Abstract
本发明提供一种具有良好的弯曲加工性和冲压加工后的外观的黑色薄膜涂装钢板。该黑色薄膜涂装钢板具有锌系镀层、在该锌系镀层上形成的不含铬的化学转化覆膜、和在该化学转化覆膜上形成的单一着色有机覆膜,其中,所述单一着色有机覆膜含有羟值为10KOHmg/g以上的聚酯树脂、含亚氨基的三聚氰胺树脂和5~15质量%的炭黑,且该有机覆膜的玻璃化转变温度Tg为40℃以上,膜厚为10μm以下,硬度为200N/mm2以上。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及黑色涂装钢板、加工品和薄型电视用面板,尤其是涉及弯曲加工性和冲压加工后的外观优良而且较薄且涂装覆膜的硬度高的黑色涂装钢板。
本发明的黑色涂装钢板例如适用作以像液晶电视、等离子体电视之类的薄型电视用面板为代表的AV设备等的壳体的原材料。
背景技术
涂装钢板在被成型为例如电视用面板等时通常进行冲压加工、弯曲加工,因此要求其具有弯曲加工性和冲压加工后的良好的外观。通常,在预涂钢板(涂装钢板)中一般采用如下的两涂层钢板:外表面侧的底涂涂膜主要使用改性聚酯树脂、环氧树脂,从而确保与基底钢板的密合性、耐腐蚀性等;进而,外表面侧的顶涂涂膜使用聚酯系、丙烯酸系涂膜等,从而主要赋予耐污染性、图案设计性、耐损伤性、耐酒精性和耐盐酸性或耐碱性的屏蔽性等。
进而,还有在底涂涂膜和顶涂涂膜之间形成有中涂涂膜的三涂层钢板。
以往的两涂层涂装钢板,如专利文献1所公开的那样,从隐蔽性等的观点出发,一般是底涂涂膜的膜厚为5μm左右、顶涂涂膜的膜厚最低也需要12μm、这些涂膜的总膜厚为20μm以上的两涂层涂装钢板。但是,即使要形成20μm的涂膜,用在涂装、烘焙的时间也长,并且涂膜的膜厚越厚在制造成本方面也越不利,因此,从涂装操作的合理化、省资源化的观点出发,有待于涂膜的薄膜化。
作为与之对应的产品,本发明人等以往在专利文献2中提出了一种涂装钢板,其通过在涂膜中添加树脂颗粒,即使在10μm以下的膜厚下,也具有弯曲加工性、冲压加工后的外观优良的涂膜硬度。

发明内容
通过以上揭示的专利文献2的技术的开发,已经可以得到涂装钢板的涂膜厚度为10μm以下的涂装钢板。
另一方面,最近随着薄型电视的声望的不断提高,薄型电视用面板等中对于具有有色系、尤其是黑色的覆膜的涂装钢板的需求不断提高。
因此、本发明人等根据专利文献2作出了添加黑色颜料来制造黑色涂装钢板的尝试,结果发现尤其是在进行严酷的冲压加工时尚有改善黑色涂装钢板的外观的余地。
本发明是为了有利地解决上述问题而作出的,其目的在于提供具有良好的冲压加工后的外观的黑色涂装钢板以及其加工品尤其是薄型电视用面板。
为了达成上述目的,本发明人等对上述专利文献2中公开的薄膜化涂膜的外观劣化的原因进行了研究。其结果判断为:有关冲压加工后的黑色涂装钢板的外观,在冲压加工中的防皱压力为49kN(5tf)左右的条件下进行冲压加工时,具有专利文献2的树脂颗粒的效果,且并没有发生外观上的问题;在上述防皱压力为98kN(10tf)以上的严酷的条件下,树脂颗粒的效果薄弱,涨大的树脂覆膜自身的硬度大小左右其外观。
因此,为了提高涨大的树脂覆膜自身的硬度,反复进行了各种研究,其结果得出了以下见解:在以往的向具有特定特性的聚酯树脂中添加具有耐溶剂性效果的交联剂而成的三聚氰胺树脂中,尤其是通过同时添加含亚氨基的三聚氰胺树脂和炭黑,从而能够提高涨大的树脂覆膜的硬度,能够制作出防皱压力为98kN以上时冲压加工后的外观也优良的黑色涂膜。
本发明是立足于上述见解而完成的。
即,本发明的主要构成如下所述。
