Abstract
本发明公开了一种活动支架辅助不变幅架梁吊机架设钢箱梁方法及活动支架,钢箱梁架设方法共分为:主塔区梁段安装;标准梁段安装;临时墩、辅助墩、过渡墩墩顶梁段安装;边跨压重;中跨合龙段安装五个部分。活动支架由滑道梁、支架主滑道、左右立柱、上下横撑、提升系统和对拉锥体组成。该钢箱梁架设方法具有施工投入小、减少架梁吊机成本、能够按钢梁的制造顺序架设、节省大型浮吊设备以及疏浚费用的优点。该活动支架具有能够辅助不变幅架梁吊机架设主塔区多个节段钢箱梁、解决不变幅架梁吊机将梁段吊装至支架上问题、结构新颖、受力明确的优点,活动支架在各塔墩之间可以重复利用,有较好的经济效益和社会效益。

技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及大桥施工方法,尤其是涉及一种活动支架辅助不变幅架梁吊机架设钢箱梁方法及其活动支架。
背景技术
[0002] 随着我国基础建设投入不断增大,桥梁建设迅速发展,特别是跨海桥梁迎来了建设高潮。
[0003] 修建跨海桥梁时,沿海地区气候多变,施工难度大,尤其对于浅谈区跨海桥梁施工,利用现有技术架设浅滩区钢箱梁,需要的投入大、风险高。常用的钢箱梁架设方案有以下两种施工方案:(1)浮吊辅助不变幅架梁吊机安装:利用IOOOt全回转浮吊在支架上安装主塔区梁段,通过顶推方式滑移到位,在主塔区梁段上对称拼装两台桥面架梁吊机;利用架梁吊机的对称悬臂安装标准梁段;临时墩、辅助墩、过渡墩的墩顶梁段也采用浮吊在支架上 安装。本方案存在以下缺点:1、浮吊不能按时进场的风险,且浮吊使用费用较高;2、在主塔区梁段安装完成后要立即进行临时墩、辅助墩、过渡墩的墩顶梁段安装,墩顶梁段需提前制造完成,制造工期难以保证;3、浅滩区疏浚工作投入大。(2)变幅架梁吊机安装(工作幅度
11. 5〜23m):利用DllOO型塔吊在支架上拼装I组2X200t变幅架梁吊机,在支架上安装主塔区梁段,通过顶推方式滑移到位,主塔区梁段安装完成后对称拼装另一组2X200t桥面架梁吊机,形成两端同时对称悬臂拼装工况;临时墩、辅助墩、过渡墩的墩顶梁段均采用架梁吊机安装。本方案存在以下缺点:1、变幅架梁吊机的费用较不变幅架梁吊机增加350万元左右;2、主梁和斜拉索设计的变更工作量大,钢箱梁的局部加强增加费用大;3、本方案施工工期较长。
发明内容
[0004] 本发明的第一个目的是施工投入小、减少架梁吊机成本、能够按钢梁的制造顺序架设、节省大型浮吊设备以及疏浚费用的活动支架辅助不变幅架梁吊机架设钢箱梁的方法。
[0005] 本发明的第二个目的是提供一种能够辅助不变幅架梁吊机架设塔墩区多个节段钢箱梁、解决不变幅架梁吊机将梁段吊装至支架上问题、结构新颖、受力明确的活动支架。

[0010] C :临时墩、辅助墩、过渡墩的墩顶梁段的安装:标准梁段架设至墩位前,预先进行临时墩、辅助墩、过渡墩的钢箱梁架设支架施工,再利用架梁吊机和可拆装式的活动支架共同架设临时墩、辅助墩、过渡墩的墩顶梁段及合龙段,然后继续利用架梁吊机向前对称架设标准梁段,直至边跨合龙;
[0011] D :边跨压重:完成过渡墩顶梁段安装后,精调梁段及斜拉索后拆除一侧的架梁吊机,根据设计采用铸铁块进行边跨严重,再次进行监控测量,调整索力和成桥线型。另一侧架梁吊机继续悬拼,直至跨中合龙。
[0012] 一种辅助不变幅架梁吊机架设钢箱梁用主塔区的活动支架,特征是:两根竖向并排放置的左立柱、右立柱的底端均固定在安装于主塔承台的钢管立柱上,两根横向并排放置的上横撑、下横撑的左端通过对拉锥体固定在主塔下横梁的侧壁上,左立柱、右立柱和上横撑、下横撑呈垂直放置且固定在一起,在左立柱、右立柱、上横撑和下横撑之间固定有相 互交叉、用于形成稳定结构的连接杆,左立柱、右立柱的顶端均固定在支架主滑道的中部底端,支架主滑道的左端通过垫块放置在主塔下横梁的顶端,支架主滑道的右端通过滑道销轴与滑道梁的左端相连;在右立柱的外侧壁上部和下部分别固定有千斤顶操作平台和活动支架滑轨,斜撑的顶端通过斜撑顶销轴与滑道梁的右端底部相连,斜撑的底端通过斜撑底销轴与右立柱相连,在支架主滑道的右端底部固定有滑道升降吊耳,在滑道升降吊耳上安装有上滑轮,在斜撑的底端上部固定有斜撑升降吊耳,在斜撑升降吊耳上安装有下滑轮,由滑道升降吊耳、上滑轮、斜撑升降吊耳、下滑轮、千斤顶操作平台、活动支架滑轨以及安装在主塔承台上的卷扬机共同组成提升系统。

[0014] 本发明的钢箱梁架设方法共分为:主塔区梁段安装;标准梁段安装;临时墩、辅助墩、过渡墩墩顶梁段安装;边跨压重;中跨合龙段安装五个部分,该钢箱梁架设方法具有施工投入小、减少架梁吊机成本、能够按钢梁的制造顺序架设、节省大型浮吊设备以及疏浚费用的优点。
[0015] 本发明的活动支架由滑道梁、支架主滑道、左立柱、右立柱、上横撑、下横撑、提升系统和对拉锥体组成,滑道梁通过滑道销轴与支架主滑道相连,提升就位后作为箱梁存放及顶推平台,斜撑通过斜撑销轴与滑道梁相连,是活动支架的主要支撑结构,滑道梁和斜撑横向均采用平联连接,形成稳定结构,活动支架的提升和下放均由这套系统来完成;横撑和立柱均采用箱型结构,是活动支架的支撑传力结构,将活动支架上的荷载传至主塔下横梁及钢管立柱;对拉椎体是采用主塔爬模施工中模板的椎体,用来锚固横撑。因此,该活动支架具有能够辅助不变幅架梁吊机架设主塔区多个节段钢箱梁、解决不变幅架梁吊机将梁段吊装至支架上问题、结构新颖、受力明确的优点,它节省了大型浮吊设备和投入,无需疏浚,活动支架在各塔墩之间可以重复利用,有较好的经济效益和社会效益。
