一面压在夹持底座的滚动体上。
本发明的有益效果:一是由于采用了带有滚动体的夹持组件,滚动体以推板作轨道运动,使得夹持组件运行平稳,推板结构非常简单,而且由于滚动体采用陶瓷滚动轴套无需润滑维护,使注入头运行更可靠,便于维修,操作简单;二是由于采用推板的活动连接,使得推板随连续油管的位置变化在角度或位置上随之浮动,使连续油管受力均匀,避免对连续油管的硬性挤压或机器损伤;再是由于推板结构简化,而使整个夹紧装置结构紧凑,体积减小。总之,该连续油管注入头浮动夹持装置应用于连续油管注入头设备中,可避免因夹持力不均匀造成的连续油管变形或磨损,提高了夹持油管的效果,解决了长期以来连续油管注入头作业时难以对正井口的技术难题。
进一步的,所述销轴一端通过关节轴承与推板连接,另一端固定安装在支撑板的轴套中。
采用上述进一步方案的有益效果是:采用关节轴承使推板增加了自由度,浮动更为灵活。
进一步的,所述滚动体是陶瓷滚动轴套。
采用上述进一步方案的有益效果是:陶瓷滚动轴套具有耐磨,耐腐蚀无需润滑的优点,非常适合注入头的工作环境。
进一步的,所述推板与夹持底座的滚动体相连的一面的两端为具有坡度的斜面结构。
采用上述进一步方案的有益效果是:该结构可避免对运动中的夹持组件造成阻碍,使夹持组件的陶瓷滚动轴套顺利滚上推板。
进一步的,所述推板与夹持底座的滚动体相连的一面的两端为具有坡度的斜面结构,且推板与夹紧油缸的活塞杆相连的一面的两端为具有坡度的斜面结构。
进一步的,所述鞍型夹持块的一侧设有凹槽,在凹槽相对的两侧壁上分别设有至少两个钩块,且两侧壁上的钩块的位置相对应,所述夹持块座两侧设有与所述夹持块的钩块对应的凸台,所述夹持块通过所述钩块及凸台卡装于夹持底座上,夹持块座上还设有用于限定所述夹持块位置的限位台和螺栓孔。
采用上述进一步方案的有益效果是:这种结构由于夹持块座上采用挡块,以及采用钩块及凸台卡装和螺栓限位结构,更换夹持块非常方便;
进一步的,所述限位台和夹持块之间、螺栓孔和夹持块之间留有间隙。
采用上述进一步方案的有益效果是:可以在连续油管有变位时夹持块能随动,避免对油管的硬性挤压,这是夹持块自身的浮动功能。
进一步的,所述鞍型夹持块上设有若干用于夹持连续油管的沟槽,且该沟槽垂直于连续油管设置。
采用上述进一步方案的有益效果是:这样夹紧效果会更好。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作详细说明:
如图1-图5所示,一种连续油管注入头浮动夹持装置,它包括驱动链轮1、传动链条11、支撑板2、推板3、夹紧油缸4,夹持组件。所述支撑板2上固定安装有三个夹紧油缸4,所述推板3通过销轴7固定在支撑板2上,销轴一端通过关节轴承5连接推板3,另一端固定安装在支撑板2上的轴套6中。采用关节轴承5使推板3增加了自由度,浮动更为灵活。所述夹持组件包括鞍型夹持块8、夹持块座9和安装在所述夹持块座9上的滚动体10,在夹持块座9上设有两个与滚动体10轴线平行的通孔,所述夹持组件通过夹持块座9上的两个通孔安装于传动链条11上。所述夹紧油缸4的活塞杆压靠在所述推板3的一面,所述推板3的另一面压在夹持底座9的滚动体上。
滚动体10可以是滚动轴套,此例中采用陶瓷滚动轴套。陶瓷滚动轴套具有耐磨,耐腐蚀无需润滑的优点,非常适合注入头的工作环境。
所述推板3与滚动体10相连的一面的两端是具有坡度的斜面结构。该结构可避免对运动中的夹持组件造成阻碍,使夹持组件的陶瓷滚动轴套顺利滚上推板。
所述鞍型夹持块8的一侧设有凹槽803,在凹槽803相对的两侧壁上分别设有三个钩块802,且两侧壁上的钩块802的位置相对应,所述夹持块座9两侧设有与所述夹持块8的钩块802对应的凸台902,所述夹持块8通过所述钩块802及凸台902卡装于夹持底座9上,夹持块座9上还设有用于限定所述夹持块8位置的限位台901和螺栓孔903。这种结构使得当针对不同直径连续油管12时,更换夹持块8非常方便。
再是由于限位台901和夹持块8之间、螺栓孔903和夹持块8之间留有间隙,可以在连续油管12有变位时夹持块8能随动,避免对连续油管12的硬性挤压,这是夹持块自身的浮动功能。
所述鞍型夹持块8上设有若干垂直于所夹持连续油管12的沟槽801。所述夹持组件与传动链条11为一体结构。
注入头工作时,驱动链轮1带动传动链条11运转,张紧链轮13使传动链条绷紧。夹紧油缸4的活塞杆压靠在所述推板3一面,推板3另一面压在所述夹持底座9的滚动体10上,从而压紧连续油管12夹持组件,传动链条带动连续油管12,夹持组件将连续油管12向前输送,滚动体10在推板3上滚动。当所夹持连续油管12有局部异常时,鞍型夹持块8可以在垂直于连续油管12的方向、在限位台901和夹持块8之间的间隙、螺栓孔903和夹持块8之间的间隙内左右调整,推板3也可以随连续油管12状况自动浮动,提高了注入头的适应性,避免了对连续油管的硬性挤伤。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施方式,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (8)
1.一种连续油管注入头浮动夹持装置,它包括驱动链轮、传动链条、支撑板、推板、夹紧油缸和夹持组件,其特征在于:所述支撑板上固定安装有至少两个所述夹紧油缸,所述推板通过销轴固定在支撑板上,所述夹持组件包括鞍型夹持块、夹持块座和安装在所述夹持块座上的滚动体,所述夹持组件安装于传动链条上,所述夹紧油缸的活塞杆压靠在所述推板的一面,所述推板的另一面压在夹持底座的滚动体上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种连续油管注入头浮动夹持装置,其特征在于:所述销轴一端通过关节轴承与推板连接,另一端固定安装在支撑板的轴套中。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种连续油管注入头浮动夹持装置,其特征在于:所述滚动体是陶瓷滚动轴套。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种连续油管注入头浮动夹持装置,其特征在于:所述推板与夹持底座的滚动体相连的一面的两端为具有坡度的斜面结构。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种连续油管注入头浮动夹持装置,其特征在于:所述推板与夹持底座的滚动体相连的一面的两端为具有坡度的斜面结构,且推板与夹紧油缸的活塞杆相连的一面的两端为具有坡度的斜面结构。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种连续油管注入头浮动夹持装置,其特征在于:所述鞍型夹持块的一侧设有凹槽,在凹槽相对的两侧壁上分别设有至少两个钩块,且两侧壁上的钩块的位置相对应,所述夹持块座两侧设有与所述夹持块的钩块对应的凸台,所述夹持块通过所述钩块及凸台卡装于夹持底座上,夹持块座上还设有用于限定所述夹持块位置的限位台和螺栓孔。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种连续油管注入头浮动夹持装置,其特征在于:所述限位台和夹持块之间、螺栓孔和夹持块之间留有间隙。
8.根据权利要求1或7所述的连续油管注入头浮动夹持装置,其特征在于:所述鞍型夹持块上设有若干用于夹持连续油管的沟槽,且该沟槽垂直于连续油管设置。