(1)一种黑色涂装钢板,其特征在于,具有在钢板的两个表面上形成的锌系镀层、在所述钢板的至少一个表面的所述锌系镀层上形成的不含铬的化学转化覆膜、和在该化学转化覆膜上形成的单一着色有机覆膜,其中,所述单一着色有机覆膜含有羟值为10KOHmg/g以上的聚酯树脂、含亚氨基的三聚氰胺树脂和5~15质量%的炭黑,且该单一着色有机覆膜的玻璃化转变温度Tg为40℃以上,膜厚为10μm以下,硬度为200N/mm2以上。
(2)如上述(1)所述的黑色涂装钢板,其特征在于,在对钢板的一个表面赋予所述单一着色有机覆膜的情况下,在所述钢板的另一个表面的最表面具有所述化学转化覆膜或有机树脂层,该另一个表面的导电负荷为500g以下。
(3)如上述(2)所述的黑色涂装钢板,其特征在于,所述有机树脂层含有吸热颜料。
(4)一种加工品,其通过对上述(1)~(3)中任一项所述的黑色涂装钢板实施冲压加工而形成。
(5)一种薄型电视用面板,其特征在于,在上述(4)中,实施冲压加工,以使所述黑色涂装钢板的具有单一着色有机覆膜的表面成为向外部露出的凸面。
根据本发明,通过谋求上述钢板上的涂膜即单一着色有机覆膜的交联剂等的最适化,从而无论是否添加树脂颗粒,均能够得到良好的弯曲加工性和防皱压力为98kN以上的冲压加工后的优良外观。
如此得到的黑色涂装钢板,将其另一个表面冲压加工成面板的内表面时,可获得优良的电磁波屏蔽性、放热性,适合作为其加工品、尤其是薄型电视用面板。
具体实施方式
以下,具体地说明本发明。
作为本发明的涂装钢板的基底钢板即形成有锌系镀层的钢板,可以使用熔融镀锌钢板、电镀锌钢板、合金化熔融镀锌钢板、镀铝-锌合金的钢板(例如,镀有熔融锌-55质量%铝合金的钢板、镀有熔融锌-5质量%铝合金的钢板)、镀铁-锌合金钢板和镀镍-锌合金钢板等各种锌系镀层钢板。
从环境保护的观点出发,在上述的锌系镀层上形成的化学转化覆膜为不含有铬的覆膜。上述化学转化覆膜主要是用于提供镀层与单一着色有机覆膜的密合性而形成的。只要是能够提高密合性的化学转化覆膜,则任意的化学转化覆膜均可使用,但更优选既能够提高密合性又能够提高耐腐蚀性的化学转化覆膜。例如,从密合性和耐腐蚀性的方面出发优选含有二氧化硅微粒的化学转化覆膜,从耐腐蚀性的方面出发优选含有磷酸和/或磷酸化合物的化学转化覆膜。
二氧化硅微粒可使用湿式二氧化硅和干式二氧化硅的任意一种,但密合性提高效果大的二氧化硅微粒、尤其是含有干式二氧化硅的二氧化硅微粒是优选的。
磷酸、磷酸化合物,可以含有选自例如正磷酸、焦磷酸和聚磷酸等、他们的金属盐或化合物等中的一种以上的化合物。进而,可以添加丙烯酸树脂等树脂、硅烷偶联剂等添加剂。
在上述钢板的至少一个表面的化学转化覆膜上形成的单一着色有机覆膜,在覆膜总固体成分中含有5~15质量%的炭黑,其为由羟值为10KOHmg/g以上的聚酯树脂和含亚氨基的三聚氰胺树脂形成的覆膜,即上述聚酯树脂通过含亚氨基的三聚氰胺树脂交联而成的有机覆膜。
构成上述单一着色有机覆膜的聚酯树脂,只要是使用多元酸成分和多元碱,并通过为了使其具有上述羟值等特性而采用的公知的方法和条件制造出的聚酯树脂即可,是进行加热反应而得到的共聚物。
作为多元酸成分,可以使用例如邻苯二甲酸酐、间苯二甲酸、对苯二甲酸、偏苯三酸酐、马来酸、己二酸和富马酸等。
多元碱,可以使用例如乙二醇、二乙二醇、聚乙二醇、丙二醇、二丙二醇、聚丙二醇、1,4-丁二醇、1,6-己二醇、新戊二醇(ネオピンチルグリコ一ル)、三乙二醇、丙三醇、季戊四醇、三亚甲基丙烷和三羟甲基乙烷等。
此外,作为市售的聚酯树脂,可优选使用“アルマテツクス”(注册商标,三井东压化学(株)制)、“アルキノ一ル”(商品名,住友バイエルウレタン(株)制)、“バイロン”(注册商标,东洋纺织(株)制)等任一种聚酯树脂。
