本发明涉及轿车座椅拖把管的检具结构,其能有效解决当检测基准点位置为变量时无法检测的问题。其技术方案是这样的,其包括底板,所述底板上安装有检测支承座,其特征在于:其还包括检测卡板和卡板镶套,所述卡板镶套安装于所述检测支承座内其纵向两外侧通过盖板限位,所述盖板上开有检测孔,所述检测孔孔径比所述卡板镶套内孔径大。

轿车座椅拖把管的检具结构
技术领域
本发明涉及检测技术领域,其主要用于汽车座椅零部件的检测领域,具体为轿车座椅拖把管的检具结构。
背景技术
一种汽车坐椅拖把管,其端部竖向打扁后冲有通孔,在该通孔中心一定距离处有一处管身水平方向的打扁,其水平打扁处中心位置以通孔中心位置为基准,水平打扁处中心与通孔中心的位置度要求为65±0.1mm,而水平打扁中心宽度要求为10±1mm、打扁厚度要求在9.65~9.95mm,在检测过程中,由于通孔中心与打扁处中心距离以及打扁中心至打扁两侧边均是变量,故采用通常的卡板、塞规、塞尺的方法不易检测,而检具按工艺需求一般都在生产一线过程中使用,故其不适合用计量量具检测。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了一种测量基准点有位置度公差要求的检具结构,其能有效解决当检测基准点位置为变量时无法检测的问题。
其技术方案是这样的,其包括底板,所述底板上安装有检测支承座,其特征在于:其还包括检测卡板和卡板镶套,所述卡板镶套安装于所述检测支承座内其纵向两外侧通过盖板限位,所述盖板上开有检测孔,所述检测孔孔径比所述卡板镶套内孔径大。
其进一步特征在于:所述检测卡板两端为大小头V形开口;所述检测卡板大头端宽度为11mm,其V形开口距离为9.95mm;所述检测卡板小头端宽度为9mm,其V形开口为9.65mm。
本发明的轿车座椅拖把管的检具结构,其盖板检测孔的孔径比卡板镶套的内孔径大,且其差值为待测工件基准点公差范围,卡板镶套即可在公差范围内移动,从而保证在此基准上的后续质控点的顺利检测;且其检测卡板为大小头V形开口设计,能够一次性检测管身打扁厚度以及打扁宽度,检测效率高。

具体实施方式
见图1、图2、图3和图4,本发明结构包括底板1,底板1上安装有检测支承座2,其还包括检测卡板3和卡板镶套4,卡板镶套4安装于检测支承座2内其纵向两外侧通过盖板5限位,盖板5上开有检测孔6,检测孔6孔径比卡板镶套2内孔径大,卡板镶套4可以左右水平移动各0.5mm。检测孔6孔径与卡板镶套2内孔径的差值为待检测工件基准点公差范围。检测卡板3两端为大小头V形开口;检测卡板3大头端宽度A为11mm,其V形开口距离B为9.95mm;检测卡板3小头端a宽度为9mm,其V形开口距离b为9.65mm。图1和图2中,7为锥形销,8为工件,9为工件端部通孔。
检测时,将待测工件固定于检测支承座2表面,用锥形销7穿过检测支承座将待测工件端部通孔定位,然后任意选择用检测卡板3的大头端或者小头端依次穿过盖板5上的检测孔6、卡板镶套4内孔,只要检测卡3的任意端能穿过并能卡住管件打扁处,则管件打扁宽度、厚度均同时符合要求;如果检测卡3在插入盖板5的检测孔6时遇阻,则可以移动卡板镶套4,若移动卡镶套4后检测卡板3仍能通过检测孔6和卡板镶套4的内孔,则检测为符合要求。

1.轿车座椅拖把管的检具结构,其包括底板,所述底板上安装有检测支承座,其特征在于:其还包括检测卡板和卡板镶套,所述卡板镶套安装于所述检测支承座内,其纵向两外侧通过盖板限位,所述盖板上开有检测孔,所述检测孔孔径比所述卡板镶套内孔径大。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轿车座椅拖把管的检具结构,其特征在于:所述检测卡板两端为大小头V形开口。
3.根据权利要求2所述的轿车座椅拖把管的检具结构,其特征在于:所述检测卡板大头端宽度为11mm,其V形开口距离为9.95mm。
4.根据权利要求2所述的轿车座椅拖把管的检具结构,其特征在于:所述检测卡板小头端宽度为9mm,其V形开口为9.65mm。
