Abstract

一种海上平台筒型基础加固办法，其特征在于筒型基础主要为平台提供抗压及抗拔承载力，在筒型基础的人孔内打入钢桩，钢桩的长度要伸出筒型基础顶部一部分，在钢桩顶部安装固桩套筒进行固结。固桩套筒为一管状结构，底部设置底座，固桩套筒与钢桩之间的间隙用水泥浆填充，筒型基础内部没有土体的部分也用水泥浆填充。固结后的固桩套筒主要是将筒型基础上的压力及拔力传递到筒型基础人孔内的钢桩上。固桩套筒与钢桩之间设置抗剪键，水泥浆及抗剪键共同承担筒型基础上的压力，固桩套筒底部的底座用于将筒型基础上的拔力传递到人孔内的钢桩上，底座内需进行灌浆，浆体和底座内劲板共同承担筒型基础传来的荷载，解决了筒型基础承载力不足的问题。

技术领域
本发明及一种海洋工程领域筒型基础加固方法的创新。
背景技术
随着边际油田越来越多的得到开发，筒型基础以其建造成本，安装成本低的特点越来越多的应用到了海上石油平台上。由于地质勘察存在一定的不确定性，这给筒型基础安装带来了风险，如筒型基础安装出现贯入困难，采用外加压载或减阻都不能将筒型基础贯入到位时，就要对筒型基础进行加固，以满足规范中对基础的抗压及抗拔的要求。水下加固实施困难且成本较高，这使得筒型基础的加固十分困难，本专利中的加固方法可以很好的解决此问题。
发明内容：
本发明解决的技术问题是提供一种海上平台筒型基础加固方法，在筒型基础贯入过程中出现渗流的现象，使得筒型基础不能靠负压贯入到位，采用外加压载及减阻均不能将筒型基础贯入到预定位置，平台需要对基础进行加固以满足设计要求。
本发明技术内容为，筒型基础作为平台的基础，主要为平台提供抗压及抗拔承载力，如筒型基础未能贯入到位，则不能提供预定的抗压及抗拔承载力。本筒型基础加固方法利用钢桩、固桩套筒及水泥浆对筒型基础进行加固。具体实施方法为，在筒型基础的人孔内打入钢桩，钢桩的长度要伸出筒型基础顶部一部分，在钢桩顶部安装固桩套筒进行固结。固桩套筒为一管状结构，底部设置底座，固桩套筒与钢桩之间的间隙用水泥浆填充，筒型基础内部没有土体的部分也用水泥浆填充。固结后的固桩套筒主要是将筒型基础上的压力及拔力传递到筒型基础人孔内的钢桩上。固桩套筒与钢桩之间设置抗剪键，水泥浆及抗剪键共同承担筒型基础上的压力，固桩套筒底部的底座用于将筒型基础上的拔力传递到人孔内的钢桩上，底座内需进行灌浆，浆体和底座内劲板共同承担筒型基础传来的荷载。此种加固方法可以很好的解决筒型基础承载力不足的问题，且成本低，易实施。
本发明的有益效果是，由于地质勘查与实际土质不符导致筒型基础贯入困难，采用其他贯入措施后仍不能将筒型基础贯入到位，就要对筒型基础进行加强，由于此时整个结构处于水下，加固难度及成本都会比较高，采用钢桩及固桩套筒灌浆的方法可以很好的提高筒型基础的承载力，同时费用也相对较低。

具体实施方式：
如图1所示，首先在筒型基础5顶部的人孔处打入一根钢桩2，钢桩2打入到位后，将固桩套筒1套在钢桩2顶部，并使固桩套筒1底座3坐在筒型基础5顶盖上。对固桩套筒1与筒型基础5顶盖用电焊进行临时固定。固桩套筒1固定完毕后，对筒型基础5及固桩套筒1与钢桩2的缝隙进行灌浆，待水泥浆4凝固后钢桩2即可与筒型基础5联合受力来为导管架提供承载力。