此外,上述的聚酯树脂的羟值为10KOHmg/g以上。羟值不足10KOHmg/g时,进行交联反应的部分少,因此,在耐溶剂性劣化的同时,含亚氨基的三聚氰胺树脂的添加效果降低。
上述的聚酯树脂的分子量,以数均分子量计优选为2000以上且低于20000。聚酯树脂的分子量为2000以上时,覆膜不会变得过硬,成为弯曲加工性优良的覆膜;低于20000时,由于交联密度充分,因此,含亚氨基的三聚氰胺树脂的添加效果提高,成为冲压加工后的外观优良的覆膜。进而优选的数均分子量为3000以上且低于10000。
为了确保覆膜硬度、弯曲加工性、冲压加工后的外观,并且为了降低由有机溶剂引发的溶解、变色,在化学转化覆膜上形成的单一着色有机覆膜为聚酯树脂充分交联后的覆膜这一点是较为重要的。
为了制作该充分交联的覆膜,在本发明中使用含亚氨基的三聚氰胺树脂作为交联剂是较为重要的,可特别优选使用含3官能度的亚氨基的三聚氰胺树脂。
含亚氨基的三聚氰胺树脂,可以如下方式得到:将由三聚氰胺和甲醛缩聚而得到的三羟甲基三聚氰胺的羟甲基与甲醇、乙醇和丁醇等低级醇酯化而得到。并且,根据需要可以使用将它们数分子缩合而成的树脂。
这样的含亚氨基的三聚氰胺树脂,也可优选使用一般市售的产品,例如“サイメル”(注册商标,三井サイアナミド公司制)325、327、701、703、254等。
上述含亚氨基的三聚氰胺树脂的添加量,相对于100质量份聚酯树脂,优选为5~50质量份。当含亚氨基的三聚氰胺树脂的添加量相对于100质量份聚酯树脂为5质量份以上时,覆膜充分固化,冲压加工后的外观和耐溶剂性提高。此外,当含亚氨基的三聚氰胺树脂的添加量为50质量份以下时,覆膜不会变得过硬,弯曲加工时不会产生裂缝,弯曲加工性优良,加工后的覆膜的密合性也提高。
在单一着色有机覆膜中含有5~15质量%的范围的炭黑也是较为重要的。在使用含亚氨基的三聚氰胺树脂作为交联剂时,通过同时添加炭黑,可产生补充交联作用的作用。结果:达成更强固的交联,实现覆膜硬度的提高,防皱压力为98kN以上的冲压加工后的外观优良、进而可省略后续的涂装工序,对生产率的提高也有利地发挥作用,对基底色和基底瑕疵的隐蔽性也有利地发挥作用。
这里,炭黑量低于5质量%时,不能得到上述的效果。另一方面,超过15质量%时,由于颜料过多,因而覆膜脆化。
此外,有关通过含亚氨基的三聚氰胺树脂与炭黑的组合而产生交联的补充作用的理由,还尚未明确解明,但可推定为位于覆膜内部的树脂分子的网目状组织变得致密的缘故。
此外,在单一着色有机覆膜中可以根据目的、用途适量配合以下添加物。作为该添加物,有天然蜡或合成蜡、对甲苯磺酸、辛酸锡、二月桂酸二丁基锡和2-乙基己酸铅等固化催化剂、其他消泡剂、颜料分散剂和阻流剂等。进而,根据轻度的冲压等冲压加工的条件,也可以添加有机树脂颗粒、颗粒状丙烯酸树脂、尼龙树脂等。
进而,在单一着色有机覆膜中也可并用配合防锈颜料和防锈剂。作为防锈颜料和防锈剂,可以使用磷酸锌、亚磷酸锌、磷酸铝、亚磷酸铝、钼酸盐、磷酸钼酸盐、钒酸/磷酸混合颜料、二氧化硅和被称作硅酸钙的吸附有Ca的类型的二氧化硅等公知的防锈颜料和防锈剂。
上述的单一着色有机覆膜的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)需要为40℃以上。
其原因在于,当玻璃化转变温度Tg低于40℃时,不但覆膜的韧性降低,不能得到充分的冲压加工性,而且覆膜硬度、加工后的覆膜密合性等特性也降低。
本发明的玻璃化转变温度使用刚体振子型物性测定装置来进行测定。将涂装钢板的温度与在涂装钢板上放置的刚体振子的自由衰减振动中的对数衰减率表现出极大关系的温度定义为在涂装钢板上密合的涂膜薄膜的玻璃化转变温度。因此,本发明的玻璃化转变温度Tg与涂膜自由薄膜的Tg不同。
该玻璃化转变温度Tg进一步优选为60℃以上且低于90℃的范围。当Tg低于90℃时,覆膜不会变得过硬,加工时,不会在覆膜中引入裂缝。
上述的单一着色有机覆膜的膜厚为10μm以下。其原因在于:当膜厚超过10μm时,不仅覆膜形成需要长时间,而且在冲压加工时从切割端面脱离的膜量变多,附着在制品上会损害其外观。更优选为低于5μm。
另一方面,上述膜厚优选为1μm以上。这是由于:当膜厚为1μm以上时,该覆膜的膜厚变得均一,不存在着色颜料少的部分,因此基底色和基底瑕疵的隐蔽性变得充分,在耐腐蚀性方面也是充分的。更优选为3μm以上。
上述的单一着色有机覆膜的膜厚可如下求得:使用光学显微镜或电子显微镜对赋予了覆膜的钢板的断面取1个视野内任意3个位置、至少5个视野共计15个位置测定了膜厚,算出其平均值即得。
此外,上述的单一着色有机覆膜的硬度为200N/mm2以上。这是由于:涂膜硬度不足200N/mm2时,防皱压力为98kN(10tf)以上的冲压加工后的外观劣化。
上述的单一着色有机覆膜的涂膜硬度通过Fischer硬度计(Fischer Instruments制造)进行测定。具体而言,使用FISCHERSCOPE HM2000,根据ISO EN DIN 14577中规定的方法求得Martens硬度。
在将本发明的涂装钢板作为例如薄型电视用面板来使用时,从熔接、电磁波屏蔽等的必要性出发,构成冲压加工的面板的内表面的涂装钢板的里面,优选赋予导电性。
在上述情况下,通过在上述涂装钢板的里面的镀层上也形成上述不含有铬的化学转化覆膜或有机树脂层,能够确保与以往的铬酸盐覆膜同程度的耐腐蚀性和密合性,并且具有优良的导电性。有关该导电性,从电磁波屏蔽性的观点出发,导电负荷优选为500g以下,进一步优选为300g以下。另外,该导电负荷为在表面电阻为10-4Ω以下时的最小负荷。
在耐腐蚀性的要求度没那么高的用途中,在其另一侧的表面仅形成不含铬的化学转化覆膜,可以提供尤其是电磁波屏蔽性优良的涂装钢板。
在耐腐蚀性的要求度高的用途中,优选在上述化学转化覆膜上形成根据需要而设置的有机树脂层。此时,作为有机树脂层,优选环氧树脂、胺改性环氧树脂或聚酯树脂等。此外,该有机树脂层含有Ca离子交换二氧化硅,进而在得到优良的耐腐蚀性方面也是有利的。
另外,可以在镀层上直接形成上述有机树脂层。此时,作为有机树脂层,优选环氧树脂、胺改性环氧树脂或聚酯树脂。
在放热性的要求度高的用途中,在上述化学转化覆膜上形成含有吸热颜料的有机树脂层这一点是有利的。
作为这样的有机树脂层,可列举出环氧树脂、丙烯酸树脂、聚氨酯树脂、酚醛树脂、尿素树脂和聚酯树脂等。
此外,吸热颜料,没有特别的限制,只要使用公知的颜料即可,由于需要添加其来提高积分放射率,因此,可列举出炭黑、苯胺黑、聚甲烯染料、三偶氮染料胺盐、酞菁染料或其金属络合物、氧化铁、氧化硅和镁硅酸盐。这些吸热颜料,可以单独添加,也可以组合两种以上。
另外,积分放射率是在4.5~25μm的波长区域内以同温度的黑体放射为1(100%)相对地表示表面的分光反射率(R),并在波长范围内积分而得到的。
作为相对于有机树脂层的吸热颜料的添加量,优选为0.1质量%以上且20质量%以下。这是由于:在0.1质量%以上时,能够充分得到吸热效果,在20质量%以下时,覆膜的耐腐蚀性不会劣化。
本发明的外观优良的涂装钢板,适合作为在被要求在冲压加工后具有电磁波屏蔽性、放热性的电子设备和家电制品等的用途中使用的构件。例如,适合使用做等离子体显示装置面板、液晶电视等薄型TV的壳体、背面护板、背光灯底座和结构构件。此外,本发明的外观优良的涂装钢板,在进行冲压加工以使具有所述单一着色有机覆膜的面成为向外部露出的凸面时,适合作为在被要求具有电磁波屏蔽性、放热性的电子设备和家电制品等的用途中使用的构件,以及适合在向外部露出的面的需要图案设计性的部位也能够使用的构件、例如等离子体显示装置面板、液晶电视等的背面面板。
实施例1
下面对本发明的实施例进行说明。
作为涂装用镀锌系钢板,准备了各种板厚:0.5mm的电镀锌钢板(镀种记号:EG)、熔融镀锌钢板(镀种记号:GI)、合金化熔融镀锌钢板(Fe含量:10质量%,镀种记号:GA)、熔融镀Zn-Al钢板(Al含量:4.5质量%,镀种记号:GF)和熔融镀Zn-Al钢板(Al含量:55质量%,镀种记号:GL)。
各个镀钢板的一个面上的镀液附着量(g/m2)如表1所示。另外,钢板的一个表面(表面)和另一个表面(里面)的镀液附着量及镀液组成相同。对所述镀锌系钢板进行脱脂处理后,进行以下的(i)和(ii)的处理,制作出作为样品的涂装钢板。
(i)在表面用棒涂机涂布规定的化学转化处理药剂,并使其干燥后,根据需要在里面涂布与所述表面相同或不同的化学转化处理药剂,然后,进行加热处理以使加热10秒后到达板温度为100℃,在表面和里面形成表1所示组合、膜厚的化学转化覆膜。
另外,在另一表3中示出了在表面和里面形成的化学转化覆膜的组成。
(ii)然后,按照表1所示的干燥膜厚在表面涂布含有聚酯树脂、含亚氨基的三聚氰胺树脂、炭黑的单一着色有机覆膜用涂料(含量参照表1)作为单一着色有机覆膜,然后,根据需要在里面涂布表1(里面的有机树脂层的添加剂种类见表4)所示组成的有机树脂涂料,然后,进行加热处理以使其在加热开始后的20秒后到达板温度为190℃,形成表面的单一着色有机覆膜和/或里面的有机树脂层。
对于这样得到的各黑色涂装钢板,调查了以下所示的性质。
所得的结果如表2所示。
用所述FISCHERSCOPE HM2000测定了本试验中的覆膜硬度,其结果可确认为:发明例的覆膜硬度如表1所示那样,均为200N/mm2以上。
<表面的评价>
弯曲加工性
有关所述弯曲加工性,根据JIS Z2248-1996,对于将所述涂装钢板切割成长60mm、宽30mm的大小而制成的试验片,通过目视观察将所述涂装钢板在室温下折弯180°、即进行所谓的OT弯曲时的弯曲加工部的头顶部。评价按照以下基准进行。
○:未观察到有机覆膜的破损
×:观察到有机覆膜的破损
冲压加工后的外观
在空白径:100mm、冲孔径:50mm、冲孔肩:4mmR、模径:70mm、模肩:4mmR和成型高度:18mm的条件下,将上述各涂装钢板在防皱压力为49kN(5tf)和98kN(10tf)的两个水平,进行圆台成型以使其表面成为冲孔侧,通过目视观察侧壁部的涂膜的外观,按照以下基准进行了评价。
◎:不会发生由损伤引起的外观变化
○:确认到由若干损伤引起的外观变化
×:多处发生损伤,外观变化显著
基底隐蔽性
有关基底隐蔽性,用尖端为金属的笔将化学转化覆膜形成前的所述镀钢板的表面弄出瑕疵后,进行所述的涂膜形成的处理工序,制作各涂装钢板,通过目视观察表面。按照以下基准进行了评价。
○:未察觉损伤
×:损伤明显可见
耐溶剂性
对于上述涂装钢板的有机覆膜的表面,在4.9N(0.5kgf)的负荷下进行10次乙醇摩擦试验,测定乙醇摩擦试验前后的L值(明度)的变动幅度(ΔL),按照以下基准进行了评价。
◎:ΔL为1以下
○:ΔL为超过1且2以下的范围
×:ΔL超过2
耐腐蚀性
从上述各样品切取试验片(大小:100mm×50mm),将试验片的端部和里面用胶带密封后,根据JIS Z 2371-2000,将5质量%盐水在35℃下喷雾8小时后,休止16小时,以这样的工序为1个周期,对于将其进行3周期后的、覆膜表面外观的变化进行了评价。评价按照以下基准进行。
◎:表面无变化
○:表面有若干处生锈
×:表面有多处生锈
<里面的评价>
(6)导电性
使用低电阻测定装置(ロレスタGP,注册商标;三菱化学(株)制造:ESP探针),测定了各样品的里面的表面电阻值。此时,使施加在探针尖端的负重以20g/s增加,用表面电阻值为10-4Ω以下时的负荷值按照以下方式进行了评价。
◎:10点测定的平均负荷为300g以下
○:10点测定的平均负荷超过300g且500g以下
△:10点测定的平均负荷超过500g且700g以下
×:10点测定的平均负荷超过700g
(7)湿润耐腐蚀性
使以200g/cm2含有纯水的黑色毛毡与里面接触,施加29.42kPa(300gf/cm2)的负荷,在温度:20℃、相对湿度:60%的环境下静置48h后评价了外观变化。评价按照以下基准进行。
◎:表面无变化
○:表面有若干处生锈
×:表面有多处生锈
(8)放热性
将各样品在100℃下的分光放射率在波长:4.5~25μm的范围内进行测定,并以同温度的黑体放射为1(100%)进行了相对地表述。在同波长范围内将分光放射率值进行了积分,算出积分放射率,用以下基准进行了评价。
◎:0.7以上
○:0.4以上且不足0.7
×:不足0.4

如表2所示,可知:适应本发明的具有单一着色有机覆膜的黑色涂装钢板,无论是否添加树脂颗粒,对于弯曲加工性、冲压加工后的外观、基底隐蔽性、耐溶剂性和耐腐蚀性均具有优良的效果(表面)。
此外,另一个表面(里面)具有十分满意的导电性和湿润耐腐蚀性。尤其,在该实施例2、7和9中,一并得到了良好的放热性。该结果为:实施例2和9的里面镀层的放射率高,实施例7和9的里面有机树脂层中表现出含有吸热颜料的效果。进而,实施例9可观察到镀层和吸热颜料的协同效应。与此相对,比较例在冲压加工后的外观、尤其是防皱压力98kN(10tf)时的外观、弯曲加工性、基底隐蔽性、耐溶剂性和耐腐蚀性的各个方面,还称不上充分。
产业上的可利用性
根据本发明,能够稳定地得到具有膜厚薄至10μm以下的着色单一覆膜、且弯曲加工性和冲压后的外观优良的黑色涂装钢板,所述黑色涂装钢板尤其适合供于薄型电视用面板等中。
Claims (5)
1.一种黑色涂装钢板,其特征在于,具有在钢板的两个表面上形成的锌系镀层、在所述钢板的至少一个表面的所述锌系镀层上形成的不含铬的化学转化覆膜、和在该化学转化覆膜上形成的单一着色有机覆膜,其中,所述单一着色有机覆膜含有羟值为10KOHmg/g以上的聚酯树脂、含亚氨基的三聚氰胺树脂和5~15质量%的炭黑,且该单一着色有机覆膜的玻璃化转变温度Tg为40℃以上,膜厚为10μm以下,硬度为200N/mm2以上。
2.如权利要求1所述的黑色涂装钢板,其特征在于,在对钢板的一个表面赋予所述单一着色有机覆膜的情况下,在所述钢板的另一个表面的最表面具有所述化学转化覆膜或有机树脂层,该另一个表面的导电负荷为500g以下。
3.如权利要求2所述的黑色涂装钢板,其特征在于,所述有机树脂层含有吸热颜料。
4.一种加工品,其通过对权利要求1~3中任一项所述的黑色涂装钢板实施冲压加工而形成。
5.一种薄型电视用面板,其特征在于,在权利要求4中,实施冲压加工,以使所述黑色涂装钢板的具有单一着色有机覆膜的表面成为向外部露出的凸面。
